Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stuhl, insbesondere einen Bürostuhl, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Durch offenkundige Vorbenutzung sind Stühle bekannt, die ein Sitzteil mit einer Sitzplatte und einer Polsterplatte bzw. gepolsterten Platte umfassen. Bei der Montage von Armlehnen wird bei derartigen Stühlen im Allgemeinen ein Armlehnenträger zwischen der Sitzplatte und der Polsterplatte montiert. Derartige Stühle sind häufig sehr teuer.
  • Ferner sind aus dem Stand der Technik Stühle bekannt, deren Sitzteile keine Polsterplatte aufweisen. Armlehnen werden dann bei diesen Stühlen im Allgemeinen an der Sitzmechanik des Stuhls befestigt, was wiederum aufwendig ist.
  • Aus der US 5,615,926 ist ein Stuhl mit entfernbaren Armlehnen bekannt. Die EP 0 585 515 A1 offenbart ebenfalls einen Stuhl mit entfernbaren Armlehnen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Stuhl bereitzustellen, der kostengünstig herstellbar und insbesondere montagefreundlich ist. Insbesondere soll dieser Stuhl auch sehr benutzerfreundlich sein und ein bequemes Sitzen erlauben.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die in dem unabhängigen Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Der Kern der Erfindung liegt darin, dass das Sitzteil eine an dem Grundkörper angeordnete Sitzpolsterung und eine Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme aufweist. In der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme ist ein Armlehnenträger aufnehmbar bzw. anordenbar. Der Armlehnenträger ist imstande, mindestens eine Armlehne zu tragen bzw. halten. Mindestens eine Armlehne ist günstigerweise an dem Armlehnenträger befestigbar. So ist der Stuhl, beispielsweise nachträglich, einfach mit mindestens einer Armlehne ausrüstbar.
  • Die Ausgestaltung mit der mindestens einen Zugangsöffnung ist äußerst montagefreundlich. Die mindestens eine Zugangsöffnung befindet sich günstigerweise bei mindestens einer der Armlehnen, sofern vorhanden. Durch die mindestens eine Zugangsöffnung ist der Armlehnenträger vorzugsweise von dem Sitzteil entfernbar und/oder an dem Sitzteil anordenbar.
  • Die Ausgestaltung mit dem mindestens einen Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil ergibt einen äußerst montagefreundlichen Stuhl. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn dazu der Armlehnenträger mindestens eine Aufnahmeöffnung zum teilweisen Aufnehmen des mindestens einen Armlehnen-Befestigungsteils hat. Die die mindestens eine Aufnahmeöffnung begrenzende Wandung des Armlehnenträgers ist günstigerweise mit einem Innengewinde versehen. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn der Grundkörper dazu vorzugsweise mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung zur Durchführung des mindestens einen Armlehnen-Befestigungsteils hat. Die mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung ist im Querschnitt vorzugsweise geringfügig größer als ein Schaft des mindestens einen Armlehnen-Befestigungsteils. Das mindestens eine Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil durchsetzt in montiertem Zustand vorzugsweise den Grundkörper bzw. die Durchgangsöffnung. Es greift dann zumindest in die mindestens eine benachbarte Aufnahmeöffnung ein. Das mindestens eine Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil verhindert vorzugsweise in montiertem Zustand entlang seiner Längsachse und/oder quer zu dieser eine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Grundkörper und dem Armlehnenträger. Günstigerweise ist das mindestens eine Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil als Befestigungsschraube ausgebildet und hat ein zu dem Innengewinde des Armlehnenträgers komplementäres Außengewinde. In montiertem Zustand ist das Außengewinde der Befestigungsschraube in das jeweilige Innengewinde des Armlehnenträgers eingedreht.
  • Das mindestens eine Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil durchsetzt günstigerweise in montiertem Zustand auch die mindestens eine Armlehne und hält diese an dem Sitzteil. Es hat vorzugsweise einen Kopf, das die jeweilige Armlehne untergreift.
