Claims (14)

  1. Haarstylinggerät (1) zum Locken und Glätten von Haar, umfassend:
    - eine erste und eine zweite Backe (2, 3), die länglich und in Bezug aufeinander schwenkbeweglich sind,
    - wobei die erste Backe (2) ein erstes Gehäuse (6) aufweist, das eine erste ebene innere Behandlungsfläche (4) trägt, und
    - wobei die zweite Backe (3) ein zweites Gehäuse (7) aufweist, das eine zweite ebene innere Behandlungsfläche (5) trägt,
    - wobei die inneren Flächen (4, 5) dafür bestimmt sind, eine Haarsträhne einzuklemmen,
    - mindestens ein Heizelement (41, 51), das dafür bestimmt ist, mindestens eine innere Behandlungsfläche (4, 5) zu erhitzen,
    - wobei mindestens eines aus dem ersten Gehäuse (6) oder dem zweiten Gehäuse (7) in Bezug auf die Mittelebene (P1, P2) im Längsschnitt des ersten Gehäuses (6) bzw. des zweiten Gehäuses (7) asymmetrisch ist,
    - wobei die zweite Backe (3) Dampfaustrittsmittel (31) umfasst, die hin zum ersten Gehäuse (6) gerichtet sind und an die zweite innere Behandlungsfläche (5) angrenzen,
    - wobei das erste Gehäuse (6) einen Deflektor (21) aufweist, der in seiner Innenkontur ausgebildet und in der geschlossenen Position im Wesentlichen gegenüber den Dampfaustrittsmitteln (31) des zweiten Gehäuses (7) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    im Querschnitt die Linie, die von der Außenkontur des ersten und zweiten Gehäuses definiert wird, eine gerundete Kurve ist, die keinen Wendepunkt aufweist,
    und dadurch, dass die größte Breite (l1) des ersten Gehäuses (6) kleiner oder gleich 90 % der größten Breite (l2) des zweiten Gehäuses (7) ist.
  2. Gerät nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die größte Breite l1 des ersten Gehäuses (6) zwischen 75 % und 85 % der größten Breite l2 des zweiten Gehäuses (7) liegt, vorzugsweise gleich 80 % ist.
  3. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der geschlossenen Position der Backen (2, 3) die Mittelebene (P1) im Längsschnitt des ersten Gehäuses (6) zur Mittelebene (P2) im Längsschnitt des zweiten Gehäuses (7) parallel und von derselben getrennt ist.
  4. Gerät nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Abstand zwischen den zwei Mittelebenen (P1, P2) zwischen 5 % und 20 % des Werts der größten Breite l2 des zweiten Gehäuses (7) liegt, vorzugsweise gleich 10 % ist.
  5. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der geschlossenen Position der Backen (2, 3) eine der zwei Längskanten (61) des ersten Gehäuses (6) zu der Längskante (71) des zweiten Gehäuses (7), die auf derselben Seite des zweiten Gehäuses (7) angeordnet ist, senkrecht steht.
  6. Gerät nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die inneren Behandlungsflächen (4, 5) eben sind, identisch, und in der geschlossenen Position einander gegenüberliegen, und in ihren jeweiligen Gehäusen (6, 7) an die senkrecht stehenden Kanten (61, 71) angrenzend angeordnet sind.
  7. Gerät nach einem der zwei vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede der zwei Längskanten (61, 71) mit mindestens einer Stange (62, 72) versehen ist, die zum Inneren des Gehäuses (6, 7) hin hervorsteht.
  8. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Breite l jeder inneren Behandlungsfläche (4, 5) zwischen 40% und 60% der größten Breite l1 des ersten Gehäuses (6) liegt.
  9. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Gehäuse (7) einen Kamm oder eine Bürste (32) umfasst, die hin zu dem ersten Gehäuse (6) gerichtet ist und an die zweite innere Behandlungsfläche (5) angrenzt.
  10. Gerät nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das erste Gehäuse (6) eine Nut (22) aufweist, die in seiner Innenkontur ausgebildet ist und in der geschlossenen Position im Wesentlichen gegenüber dem Kamm oder der Bürste (32) des zweiten Gehäuses (7) angeordnet ist.
  11. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Griff (6') der ersten Backe (2) und der zweite Griff (7') der zweiten Backe (3) jeweils eine Breite (lp) aufweisen, die streng kleiner als die größte Breite (l1) des ersten Gehäuses (6) ist.
  12. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Außenfläche des ersten Gehäuses (6) und des zweiten Gehäuses (7) im Wesentlichen glatt ist.
  13. Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, das einen Fluidbehälter (83) und Verdampfungsmittel (80), welche mit den Dampfaustrittsmitteln (31) in Fluidkommunikationen stehen, und einen Aktor (85) umfasst, der dafür bestimmt ist, die Verdampfungsmittel (80) zu betätigen.
  14. Gerät nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Verdampfungsmittel (80) eine elektrische Pumpe (84) umfassen, und wobei der Aktor (85) dafür bestimmt ist, die elektrische Pumpe (84) zu betätigen.
