  • the temperature rise in the cool air blown by the freezer fan towards the container (4) has been suppressed, and a cooling performance of the ice cream by the cool air is thereby improved.
  • the ON/OFF regime the ice cream m is maintained at a target quality during the process of ice cream production. In particular during the ON duration T_on, the ice cream is rendered voluminous and the formation of frost in the ice cream is prevented.
