Abstract

Der vorgeschlagene Lotionsspender für Bad- und Sanitärräume ist zum Einbau in eine Wandnische vorgesehen, dessen Einbaumaße nur eine ungefähre Übereinstimmung mit den Abmessungen der Wandnische erfordern. Auch bei unterschiedlichen Materialstärken des jeweiligen Wandbelags ermöglicht der vorgeschlagene Lotionsspender einen mit dem Wandbelag bündigen Einbau. Der Lotionsspender weist hierzu folgende Merkmale auf: - einen mit dem umgebenden Mauerwerk (6) der Wandnische (5) verbindbaren Flanschrahmen (2), welcher den Unterputz- Montagekasten (1) umgibt und mit diesem verstellbar verbunden ist, und - ein Einbaumodul (4) zur Aufnahme von Lotionsbehältern hinter einer oberflächenbündigen Abdeckung (8), wobei das Einbaumodul (4) in den Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) eingesetzt ist und mit einem Randflansch (7a) die freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) bündig überdeckt. Der Flanschrahmen (2) ist zur Befestigung unter dem Wandbelag (3) des Mauerwerks (6) vorgesehen. Die Einbautiefe des Unterputz- Montagekastens (1) ist durch Verstellen des Flanschrahmens (2) am Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) an unterschiedliche Materialstärken des Wandbelags (3) so anpassbar, dass das in den Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) eingesetzte Einbaumodul (4) bündig mit der Oberfläche des Wandbelags (3) abschließt.

