Claims (13)

  1. Vanne de coupure de gaz (12) pour un brûleur à gaz (9), pouvant être placée au choix dans un état ouvert ou fermé, avec un dispositif de temporisation (27) aménagé afin de temporiser un passage de la vanne de coupure de gaz (12) de l'état ouvert vers l'état fermé, dans laquelle la vanne de coupure de gaz (12) comprend un élément d'actionnement (15) déplaçable pour l'ouverture ou la fermeture sélective de la vanne de coupure de gaz (12) d'une position ouverte vers une position fermée, et un dispositif élastique (34) à l'aide duquel l'élément d'actionnement (15) est précontraint dans la direction de la position fermée, dans laquelle le dispositif de temporisation (27) est aménagé afin de temporiser un déplacement automatique de l'élément d'actionnement (15) à l'aide du dispositif élastique (34) de la position ouverte vers la position fermée et dans laquelle le dispositif de temporisation (27) est un amortisseur à gaz.
  2. Vanne de coupure de gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de temporisation (27) amortit un mouvement de l'élément d'actionnement (15) lors du déplacement de celui-ci de la position fermée vers la position ouverte.
  3. Vanne de coupure de gaz selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (15) présente une surface d'appui (19) pour un récipient de denrées à cuire.
  4. Vanne de coupure de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (15) est en forme de bâton.
  5. Vanne de coupure de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de temporisation (27) présente une première chambre à gaz (26) prévue sur l'élément d'actionnement (15) et une deuxième chambre à gaz (28) prévue sur un carter de vanne (22) de la vanne de coupure de gaz (12), laquelle se trouve en liaison fluidique avec la première chambre à gaz (26) via une tuyère (29).
  6. Vanne de coupure de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (15) peut être chargé d'un récipient de denrées à cuire pour le déplacement de la position fermée vers la position ouverte et en ce que lors du soulèvement du récipient de denrées à cuire de l'élément d'actionnement (15) l'élément d'actionnement (15) se déplace à l'aide du dispositif élastique (34) automatiquement de la position ouverte vers la position fermée.
  7. Vanne de coupure de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un axe central (47) de l'élément d'actionnement (15) est, lors de son déplacement de la position ouverte vers la position fermée ou inversement, disposé parallèlement à un axe central (48) du brûleur à gaz (9).
  8. Agencement de brûleur à gaz (4 - 7) pour un poste de cuisson (2), avec un brûleur à gaz (9), une vanne de régulation de gaz (10), une vanne de coupure de gaz (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 et une conduite d'alimentation en gaz (13) qui relie fluidiquement la vanne de régulation de gaz (10) à la vanne de coupure de gaz (12) et la vanne de coupure de gaz (12) au brûleur à gaz (9).
  9. Agencement de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par un support à marmites (8) pour la dépose d'un récipient de denrées à cuire, qui présente un élément d'actionnement (15) de la vanne de coupure de gaz (12).
  10. Agencement de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface d'appui (19) de l'élément d'actionnement (15) et une surface d'appui respective (20, 21) d'écarteurs (17, 18) du support à marmites (8) constituent une surface d'appui (AF) commune du support à marmites (8).
  11. Agencement de brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un cadre (16) du support à marmites (8) est exécuté en un seul matériau avec un carter de vanne (22) de la vanne de coupure de gaz (12).
  12. Poste de cuisson (2) avec une vanne de coupure de gaz (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 et/ou un agencement de brûleur à gaz (4 - 7) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11.
  13. Cuisinière (1) avec une vanne de coupure de gaz (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, un agencement de brûleur à gaz (4 - 7) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11 et/ou un poste de cuisson (2) selon la revendication 12.
