  • the invention relates to a dimpled sheet of plastic for use as a drainage and / or waterproofing membrane. Moreover, the present invention relates to a composite with a plurality of dimpled sheets, wherein the sheets are arranged overlapping at the longitudinal edges.
  • dimpled sheets serve to protect moisture and / or heat insulating layers of building parts in the ground against mechanical damage and are, as in the document EP 251 82 16 A set forth, basically known.
  • dimpled sheets may also have a drainage layer function that allows seepage water close to the building to run down in the spaces between the dimples, thereby preventing the occurrence of waterlogging on the building fabric.
  • a liquid-tight layer can generally not be achieved or only with great effort, so that a further layer must be provided for this purpose.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide a dimpled sheet of the type mentioned, which can be connected in a simple manner liquid-tight with other dimpled sheets. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a composite with a plurality of dimpled sheets, wherein the sheets are connected to each other in a liquid-tight manner.
  • sealing elements in particular sealing strips
  • sealing strips are provided or arranged in the region of the longitudinal edges of the web to be laid, which make it possible to connect webs to one another in a liquid-tight manner.
  • a plurality of dimpled sheets are provided in a composite according to the invention, which are connected to each other at the longitudinal edges by means of sealing elements, in particular sealing strips, liquid-tight.
  • the web is in a preferred embodiment, in particular on both longitudinal sides, on both sides with a respective sealing element, in particular a sealing strip, fixedly connected along the longitudinal edge or the longitudinal edges Once on the top and once on the bottom is arranged.