Description

LOTIONSSSPENDER FÜR BAD- UND SANITÄRRÄUME
B E S C H R E I B U N G
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Lotionsspender für Bad- und Sanitärräume gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Für Bad- und Sanitärräume sind Lotionsspender zum Unterputzeinbau in eine Wandnische bekannt. Die bekannten Lotionsspender bestehen aus einem kastenförmigen Gehäuse mit umlaufendem Flansch und einem Spendermodul mit Frontplatte. Der Spendermodul ist mit seiner Frontplatte bündig mit dem umlaufenden Flansch in das Gehäuse einsetzbar. Unterhalb der Frontplatte kann man in das Gehäuse hinein greifen und einen Hebel oder eine Lichtschranke des Spendermoduls zur Lotionsausgabe betätigen. Beim Einbau der bekannten Lotionsspender wird das Gehäuse in die Wandnische mit möglichst geringem Spiel eingepasst und mit seinem umlaufenden Flansch auf den die Wandnische umgebenden Wandbelag (Fliese, Feinsteinzeug, Naturstein) aufgesetzt. Die Fuge zwischen dem Flansch und dem Wandbelag wird mit Silikonkleber abgedichtet, wodurch gleichzeitig der Lotionsspender in seiner Einbaulage fixiert wird. Eine solcher Einbau hat jedoch eine Reihe von Nachteilen: Zum einen muss die Wandnische ziemlich genau mit den Einbaumaßen des kastenförmigen Gehäuses übereinstimmen, um einen sicheren Sitz des bekannten Lotionsspenders zu gewährleisten. Zum anderen ist die Abfugung des umlaufenden Flansches im Nassbereich wartungsbedürftig. Schließlich steht der umlaufende Flansch über den umgebenden Wandbelag hervor, was bei der Reinigung des Wandbelages stört und überdies unschön ist. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Lotionsspender für Bad- und Sanitärräume zum Einbau in eine Wandnische zu schaffen, dessen Einbaumaße nur eine ungefähre Übereinstimmung mit den Abmessungen der Wandnische erfordern und welcher auch bei unterschiedlichen Materialstärken des jeweiligen Wandbelags einen mit dem Wandbelag bündigen Einbau ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Lotionsspenders nach der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Der erfindungsgemäße Lotionsspender besteht aus drei Bauelementen, nämlich aus (a) einem Unterputz-Montagekasten, der in einer Wandnische positioniert ist, (b) einem mit dem umgebenden Mauerwerk der Wandnische verbindbaren Flanschrahmen, welcher den Unterputz- Montagekasten ringförmig umgibt und mit diesem verstellbar verbunden ist und (c) einem Einbaumodul, welches in den Unterputz-Montagekasten eingesetzt ist und dabei mit einem Randflansch die freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekastens bündig überdeckt. Der Montage- Flanschrahmen wird beim Einbau des erfindungsgemäßen Lotionsspenders an dem Mauerwerk unter dem Wandbelag befestigt und haltert den Unterputz-Montagekasten„schwimmend" in der Wandnische. Mit der Verstellmöglichkeit des Flanschrahmens am Unterputz- Montagekasten kann die Einbautiefe des Unterputz-Montagekastens an unterschiedliche Materialstärken des Wandbelags angepasst werden. Das in den Unterputz-Montagekasten eingesetzte Einbaumodul kann auf diese Weise bündig mit der Oberfläche des Wandbelags abschließen. Die Erfindung wird mit ihren weiteren Einzelheiten und Vorteilen an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Fig. 2 einen horizontalen Schnitt durch eine Ecke des erfindungsgemäßen Lotionsspenders.
Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Lotionsspender nach der Erfindung ist zum Einbau in eine Wandnische 5 (Fig. 2) eines Bad- oder Sanitärraums, beispielsweise einer Duschkabine vorgesehen und dient zur Aufnahme von einem oder mehreren, nicht gezeigten Lotionsbehältern. An seiner Vorderseite ist der Lotionsspender mit einer Abdeckung 8 versehen, hinter welcher die nicht gezeigten Lotionsbehälter angebracht sind. Die Abdeckung 8 verschließt die Vorderseite des Lotionsspenders nur im oberen Bereich, um unterhalb der Abdeckung 8 den Zugriff zu den nicht gezeigten Lotionsbehältern zu gestatten. Die Lotionsbehälter können auf beliebige Weise die Lotionsabgabe beim Zugriff auslösen, beispielsweise durch manuelles Betätigen eines Hebels oder durch manuelles Unterbrechen einer Lichtschranke. Der Lotionsspender ist dabei so in die Wandnische eingebaut, dass seine Oberfläche bündig mit dem Wandbelag 3 des Bad- oder Sanitärraums, bestehend aus Fliesen, Feinsteinzeug oder Naturstein, abschließt. Dieser flächenbündige Einbau gewährleistet nicht nur ein ästhetisch ansprechendes Aussehen des eingebauten Lotionsspenders speziell bei einem hochwertigem Wandbelag 3, sondern erlaubt darüber hinaus eine von Vorsprüngen oder Oberflächenunebenheiten ungestörte Reinigung des Wandbelags 3 in der Umgebung des Lotionsspenders. Der erfindungsgemäße Lotionsspender umfasst einen Unterputz- Montagekasten 1 , der„schwimmend" in der Wandnische 5 positioniert ist. „Schwimmend" bedeutet, dass die Abmessungen der Wandnische 5 nicht genau den Einbaumaßen des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 entsprechen und daher zwischen der Wandnische 5 und dem Unterputz- Montagekasten 1 ein mehr oder weniger großer Luftraum 9 (Fig. 2) vorhanden ist, der nach erfolgter Montage beispielsweise mit Schaumkunststoff ausgefüllt werden kann.
Auf den Unterputz-Montagekasten 1 ist ein umlaufender Montage- Flanschrahmen 2 ausgesetzt, welcher bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 ein Winkelprofil aufweist. Der eine Schenkel des winkelförmigen Flanschrahmens 2 ist an den Seitenwänden des Unterputz- Montagekastens 1 verstellbar befestigt. Hierzu weisen die Seitenwände des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 beispielsweise Schlitze oder Lochreihen auf, damit der Abstand des Flanschrahmens 2 zu den freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 variabel eingestellt werden kann. Diese variable Einstellung des Flanschrahmens 2 ist in Fig. 1 durch die beiden in Gegenrichtung zeigenden Pfeile angedeutet. Der andere Schenkel des winkelförmigen Flanschrahmens 2 ist, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, an dem Mauerwerk 6 unter dem Wandbelag 3 befestigt, welcher die Wandnische 5 umgibt. Durch die Befestigung des winkelförmigen Flanschrahmens 2 am Mauerwerk 6 wird der Unterputz-Montagekasten 1 in der Mauernische 5 in seiner„schwimmenden" Einbaulage gehalten. Die Einbautiefe des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 in der Wandnische 5 ist somit abhängig von dem variablen Abstand der freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 von dem aufgesetzten Flanschrahmen 2. Durch die verstellbare Befestigung des Flanschrahmens 2 an dem Unterputz-Montagekasten 1 lässt sich die Einbautiefe des Unterputz- Montagekastens 1 an die jeweilige Materialstärke des verwendeten Wandbelags 3 so anpassen, dass die Oberfläche des Lotionsspenders nach seinem Einbau in die Wandnische 5 bündig mit dem Wandbelag 3 abschließt.
Die Materialstärke des Wandbelags 3 hängt von der Beschaffenheit des jeweiligen Wandbelags ab, der aus Fliesen, Feinsteinzeug oder Naturstein bestehen kann. Fliesen haben eine Wandstärke von beispielsweise 0,8 bis 1 ,2 cm, wohingegen Natursteine eine Wandstärke von beispielsweise 1 ,8 bis 2,0 cm aufweisen können. Zur Materialstärke des Wandbelags 3 kommt noch die Dicke der Kleberschicht hinzu, die, im Falle von Fliesen geringer ist als im Falle von Naturstein.
In den Unterputz-Montagekasten 1 ist ein Einbaumodul 4 eingesetzt, dessen Gehäuse einen Randflansch aufweist, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. Zwischen dem Randflansch des Modul-Gehäuses befindet sich die Abdeckung 8, welche in nicht gezeigter Weise an dem Modul-Gehäuse befestigt ist, beispielsweise nach oben schwenkbar mittels seitlicher Lagerzapfen. Der Randflansch des Modul-Gehäuses überdeckt die freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 , wie ebenfalls aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. Im eingebauten Zustand des Einbaumoduls 4 schließt der Randflansch des Modul-Gehäuses und damit auch dessen Abdeckung 8 bündig mit der Oberfläche des Wandbelags 3 ab. Dabei stoßen die Seitenwände des Unterputz-Montagekastens 1 und die Stirnseiten des Randflansches des Modul-Gehäuses fugenlos gegen die Stirnseite des benachbarten Wandbelages 3 (Fig. 2), wodurch eine Verfugung zur Abdichtung des eingebauten Lotionsspenders entbehrlich ist. Eine Wartungsfuge insbesondere in einem Nassraum wird somit vermieden, was ein weiterer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Lotionsspenders ist.

