Claims (13)

  1. Gas shut-off valve (12) for a gas burner (9), which is optionally able to be brought into an opened or closed state, with a delay facility (27), which is configured to delay a bringing of the gas shut-off valve (12) from the opened state into the closed state, wherein the gas shut-off valve (12) comprises an actuation element (15), which is able to be displaced from an open position into a closed position to optionally open or close the gas shut-off valve (12), and comprises a spring facility (34), with the aid of which the actuation element (15) is pretensioned in the direction of the closed position, wherein the delay facility (27) is configured to delay an automatic displacement of the actuation element (15) with the aid of the spring facility (34) from the open position into the closed position and wherein the delay facility (27) is a gas damper.
  2. Gas shut-off valve according to claim 1, characterised in that the delay facility (27) damps a movement of the actuation element (15) when displacing the same from the closed position into the open position.
  3. Gas shut-off valve according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the actuation element (15) has a contact surface (19) for a vessel for food to be cooked.
  4. Gas shut-off valve according to one of claims 1 - 3, characterised in that the actuation element (15) is rod-shaped.
  5. Gas shut-off valve according to one of claims 1 - 4, characterised in that the delay facility (27) has a first gas chamber (26) provided at the actuation element (15) and second gas chamber (28) provided at a valve housing (22), which is fluidically connected to the first gas chamber (26) via a nozzle (29).
  6. Gas shut-off valve according to one of claims 1 - 5, characterised in that the actuation element (15) is able to be loaded with a vessel for food to be cooked for displacement from the closed position into the open position and that, when lifting the vessel for food to be cooked from the actuation element (15), the actuation element (15) is automatically displaced from the open position into the closed position with the aid of the spring facility (34).
  7. Gas shut-off valve according to one of claims 1 - 6, characterised in that a centre axis (47) of the actuation element (15), on displacement of the same from the open position into the closed position or vice versa, is arranged in parallel with a centre axis (48) of the gas burner (9).
  8. Gas burner assembly (4 - 7) for a cooking zone (2), with a gas burner (9), a gas regulation valve (10), a gas shut-off valve (12) according to one of claims 1 - 7 and a gas supply line (13), which fluidically connects the gas regulation valve (10) to the gas shut-off valve (12) and the gas shut-off valve (12) to the gas burner (9).
  9. Gas burner assembly according to claim 8, characterised by a pot support (8) for placement of a vessel for food to be cooked, which has an actuation element (15) of the gas shut-off valve (12).
  10. Gas burner assembly according to claim 9, characterised in that a contact surface (19) of the actuation element (15) and a respective contact surface (20, 21) of spacers (17, 18) of the pot support (8) form a common contact surface (AF) of the pot support (8).
  11. Gas burner assembly according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that a frame (16) of the pot support (8) is embodied from the same single piece of material as a valve housing (22) of the gas shut-off valve (12).
  12. Cooking zone (2) with a gas shut-off valve (12) according to one of claims 1 - 7 and/or a gas burner assembly (4 - 7) according to one of claims 8 - 11.
  13. Cooker (1) with a gas shut-off valve (12) according to one of claims 1 - 7, a gas burner assembly (4 - 7) according to one of claims 8 - 11 and/or a cooking zone (2) according to claim 12.
