Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de charnière qui est conçu pour éviter que l'aile de porte et les charnières heurtent une surface approchante, pour éviter d'endommager l'aile de porte et les charnières et pour effectuer sa fonction complète lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture lorsque le véhicule, qui est utilisé pour le transport dans une remorque, une semi-remorque et des camions, s'approche de la surface approchante avec l'objectif de charger et de décharger avec les portes ouvertes. Actuellement, dans beaucoup de véhicules à remorque et semi-remorque, les ailes de porte et les charnières heurtent la surface approchante avant le bloc de dégagement lorsqu'elles sont ouvertes et sont endommagées. En raison de ces détériorations, une grande quantité de pertes de coût de main-d'œuvre se produit. Le système de charnière de porte, la conception de la partie charnière et la section de porte de l'invention sont modifiés. Un nouveau système de charnière verrouille le premier axe de charnière lorsque la porte s'ouvre et après que la charnière achève son mouvement en tournant autour du deuxième axe. Le nouveau système de charnière à utiliser dans des remorques/semi-remorques (1) est constitué d'une porte arrière de remorque et de semi-remorque (2), d'un amarrage (3), d'une charnière (4), d'une bague (5), d'un axe d'articulation (6), d'une rainure de charnière (7), d'un arbre de charnière (8) et de languettes (9).