  • Die Ausgestaltung mit der genau einen Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme zur Aufnahme genau eines Armlehnenträgers zum Tragen von zwei Armlehnen ist äußerst montagefreundlich. Ferner führt sie zu einer besonders hohen Tragfähigkeit der Armlehnen. Es ist demnach genau ein Armlehnenträger in der genau einen Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme aufgenommen. Der genau eine Armlehnenträger trägt zwei Armlehnen. Alternativ ist gemäß einer nicht-erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung für jede Armlehne eine eigene Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme und/oder ein eigener Armlehnenträger vorhanden.
  • Das Stuhlgestell umfasst vorzugsweise eine Stuhlsäule und an dieser angeordnete Laufrollen zur Abstützung gegenüber einem Boden. Alternativ weist das Stuhlgestell beispielsweise mindestens einen Fuß zur Abstützung gegenüber dem Boden auf.
  • Die Sitzpolsterung weist eine Sitzfläche für einen Nutzer des Stuhls auf und erlaubt ein bequemes, komfortables Sitzen. Sie ist günstigerweise nachgiebig bzw. weich. Beispielsweise besteht die Sitzpolsterung aus einem Schaummaterial, wie Polyurethanschaum. Die Sitzpolsterung weist vorzugsweise keine Tragplatte bzw. Polsterplatte auf. Sie erstreckt sich vorzugsweise oberhalb des Grundkörpers. Die Sitzpolsterung ist vorzugsweise von einem Überzug bedeckt.
  • Die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme ist zumindest bereichsweise räumlich begrenzt. Sie erstreckt sich günstigerweise im Wesentlichen horizontal, wenn der Stuhl bestimmungsgemäß aufgestellt ist.
  • Die mindestens eine Armlehne ermöglicht ein bequemes Ablegen des jeweiligen Arms des Nutzers des Stuhls. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn insgesamt zwei Armlehnen an dem Sitzteil befestigbar sind.
  • Es ist von Vorteil, wenn das Sitzteil und/oder der Armlehnenträger im Wesentlichen symmetrisch zu einer Symmetrieebene ausgeführt ist/sind.
  • Es ist von Vorteil, wenn das Sitzteil verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Nachdem die Sitzpolsterung gemäß dem Unteranspruch 2 direkt an dem Grundkörper des Sitzteils anliegt, kommt die Sitzpolsterung ohne eigene Trag- bzw. Polsterplatte aus.
  • Es ist von Vorteil, wenn die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme unterhalb der Sitzpolsterung und vorzugsweise benachbart zu derselben angeordnet ist. Diese Ausgestaltung führt zu einer hohen Tragfähigkeit der mindestens einen Armlehne. Die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme ist vorzugsweise direkt unterhalb der Sitzpolsterung angeordnet.
  • Ein Stuhl gemäß dem Unteranspruch 3 ist kostengünstig herstellbar.
  • Gemäß dem Unteranspruch 4 erstreckt sich die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme in einer Breitenrichtung des Sitzteils. Sie erstreckt sich also günstigerweise zwischen den Armlehnen, sofern vorhanden, bzw. senkrecht zu einer Blickrichtung eines ordnungsgemäß auf dem Stuhl sitzenden Nutzers des Stuhls.
  • Die Ausbildung gemäß dem Unteranspruch 6 führt zu einem äußerst kostengünstig herstellbaren Stuhl. Ferner ist so der Armlehnenträger äußerst funktionssicher aufnehmbar.
  • Gemäß dem Unteranspruch 7 ist ein Armlehnenträger in der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme vorhanden. Günstigerweise ist der Armlehnenträger zur Montage in die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme, insbesondere von seitlich außen, einschiebbar.
  • Der starre Armlehnenträger gemäß dem Unteranspruch 7 ist günstigerweise ein Metallteil, insbesondere Eisenteil. Gemäß dem Unteranspruch 7 ist der Armlehnenträger leistenartig. Der Armlehnenträger hat so eine große Auflagefläche. Ferner erfordert ein derartiger Armlehnenträger nur eine geringe Raumhöhe.
