Description

    DOMAINE TECHNIQUE GENERAL
  • La présente invention concerne le domaine des emballages en carton de type boite mis en volume à partir d'un flan pour les produits alimentaires, notamment la boulangerie, pâtisserie, confiserie ou les produits traiteur, et concerne plus précisément des moyens pour le maintien en position des produits contenus dans un tel emballage.
    • ETAT DE L'ART
  • Les boites en carton mises en volume à partir d'un flan sont couramment utilisées pour le conditionnement, le stockage et le transport de produits alimentaires.
  • Ces boites sont en effet avantageuses notamment du fait de leur faible coût, de leur facilité de stockage avant mise en volume, et de leur facilité de misé en volume.
  • Ces boites sont notamment utilisées pour le conditionnement de produits tels que des, quiches, tartes ou gâteaux. De tels produits sont cependant fragiles, et nécessitent une manipulation précautionneuse de la boite afin d'éviter d'endommager le produit.
  • En particulier, un renversement de la boite peut être très problématique, dans la mesure où le produit viendra alors se plaquer contre le couvercle, ce qui peut donc endommager considérablement le produit.
  • La présente invention vise donc à répondre au moins partiellement à ces problématiques. Les documents DE380983C1 et FR464065A5 montrent des emballages avec des bandeaux de calage cylindriques.
    • PRESENTATION DE L'INVENTION
  • A cet effet, la présente invention propose un emballage pour produit alimentaire présentant une périphérie circulaire, comprenant une boite formée à partir d'un flan, comprenant un réceptacle et un couvercle mobile par rapport au réceptacle entre une position ouverte et une position fermée,
    le réceptacle étant formé par plusieurs parois définissant un volume interne de la boite, et présentant une ouverture sélectivement obturée par le couvercle,
    l'emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un bandeau de calage, formant un tronc de cône, et définissant une base en appui contre le fond du réceptacle, présentant un diamètre strictement supérieure au diamètre du produit alimentaire, et un sommet adapté pour venir en appui contre le couvercle de la boite, présentant un diamètre strictement inférieur au diamètre du produit alimentaire.
  • La boite a alors typiquement une section carrée, de côté égal du diamètre de la base du bandeau de calage.
  • En variante, on propose un emballage pour produit alimentaire présentant une périphérie rectangulaire, comprenant une boite formée à partir d'un flan, comprenant un réceptacle et un couvercle mobile par rapport au réceptacle entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, le réceptacle étant formé par plusieurs parois définissant un volume interne de la boite, et présentant une ouverture sélectivement obturée par le couvercle,
    l'emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un bandeau de calage formant une portion de pyramide à base rectangle, et définissant une base en appui contre le fond du réceptacle, présentant une longueur et une largeur respectivement strictement supérieures à la longueur et à la largeur du produit alimentaire, et un sommet adapté pour venir en appui contre le couvercle de la boite, présentant une longueur et une largeur respectivement strictement supérieures à la longueur et à la largeur du produit alimentaire.
  • La boite a alors typiquement une section carrée, de côté égal du diamètre de la base du bandeau de calage.
  • Selon un exemple, la boite a une section rectangulaire, de longueur égale à la longueur de la base du bandeau de calage et de largeur égale à la largeur de la base du bandeau de calage.
  • Le bandeau de calage peut être configuré de manière à immobiliser le produit alimentaire dans la boite en translation selon une direction perpendiculaire au fond du réceptacle.
  • Le bandeau de calage peut être monobloc. Il peut être réalisé en matériau thermoformé, ou en carton à partir d'un flan. Il est typiquement réalisé en matériau transparent.
  • L'invention concerne également un emballage pour produit alimentaire tel que défini précédemment comprenant un produit alimentaire.

    • DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE
  • Les figures 1 et 2 présentent deux vues d'un emballage selon un aspect de l'invention. La figure 3 présente une vue en coupe de la figure 2.
  • La boite 1 telle que représentée comprend un réceptacle 2 définissant un volume interne, et un couvercle 3, monté articulé par rapport au réceptacle 2 entre une position ouverte dans laquelle le volume interne défini par le réceptacle 2 est accessible, et une position fermée dans laquelle le volume interne défini par le réceptacle 2 est fermé et non accessible. La boite 1 est typiquement formée à partir d'un flan.
  • Le réceptacle 2 comprend un panneau de fond 21 définissant le fond de la boite 1, et quatre panneaux latéraux 22, 23, 24 et 25 s'étendant à partir de côtés du panneau de fond 21, de manière à délimiter un volume interne de la boite 1 une fois mise en forme.
