Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour appliquer une capsule de fermeture (1) sur un récipient sensiblement cylindrique présentant une ouverture fermée par une fermeture, le dispositif étant conçu de telle sorte que la capsule de fermeture (1) entoure de façon ajustée une partie du contour extérieur du récipient, y compris la fermeture, et une cloche d'application (11) étant prévue pour appuyer la capsule de fermeture (1) sur le récipient, laquelle cloche est réalisée sous la forme d'un corps creux dont le contour intérieur correspond exactement au contour extérieur de la capsule de fermeture (1), caractérisé en ce que le contour intérieur présente une première zone (A) sensiblement cylindrique avec un premier diamètre et une deuxième zone (C) sensiblement cylindrique avec un deuxième diamètre plus grand, un épaulement (6) de forme conique étant prévu dans la zone (B) entre la première zone (A) et la deuxième zone (C).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cloche d'application (11) est munie de moyens pour retenir la capsule de fermeture (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour retenir la capsule de fermeture (1) sont conçus comme un dispositif mécanique de retenue de la capsule de fermeture (1).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour retenir la capsule de fermeture (1) sont conçus comme un dispositif pneumatique de retenue de la capsule de fermeture (1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pneumatique de retenue est réalisé sous la forme d'un canal (12) prévu sur la cloche d'application (11) avec un raccord à un vide qui débouche dans la zone située entre la capsule de fermeture (1) et la cloche d'application (11).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le canal (12) peut également être raccordé à un raccord d'air comprimé.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la cloche d'application (11) est en polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE) ou en polyoxyméthylène (POM).
  8. Procédé d'application d'une capsule de fermeture (1) sur un récipient sensiblement cylindrique ayant une ouverture fermée par une fermeture, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    - recevoir la capsule de fermeture (1) dans une cloche d'application (11) qui est prévue pour appuyer la capsule de fermeture (1) sur un récipient et qui est réalisée sous la forme d'un corps creux, la capsule de fermeture (1) entourant de façon ajustée une partie du contour extérieur du récipient, y compris la fermeture, le contour intérieur de la cloche d'application (11) correspondant exactement au contour extérieur de la capsule de fermeture (1), le contour intérieur de la cloche d'application (11) ayant une première zone sensiblement cylindrique (A) avec un premier diamètre et une deuxième zone sensiblement cylindrique (C) avec un deuxième diamètre plus grand, un épaulement (6) de forme conique étant prévu dans la zone (B) entre la première zone (A) et la deuxième zone (C),
    - appliquer la cloche d'application (11) sur un récipient sensiblement cylindrique, retirer la cloche d'application (11) du récipient sensiblement cylindrique, la capsule de fermeture (1) restant sur le récipient sensiblement cylindrique de façon ajustée, et
    - lier la capsule de fermeture (1) au récipient à l'aide d'une étiquette apposée sur le récipient.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la capsule de fermeture (1) est retenue dans la cloche d'application à l'aide de moyens pour retenir la capsule de fermeture (1) jusqu'à ce que la cloche d'application (11) soit appliquée sur le récipient sensiblement cylindrique.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la capsule de fermeture (1) est appliquée de la cloche d'application (11) au récipient par de l'air comprimé introduit dans la zone située entre la capsule de fermeture (1) et la cloche d'application (11).