  • Es ist von Vorteil, wenn der Armlehnenträger mindestens ein Versteifungselement, wie eine Versteifungssicke, einen Versteifungssteg oder dergleichen, umfasst, so dass die mindestens eine Armlehne eine besonders hohe Tragfähigkeit hat. Der Armlehnenträger ist demnach günstigerweise als Profilteil ausgebildet. Der Armlehnenträger kann auch plattenartig sein.
  • Die Ausgestaltung gemäß dem Unteranspruch 8 ist besonders benutzerfreundlich. Die mindestens eine Armlehne hat eine hohe Tragfähigkeit. Sie ist günstigerweise unbeweglich gehalten. Vorzugsweise ist der Armlehnenträger bzw. die mindestens eine Armlehne nachrüstbar.
  • Die Ausgestaltung gemäß dem Unteranspruch 9 erlaubt auch wieder eine Demontage des Armlehnenträgers bzw. der mindestens einen Armlehne, was zum Transport bzw. zur Lagerung vorteilhaft sein kann. Der Stuhl ist individuell anpassbar.
  • Nachfolgend wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Zeichnung eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung beispielhaft beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

  • Zunächst bezugnehmend auf die Fig. 4 umfasst ein Bürostuhl in seiner Gesamtheit ein Stuhlgestell 1 mit einem Fußgestell 2, das sich über mehrere Laufrollen 3 gegenüber einem nicht dargestellten Boden, wie einem Fußboden, abstützt. An dem Fußgestell 2 ist eine höhenverstellbare, in einer vertikalen Richtung verlaufende Stuhlsäule 4 angeordnet, an deren oberen Ende ein Sitzträger 5 befestigt ist. Der Sitzträger 5 ist im Wesentlichen zweiteilig ausgestaltet; er weist ein vorderes Sitzträger-Teil 6 und ein hinteres Sitzträger-Teil 7 auf. Das vordere Sitzträger-Teil 6 ist an der Stuhlsäule 4 angebracht. Das hintere Sitzträger-Teil 7 ist oberhalb der Stuhlsäule 4 mittels eines Schwenkgelenks 8 mit einer horizontalen Schwenkachse 9 an dem vorderen Sitzträger-Teil 6 angelenkt. An dem vorderen Sitzträger-Teil 6 ist eine Sitz-Höhen-Verstell-Einrichtung (nicht dargestellt) vorgesehen, die zur Höhenverstellung der Stuhlsäule 4 dient. Das hintere Sitzträger-Teil 7 trägt einen nach oben ragenden Rückenlehnen-Träger 14, an dem eine Rückenlehne 15 zum Anlehnen befestigt ist.
  • Das vordere Sitzträger-Teil 6 und das hintere Sitzträger-Teil 7 tragen zusammen ein Sitzteil 10 mit einem Grundkörper 11 und einer an diesem direkt angeordneten, oberen Sitzpolsterung 12. Das Sitzteil 10 trägt gemäß Fig. 4 seitlich zwei Armlehnen 13.
  • Nun auch bezugnehmend auf die Fig. 1 bis 3 hat der Grundkörper 11 eine im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende, starre Grundplatte 16. Von der Grundplatte 16 springt ein Verbindungskörper 17 nach unten in Richtung auf das Fußgestell 2 vor, der eine sichere Verbindung mit dem Sitzträger 5 erlaubt.
  • Die Grundplatte 16 ist seitlich außen jeweils von einer Durchgangsöffnung 18 durchsetzt, die vorzugsweise zylindrisch und gewindefrei ausgeführt ist.
  • In dem Grundkörper 11 befindet sich seitlich eine schlitzartige Zugangsöffnung 19, an die sich im Inneren des Grundkörpers 11 eine einzige durchgängige Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 anschließt. Die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 ist durch die Grundplatte 16 nach unten räumlich begrenzt. Nach oben ist diese im Wesentlichen durch die Sitzpolsterung 12 räumlich begrenzt. Gegenüberliegend zu der Zugangöffnung 19 ist die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 vorzugsweise durch eine Seitenwandung 21 des Grundkörpers 11 räumlich begrenzt. Die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 erstreckt sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Grundkörpers 11 bzw. des Sitzteils 10. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 auch quer zu ihrer Erstreckung über die Breite des Grundkörpers 11 räumlich begrenzt ist.