  • Le couvercle 3 comprend un panneau supérieur 31, typiquement plan, formant la surface supérieure de la boite 1, monté mobile par rapport au réceptacle 2 de manière à pouvoir alterner entre une position ouverte dont un exemple est présenté sur la figure 1, et une position fermée telle que représentée sur la figure 2. Dans l'exemple représenté, le couvercle 3 comprend trois jupes latérales 32, 33 et 34, adaptées pour recouvrir au moins partiellement les panneaux latéraux 22, 23 et 24 lorsque le couvercle 3 est fermé. Le panneau supérieur 31 du couvercle 3 est ici représenté avec une portion transparente, afin de faciliter la compréhension des figures.
  • La liaison entre le panneau supérieur 31 et le panneau latéral arrière 25 forme une charnière, permettant ainsi de faire pivoter le couvercle 3 et permettant donc d'ouvrir et de fermer la boite 1.
  • Un bandeau de calage 4 est associé à la boite 1, ce bandeau de calage 4 étant configuré pour réaliser le maintien en position d'un produit contenu dans la boite 1.
  • Comme on le voit sur les figures 1 à 3, mais également sur les figures 4 et 5 qui présentent le bandeau de calage 4 pris isolément, ce dernier présente une forme générale de tronc de cône, afin de venir entourer un produit alimentaire circulaire disposé dans la boite 1.
  • On représente sur les figures 2 et 3 un ensemble comprenant un produit alimentaire 5 tel qu'un gâteau, disposé dans un emballage comprenant une boite 1 et un bandeau de calage 4.
  • Le produit alimentaire 5 présente une section générale circulaire, pour laquelle on définit un diamètre D5.
  • La nature des produits alimentaires 5 pouvant être contenus dans la boite 1 peut bien entendu varier. Le diamètre D5 correspond de manière générale au diamètre externe d'une section que l'on peut qualifier de solide du produit, par exemple correspondant à une croute ou à une enveloppe du produit, par opposition à des zones du produit que l'on peut qualifier de molles, telles qu'une garniture ou de éléments décoratifs.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 tel que représenté forme un tronc de cône, définissant ainsi une base 42 et un sommet 43, la base 42 ayant un diamètre D42 supérieur au diamètre D43 du sommet 43.
  • Lorsque le bandeau de calage 4 est disposé dans la boite 1, la base 42 est positionnée en appui contre le fond 21 de la boite 1, et le bandeau de calage 4 entoure le produit 5 comme représenté sur les figures 2 et 3.
  • La hauteur du bandeau de calage 4 est de plus typiquement égale à la hauteur du volume interne de la boite 1, de sorte qu'une fois le couvercle 3 fermé, le bandeau de calage 4 est maintenu en position dans la boite 1, et le sommet 43 du bandeau de calage 4 est en appui contre le panneau supérieur 31 du couvercle 3.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 est typiquement dimensionné en fonction du produit 5 que l'on souhaite disposer dans la boite 1.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 est ainsi configuré de sorte que D42>D5>D43.
  • Ainsi, dans la boite 1 ouverte, on positionne dans un premier temps le produit 5, puis le bandeau de calage 4, et on referme ensuite le couvercle 3.
  • Du fait du dimensionnement du bandeau de calage 4 par rapport au diamètre D5 du produit 5, le bandeau de calage 4 assure un maintien en position du produit 5 en translation selon un axe perpendiculaire au fond 21 de la boite 1, ou à tout le moins une limitation d'une telle translation.
  • En effet, du fait de la relation D42>D5>D43, le produit 5 vient au contact du bandeau de calage 4 en cas de translation selon un axe perpendiculaire au fond 21 de la boite 1 en direction du couvercle 3.
  • De manière avantageuse, le bandeau de calage 4 présente un diamètre D à une hauteur sensiblement égale à la hauteur d'une section externe du produit 5.
  • Ainsi, comme représenté par exemple sur la figure 3, le produit 5 est maintenu immobile par rapport au bandeau de calage 4.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 permet donc de protéger le produit 5 contenu dans la boite 1, notamment en cas de renversement de cette dernière.
  • En effet, en l'absence de bandeau de calage 4, le produit viendrait alors s'écraser contre le panneau supérieur 31 du couvercle 3.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 évite un tel risque d'écrasement, en empêchant ou à tout le moins en limitant le déplacement du produit 5, même en cas de renversement de la boite 1.
  • Par ailleurs, la base 42 du bandeau de calage 4 présente avantageusement un diamètre de base D42 sensiblement égal à la longueur d'un côté du panneau de fond 21 lorsque ce dernier est un carré.
  • De cette manière, le bandeau de calage 4 permet également d'empêcher tout glissement du produit 5 dans la boite 1.
  • Comme représenté sur les figures 4 et 5, le bandeau de calage 4 peut être formé par une bande de carton présentant des encoches 44 réalisées à ses deux extrémités longitudinales configurées pour s'engager afin de former un bandeau en forme de tronc de cône. Plusieurs encoches peuvent alors être aménagées afin de régler le diamètre de bandeau de calage 4 en fonction de la boite 1 et du produit 5 associés.
