Definitions
- the invention relates to a ski boot, in particular alpine ski boot, with an inner boot of a flexible shaft material and a shell surrounding the inner shoe at least partially, which has a lower shell part at least partially enclosing in the use position and an upper shell part hingedly connected to the lower shell part the lower shell part has a manhole opening extending essentially in the direction of a longitudinal axis, which in the closed state is closed by overlapping edge portions of the lower shell part.
- the lower shell part is divided substantially in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the shoe to form an access opening in the instep area, wherein lateral and medial portions of the lower shell part are arranged overlapping in the instep area.
- Schnürschuh such as a roller skate, a cross-country boot or a hiking boot
- This traction device is tensioned by a manually applied clamping force and then fixed by means of a clamping device.
- the application of such traction means is limited to shoes, in which a lower shell or shank part recessed in Rist Scheme.
- a ski boot is known in which in the instep area a meandering traction rope is provided, the clamping force is adjustable by means of a fastening means and an adjustable deflecting point.
- this meandering course of the pull rope has proven to be disadvantageous, since in particular the middle guide element must still be designed as a pivotally mounted buckle, which is arranged in the closed position overlapping the overlap region. Accordingly, with such a course of the pull rope after the entry into the shoe, it is first necessary to close the buckle leading the pull rope, and only then can the pull rope be stretched over a tensioning device until the buckle tightly encloses the foot of the user.
- a different touring ski boot in which in an instep area of the lower shell part is recessed to form a manhole.
- a pull rope is provided for tightening the shoe, which can be tightened by means of a closure element, in particular in the form of a rotary closure.
- the pull rope is over long distances on the manhole, which is defined by the recessed area in the shell, out and the pull rope is crossed in this area, so this can disadvantageously occur in this open area at the user unpleasant pressure points.
- the recessed area of the shell is completely covered by a protective tongue.
- the aim of the present invention is therefore to provide a ski boot of the type mentioned, in which an individual, fine-scale adaptation of the lower shell or of the Tray enclosed volume is easily possible, while ensuring that the shell fits well under the tension in the instep area on foot of the user.
- rollers each on a rotation axis are rotatably mounted, wherein the axis of rotation is preferably pivotally mounted.
- bearing blocks in the higher flexibility portion of the lower shell part preferably each via a pin-shaped connecting element, in particular a rivet or screw, are fixed, the bearings of the deflection can also better adapt to the individual foot shape of the user, so that the fit is further improved ,
- a rotary or ratchet fastener is provided as a clamping element.
- Such screw caps are known in particular by the company Boa Technology Inc. for many years. Such closures are for example in the patent application US 5,934,599 A , of the US 6,202,953 B and numerous other applications of Boa Technology Inc. in detail.
- ratchet fasteners are available, for example, from AM Teknostampi SpA or GI.DI. Meccanica SpA known.
- the clamping element is arranged laterally in an upper end portion of the instep area on the lower shell part.
- the clamping element can also be arranged at a different position on the lower shell part, for example in the middle in the upper instep area or also in the transition area between the toe and instep area, etc.
- the upper shell part has at least one buckle.
- the alpine ski boot 1 has an access opening 4 substantially along a longitudinal axis L.
- both the lower shell part 2 and the upper shell part 3 have border sections 2 'and 3' adjoining the access opening 4, respectively are arranged overlapping in the closed state.
- an inner shoe 5 is added, which consists of comparatively flexible materials including, at least in sections, a padding.
- the user can to get into the ski boot 1, the overlapping shell edge portions 2 ', 3' of the lower and upper shell part 2, 3 from each other, so that an entry into the liner 5 is made possible, then the trapped by the shell part 2, 3 volume and thus closely enclose the foot of the user, whereby a direct power transmission from the ski boot 1 to one connected to the ski boot 1 Ski is possible.
- the lower shell part 2 does not know - as in alpine shoes previously common - as such buckles / locking elements 6.7, but it is here as traction means 8 a pull rope provided, starting behind a front toe section substantially over the entire instep area of the lower shell part 2 is crossed.
- rollers 9 are arranged on the lower shell part.
- the rollers 9 are each rotatably mounted on an axle 9 ', which in turn is received in a bearing block 11.
- Bearing blocks 11 are in this case connected with rivets or screws 11 'with the lower shell part 2, so that when applying a clamping force on the tension cable 8 by means of a clamping element 12, the lower shell part 2 pulls together by the extent of overlap of the edge portions 2' is increased.
- a rotary closure provided, with which over rotating a control element, the active clamping length of the tension cable 8 can be shortened and thus a clamping force on the rollers 9 and the bearing blocks 11 can be applied to the lower shell part 2. Since the applied clamping force is not dependent on the predetermined distance of the recesses of a locking element - as is the case with the buckles / locking elements 6,7 - can on the individual determination of the rotary closure 12 a particularly fine-scale adjustment of the enclosed by the lower shell part 2 circumference or Volume can be achieved.

Abstract
Description
Meccanica S.p.A bekannt.
-
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Skischuhs; -
Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht auf eine mediale Seite des erfindungsgemäßen Skischuhs;