  • In der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 ist ein Armlehnenträger 22 aufnehmbar. Der Armlehnenträger 22 ist als starres, einstückiges Profilteil ausgeführt, das günstigerweise aus Eisen besteht. Er ist leistenartig bzw. stegartig und hat im Bereich seiner Längsenden 23 jeweils eine Befestigungsöffnung 24, die beispielsweise durch einen nach oben springenden Durchzug gebildet ist. Die die jeweilige Befestigungsöffnung 24 begrenzende Wandung des Armlehnenträgers 22 ist vorzugsweise mit einem Innengewinde versehen. Anstelle des Durchzugs ist beispielsweise eine Mutter oben an dem Armlehnenträger 22 oberhalb einer Öffnung in dem Armlehnenträger 22 befestigt.
  • In aufgenommenem bzw. montiertem Zustand des Armlehnenträgers 22 befindet sich dieser in der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 und liegt direkt oben auf der Grundplatte 16 auf. Der Armlehnenträger 22 erstreckt sich dann wie die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 22 im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Sitzteils 10. Das der Zugangsöffnung 19 abgewandte Ende des Armlehnenträgers 22 liegt innenseitig an der Seitenwandung 21 an bzw. ist benachbart zu diesem angeordnet. Der Armlehnenträger 22 befindet sich vollständig in dem Grundkörper 11. Jede Befestigungsöffnung 24 fluchtet dann mit einer der Durchgangsöffnungen 18.
  • Oberhalb der Grundplatte 16 hat der Grundkörper 11 mindestens einen seitlich nach außen vorspringenden Tragsteg 25 zum Tragen der Sitzpolsterung 12. Der Tragsteg 25 ist vorzugsweise umfangsseitig geschlossen. Ferner weist der Grundkörper 11 im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende, innere Tragelemente 26 auf, die auch die Sitzpolsterung 12 tragen. Die Tragelemente 26 sind in einem zentralen Bereich des Grundkörpers 11 angeordnet. Der mindestens eine Tragsteg 25 und die Tragelemente 26 untergreifen bereichsweise die Sitzpolsterung 12. Die Sitzpolsterung 12 liegt so bereichsweise auch unten frei.
  • Die Sitzpolsterung 12 ist günstigerweise von einem Überzug 27 überzogen. Der Überzug 27 umgibt auch unten den mindestens einen Tragsteg 25 und greift in eine durch den Tragsteg 25 begrenzte Überzug-Befestigungsaufnahme 28 ein.
  • Der Grundkörper 11 hat unterhalb der Grundplatte 16 zwei einander gegenüberliegende Armlehnen-Aufnahmen 29, die nach seitlich außen offen sind. Die Armlehnen-Aufnahmen 29 erstrecken sich parallel unterhalb der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20. In jeder Armlehnen-Aufnahme 29 ist eine Armlehne 13 mit ihrem Anschlusskörper 30 aufnehmbar, der beispielsweise armartig ist. In jedem Anschlusskörper 30 der Armlehnen 13 verläuft eine Durchstecköffnung 31. Benachbart zu jeder Armlehnen-Aufnahme 29 ist eine der Durchgangsöffnungen 18 angeordnet. Die Durchgangsöffnungen 18 enden in den Armlehnen-Aufnahmen 29.
  • Wenn der Armlehnenträger 22 in der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme 20 aufgenommen ist, sind die Armlehnen 13 über zwei Armlehnen-Befestigungsschrauben 32 an dem Sitzteil 10 bzw. dem Armlehnenträger 22 befestigbar. In montiertem Zustand der Armlehnen 13 durchsetzt jede Armlehnen-Befestigungsschraube 32 im Wesentlichen vertikal die jeweilige Durchstecköffnung 31 der Armlehnen 13 und die benachbarte Durchgangsöffnung 18 in dem Grundkörper 11. Mit ihrem Außengewinde 33 am zylindrischen Schaft 35 ist jede Armlehnen-Befestigungsschraube 32 in die benachbarte Befestigungsöffnung 24 in dem Armlehnenträger 22 eingedreht, was die Armlehnen-Befestigungsschrauben 32 axial festlegt.
