Claims (6)

  1. Brems- und Verriegelungsstruktur (1) für Schiebetüren, die einen festen Abschnitt (2), der mit einem festen Teil (5) einer Ausnehmung oder eines umschlossenen Raums verknüpft sein kann, und einen bewegbaren Abschnitt (3), der mit einem Flügel (4), der angepasst ist, die Ausnehmung oder den Raum zu schließen, verknüpft sein kann, umfasst; wobei der feste Abschnitt (2) und der bewegbare Abschnitt (3) mindestens eine Endposition, in der der bewegbare Abschnitt (3) mindestens teilweise über dem festen Abschnitt (2) angeordnet ist, und eine Zwischenposition, in der der bewegbare Abschnitt (3) vom festen Abschnitt (2) beabstandet ist, definieren; wobei die Struktur (1) magnetische Mittel, die angepasst sind, den bewegbaren Abschnitt (3) entlang einer Längsrichtung von der Zwischenposition zur Endposition zu drängen, und ein Dämpfungsmittel, das angepasst ist, den bewegbaren Abschnitt (3) zu verlangsamen und zu bremsen, wenn er die Endposition erreicht, umfasst; wobei die magnetischen Mittel magnetische Elemente (26, 33) umfassen, die längs im festen und im bewegbaren Abschnitt (3, 2) angeordnet sind; wobei die magnetischen Elemente in der Endposition eines über dem anderen positioniert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Abschnitt (2) durch zwei Halbschalen (21, 22), die einen Sitz für das Dämpfungsmittel definieren, gebildet ist, wobei das Dämpfungsmittel ein Öldämpfer (23) mit einem Schaft (24) ist, und dadurch, dass die Halbschalen (21, 22) einen Sitz für eine feste Metallplatte (25) definieren, über der das magnetische Element des festen Abschnitts (2) angeordnet ist, wobei das magnetische Element ein fester Magnet (26) ist, der längs in den Halbschalen (21, 22) angeordnet ist.
  2. Struktur (1), nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem zusammengebauten Zustand davon die Halbschalen (21, 22) eine Schiene (27) definieren, entlang der ein Gleiter (28) der Struktur (1) gleiten kann.
  3. Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleiter (28) in einen Wagen (31) integriert ist, der eine bewegbare Metallplatte (32) stützt und hält, über der ein bewegbarer Magnet (33) angeordnet ist, der längs im Wagen (31) angeordnet ist.
  4. Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (31) mit einer Halterung (34) und/oder einem Radträger (35) verknüpft werden kann.
  5. Struktur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Magnet (26) den bewegbaren Magnet (33) anzieht, wobei der Wagen (31) bis zur geschlossenen Position gedrängt wird, in der die Magnete (26, 33) in der Endposition einander im Wesentlichen überlappen.
  6. Struktur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feste Metallplatte (25) und der feste Magnet (26) des festen Abschnitts in einer schrägen oder geneigten Position angeordnet sind, wodurch zwischen dem festen Magnet (26) und dem bewegbaren Magnet (33), der am Wagen (31) montiert ist, eine größere Anziehungskraft ausgeübt wird.