  • Les figures 6 et 7 présentent un autre exemple d'emballage selon un aspect de l'invention, adapté pour recevoir un produit 6 ayant une forme générale rectangulaire.
  • Comme précédemment, l'emballage comprend une boite 1 et un bandeau de calage 4.
  • Le produit 6 a ici une forme générale rectangulaire.
  • On définit ainsi une longueur Lo6 et une largeur La6 du produit 6.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 a pour sa part une forme générale de portion de pyramide à base rectangulaire.
  • Comme précédemment, on définit une base 42 du bandeau de calage 4 adaptée pour venir en appui contre le fond 21 du réceptacle 2 de la boite 1, et un sommet 43 du bandeau de calage 4 adapté pour être à proximité ou au contact du panneau supérieur 31 du couvercle 3.
  • La base 42 du bandeau de calage 4 présente une longueur de base Lo42 et une largeur de base La42, tandis que le sommet 43 du bandeau de calage 4 présente une longueur de sommet Lo43 et une largeur de sommet La43.
  • Les dimensions du bandeau de calage 4 sont telles que : Lo 42 > Lo 6 > Lo 43

  • De cette manière, comme pour un bandeau de calage 42 en forme de tronc de cône tel que présenté précédemment en référence aux figures 1 à 5, le bandeau de calage 4 permet de réaliser une fonction de maintien du produit 6 dans la boite 1, en empêchant ou à tout le moins en limitant son déplacement vers le couvercle 31 même en cas de renversement de la boite 1.
  • Les dimensions Lo42 et La42 peuvent de plus correspondre sensiblement aux dimensions du réceptacle 2 de la boite 1, ce qui permet alors de complètement immobiliser le produit 6 dans la boite 1.
  • Que le produit 5 ou 6 soit circulaire ou rectangulaire, on comprend que les deux modes de réalisation présentent ainsi un fonctionnement et une structure similaire, permettant d'assurer un maintien en position et une protection du produit 5 ou 6 contenu dans la boite 1.
  • Le bandeau de calage 4 peut être monobloc ou en plusieurs parties. Il peut être réalisé en carton à partir d'un flan, ou en matériau thermoformé. Il est par exemple réalisé en matériau transparent.

    l'emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un bandeau de calage (4), formant un tronc de cône, et définissant une base (42) en appui contre le fond du réceptacle (2), présentant un diamètre (D42) strictement supérieure au diamètre (D5) du produit alimentaire, et un sommet (43) adapté pour venir en appui contre le couvercle (3) de la boite (1), présentant un diamètre (D43) strictement inférieur au diamètre (D5) du produit alimentaire.
  2. Emballage adapté pour contenir un produit (6) alimentaire présentant une périphérie rectangulaire présentant une longueur (Lo6) et une largeur (La6), l'emballage comprenant une boite (1) formée à partir d'un flan (4), comprenant un réceptacle (2) et un couvercle (3) mobile par rapport au réceptacle (2) entre une position ouverte et une position fermée,
    le réceptacle (2) étant formé par plusieurs parois (21, 22, 23, 24) définissant un volume interne de la boite (1), et présentant une ouverture sélectivement obturée par le couvercle (3),
    l'emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un bandeau de calage (4) formant une portion de pyramide à base rectangle, et définissant une base (42) en appui contre le fond (21) du réceptacle (2), présentant une longueur (Lo42) et une largeur (La42) respectivement strictement supérieures à la longueur (Lo6) et à la largeur (La6) du produit (6) alimentaire, et un sommet (43) adapté pour venir en appui contre le couvercle (3) de la boite (1), présentant une longueur (Lo43) et une largeur (La43) respectivement strictement inférieures à la longueur (Lo6) et à la largeur (La6) du produit (6) alimentaire.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la boite (1) a une section carrée, de côté égal du diamètre (D42) de la base (42) du bandeau de calage (4).
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la boite (1) a une section rectangulaire, de longueur égale à la longueur (Lo43) de la base (42) du bandeau de calage (4), et de largeur égale à la largeur (La43) de la base (42) du bandeau de calage (4).
  5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ledit bandeau de calage (4) est configuré de manière à immobiliser le produit (5, 6) alimentaire dans la boite (1) en translation selon une direction perpendiculaire au fond (21) du réceptacle (2).
  6. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel ledit bandeau de calage (4) est monobloc.
  7. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel ledit bandeau de calage (4) est réalisé en matériau thermoformé.
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit bandeau de calage (4) est réalisé en matériau transparent.
  9. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel ledit bandeau de calage (4) est réalisé à partir d'un flan en carton.
