Claims (10)
- Système de fermeture de type capsule pour des contenants, comprenant en tant que corps de base un bouchon couronne présentant une pluralité d'extrémités moulées à la manière d'épis ou de dents, qui est formé au moins en partie à partir d'un matériau métallique et/ou contenant de l'aluminium et qui présente un côté intérieur se destinant à venir en appui au niveau du contenant et un côté extérieur, dans lequel le corps de base du bouchon couronne est moulé de telle manière que les extrémités moulées forment, après une déformation conforme à l'usage prévu et fermant le contenant, une ou plusieurs cavités entre la surface de contenant extérieure et les extrémités moulées, dans lequel est prévu sur le côté intérieur dans la zone des extrémités moulées un matériau étanche déformable, qui ferme les espaces creux au moins dans la périphérie de l'extrémité pointant vers le fond de contenant,
caractérisé en ce que

- Système de fermeture de type capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des sections de creux des extrémités moulées sont chargées au moins en partie d'un matériau de remplissage sur le côté extérieur du corps de base et/ou l'arête extérieure du corps de base est chargée en un matériau d'arête.
- Procédé servant à fermer des contenants avec un système de fermeture de type capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
dans lequel les contenants et les bouchons couronnes sont amenés au dispositif de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que
une étape d'activation suit immédiatement après l'étape de la déformation des extrémités moulées, dans laquelle une augmentation de volume du matériau étanche est provoquée indirectement par l'intermédiaire d'un apport en énergie dans le bouchon couronne ou directement par l'apport en énergie dans des surfaces dégagées du matériau étanche. - Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'apport en énergie est effectué dans une station de transport et/ou de traitement en aval du dispositif de fermeture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'apport en énergie est effectué au cours d'un transport continu des contenants.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le changement de forme et/ou d'état du matériau étanche est effectué de telle manière que le matériau étanche restant après la déformation et après l'activation recouvre de manière radiale les extrémités moulées libres et forme ainsi un anneau ou une couronne sous les extrémités moulées libres.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le matériau étanche est appliqué sur le corps de base du bouchon couronne,
dans lequel
l'étape du regroupement du matériau étanche et du corps de base est effectuée directement avant ou dans le système de fermeture, dans lequel le corps de base et le matériau étanche sont fournis à partir de deux unités de mise à disposition et de stockage différentes et sont acheminés à une unité de liaison par l'intermédiaire de systèmes d'amenée ou de transfert correspondants et y sont reliés en une unique fermeture (bouchon couronne) avant l'application sur le contenant respectif.
