l'écrou de serrage (16) vissé est appliqué directement ou au moyen d'une bague de serrage (11) contre le cône de concassage (3),
le dispositif de serrage hydraulique (14) est monté de manière amovible sur le support de cône (4) et est actionné, et pressant le cône de concassage (3) directement ou au moyen de la bague de serrage (11) contre le siège conique (13.2) du support de cône (4),
l'écrou de serrage (16) appliqué est resserré pendant que le dispositif de serrage (14) agit sur le cône de concassage (3), et
le dispositif de serrage (14) est desserré et démonté,
le procédé étant mis en œuvre sur un système selon la revendication 4. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'on utilise comme dispositif de serrage (14) un écrou hydraulique (15) disponible dans le commerce qui est vissé, après avoir vissé l'écrou de serrage (16), coaxialement à celui-ci sur une broche de support de cône (12) formée coaxialement au sommet du support de cône (4) et qui agit directement ou au moyen de la bague de serrage (11) sur le cône de concassage (3) à l'aide d'une plaque de serrage (17) s'engageant par-dessus l'écrou de serrage (16) avec une bague de pression (24). - Procédé de démontage d'un cône de concassage (3) qui est vissé sur le support de cône (4) d'un concasseur centrifuge à l'aide d'un écrou de serrage (16) et qui est serré contre le siège conique (13.2) du support de cône (4),
caractérisé en ce quele cône de concassage (3) est d'abord pressé sur le siège conique (13.2) à l'aide d'un dispositif de serrage hydraulique (14) monté sur le support de cône (4),l'écrou de serrage (16) est desserré pendant que le dispositif de serrage (14) agit sur le cône de concassage (3), etle dispositif de serrage (14) est desserré et démonté avant que l'écrou de serrage (16) ne soit complètement dévissé et que le cône de concassage (3) ne soit retiré,le procédé étant mis en œuvre sur un système selon la revendication 4. - Système comprenant- un concasseur à cône comportant un support de cône (4) et un cône de concassage (3) pouvant être placé sur le siège conique (13.2) du support de cône (4), le cône de concassage (3) pouvant être serré contre le support de cône (4) à l'aide d'un écrou de serrage (16) vissé sur une broche de support de cône (12) formée coaxialement au sommet du support de cône (4),- une plaque de serrage (17) qui est placée de manière amovible sur la broche de support de cône (12) et qui s'engage, une fois placée, par-dessus l'écrou de serrage (16), la plaque de serrage (17) agissant sur le cône de concassage (3) directement ou à l'aide de la bague de serrage (11), et- un écrou hydraulique (15) pouvant être vissé sur la broche de support de cône (12) et agissant sur la plaque de serrage (17).
- Système selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la plaque de serrage (17) comporte une bride de plafond (23) sur laquelle agit l'écrou hydraulique (15) et une bague de pression (24) qui agit directement ou au moyen de la bague de serrage (11) sur le cône de concassage (3) et qui s'engage autour de l'écrou de serrage (16), des passages étant ménagés à la périphérie de la bague de pression (24) à travers lesquels l'écrou de serrage (16) est accessible pour des leviers rotatifs enfichables (18) . - Système selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la bague de serrage (11) peut être placée sur la broche de support de cône (12) de manière à pouvoir coulisser axialement et vient en appui sur le bord supérieur du cône de concassage (3), la bague de serrage (11) constituant un appui pour l'écrou de serrage (16) et la bague de pression (24). - Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la broche de support de cône (12) comporte un premier filetage extérieur (25) destiné à visser l'écrou de serrage (16) et un deuxième filetage extérieur (26) situé derrière celui-ci par rapport au cône de concassage (3) et destiné à visser l'écrou hydraulique (15), le diamètre du deuxième filetage extérieur (26) étant inférieur à celui du premier filetage extérieur (25) et inférieur à celui du filetage intérieur de l'écrou de serrage (16). - Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
l'écrou de serrage (16) comporte des logements, en particulier des alésages ménagés à la périphérie, qui sont destinés à recevoir temporairement des leviers rotatifs (18). - Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8,
caractérisé par
une protection de filetage annulaire (19) destinée à être vissée sur le deuxième filetage extérieur (26) prévu pour l'écrou hydraulique (15) et un casque (22) de protection contre les impacts pouvant être placé sur la broche de support de cône par et sur la protection de filetage (19) . - Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, le système étant conçu pour monter le cône de concassage sur le support de cône du concasseur à cône à l'aide de la plaque de serrage et de l'écrou hydraulique.