Claims

A N S P R Ü C H E
1. Lotionsspender für Bad- und Sanitärräume, mit einem Unterputz- Montagekasten (1), der in einer Wandnische (5) positionierbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
- einen mit dem umgebenden Mauerwerk (6) der Wandnische (5) verbindbaren Flanschrahmen (2), welcher den Unterputz- Montagekasten (1) umgibt und mit diesem verstellbar verbunden ist, und
- ein Einbaumodul (4) zur Aufnahme von Lotionsbehältern hinter einer oberflächenbündigen Abdeckung (8), wobei das Einbaumodul (4) in den Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) eingesetzt ist und mit einem Randflansch (7a) die freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) bündig überdeckt,
wobei der Flanschrahmen (2) zur Befestigung unter einem Wandbelag (3) des Mauerwerks (6) vorgesehen ist und die Einbautiefe des Unterputz- Montagekastens (1) durch Verstellen des Flanschrahmens (2) am Unterputz-Montagekasten (1) an unterschiedliche Materialstärken des Wandbelags (3) so anpassbar ist, dass das in den Unterputz- Montagekasten (1) eingesetzte Einbaumodul (4) bündig mit der Oberfläche des Wandbelags (3) abschließt.
2. Lotionsspender nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flanschrahmen (2) ein Winkelprofil aufweist, der mit einem ersten Schenkel an den Seitenwänden des Unterputz-Montagekastens (1) verstellbar befestigt ist.
3. Lotionsspender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Schenkel des winkelförmigen Flanschrahmens (2) zur Befestigung an dem Mauerwerk (6) unter dem Wandbelag (3) vorgesehen ist.
4. Lotionsspender nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände des Unterputz-Montagekastens (1 ) Schlitze oder Lochreihen zur variablen Einstellung des Abstandes des Flanschrahmens (2) zu den freien Enden des Unterputz-Montagekastens (1) aufweisen.
5. Lotionsspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (8) die Vorderseite des Lotionsspenders nur im oberen Bereich verschließt, um unterhalb der Abdeckung (8) den Zugriff zu den Lotionsbehältern zu gestatten.