  • Jede Armlehnen-Befestigungsschraube 32 trägt einen Betätigungskopf 34, der ein Eindrehen bzw. Ausdrehen der Armlehnen-Befestigungsschraube 32 erlaubt. In eingedrehtem Zustand der Armlehnen-Befestigungsschrauben 32 greift jeder Betätigungskopf 34 unten an dem jeweiligen Anschlusskörper 30 an, so dass die Armlehnen 13 örtlich an dem Armlehnenträger 22 bzw. dem Sitzteil 10 festgelegt sind.
  • In angezogenem Zustand drücken die Armlehnen-Befestigungsschrauben 32 mit ihrem jeweiligen Betätigungskopf 34 die Armlehnen 13 über deren Anschlusskörper 30 von unten fest gegen den Grundkörper 11 bzw. die Grundplatte 16. Ferner ziehen sie den Armlehnenträger 22 über ihren Gewindeeingriff mit den Befestigungsöffnungen 24 von oben gegen den Grundkörper 11, sodass der Armlehnenträger 22 und die Armlehnen 13 unbeweglich an dem Sitzteil 10 gehalten sind. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Anschlusskörper 30 nachträglich zu montieren und zu demontieren.

Claims (11)

  1. Stuhl, insbesondere Bürostuhl,
    a) mit einem Stuhlgestell (1), und
    b) mit einem mit dem Stuhlgestell (1) in Verbindung stehenden Sitzteil (10), das aufweist
    i) einen Grundkörper (11),
    ii) eine an dem Grundkörper (11) angeordnete Sitzpolsterung (12), und
    iii) eine Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) zum Aufnehmen von einem Armlehnenträger (22) zum Tragen von mindestens einer Armlehne (13),
    iv) wobei die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) mindestens eine in dem Grundkörper (11) angeordnete Zugangsöffnung (19) zum Montieren und/oder Demontieren des Armlehnenträgers (22) aufweist, und
    c) mit mindestens einem Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil (32),
    i) das in montiertem Zustand den Armlehnenträger (22) an dem Grundkörper (11) örtlich festlegt, und
    ii) die mindestens eine Armlehne (13) an dem Sitzteil (10) örtlich festlegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    d) genau eine Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) zur Aufnahme genau eines Armlehnenträgers (22) zum Tragen von zwei Armlehnen (13) vorhanden ist.
  2. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzpolsterung (12) zumindest bereichsweise direkt an dem Grundkörper (11) anliegt.
  3. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) in dem Grundkörper (11) befindet.
  4. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) in einer Breitenrichtung des Sitzteils (10) und im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Sitzteils (10) erstreckt.
  5. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine in den Grundkörper (11) angeordnete Zugangsöffnung (19) zum Montieren und/oder Demontieren des Armlehnenträgers (22) nach seitlich außen offen ist.
  6. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) direkt oberhalb einer Grundplatte (16) des Grundkörpers (11) verläuft.
  7. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen in der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) angeordneten Armlehnenträger (22), wobei vorzugsweise der Armlehnenträger (22) starr ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Armlehnenträger (22) leistenartig ist.
  8. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armlehnenträger (22) in der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) an dem Grundkörper (11), insbesondere nachträglich, befestigbar ist.
  9. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armlehnenträger (22) in der Armlehnenträger-Aufnahme (20) an dem Grundkörper (11) lösbar befestigbar ist.
  10. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Armlehnen-Befestigungsteil (32) als Befestigungsschraube ausgebildet ist.
  11. Stuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei der Armlehnen-Befestigungsteile (32) vorhanden sind, wobei die Armlehnen-Befestigungsteile (32) in montiertem Zustand den genau einen Armlehnenträger (22) an dem Grundkörper (11) örtlich festlegen und außerdem die zwei Armlehnen (13) an dem Sitzteil (10) örtlich festlegen.
