Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft oxidationsstabilisierten Biodiesel und Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung.

Description

Oxidationsstabilisierter Biodiesel
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft oxidationsstabilisierten Biodiesel und Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung.
Biodiesel oder Fettsäureralkylester, insbesondere Fettsäuremethylester oder Fettsäure- ethylester, werden in zunehmendem Maße als Alternative zum herkömmlichen Dieselkraftstoff eingesetzt. Er hat sich als regenerativer und C02 neutraler Kraftstoff der ersten Generation etabliert.
Die Herstellung erfolgt überwiegend durch Umesterung von Pflanzenölen (Fettsäuretriglyceriden), wie beispielsweise Palmöl, Rapsöl, Sojaöl oder Sonnenblumenöl mit Methanol oder Ethanol zu Fettsäuremethyl- und -ethylestem durch Katalyse von Basen wie NaOH, KOH, Natrium- oder Kaliummethylat. Neben den reinen Fetten werden auch Mischungen derselben sowie Altfette und tierische Fette unterschiedlichster Herkunft und Zusammensetzung eingesetzt. Diese Fette sind im Gegensatz zu Mineralölen stärkeren Alterungsprozessen unterlegen. Die erhöhte Oxidation sowie die Bildung freier Fettsäuren sind im Wesentlichen für diese Alterung verantwortlich. Daher hat sich der Einsatz von Antioxidantien mehr und mehr etabliert. So ist beispielsweise aus EP-A 1736528 der Einsatz von substituierten Alkylphenolen bekannt. Diese werden dem Biodiesel in Konzentrationen von 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% zugefügt.
Darüberhinaus wird die Fettsäure-Oxidation durch Radikalbildner wie z.B. Kup er (I) bzw. Zink (II) initiiert bzw. gefördert. Da diese Metalle in den Legierungen der Rohrleitungen, Lagertanks bzw. Reaktoren der Biodiesel-Anlagen teilweise eingesetzt werden, wird hierdurch insbesondere bei längerer Lagerzeit bzw. erhöhter Lagertemperatur der Fettsäuremethylester die Bildung von freier Fettsäuren beschleunigt. In der Literatur ist als Gegenmaßnahme der Zusatz von Metallchelatoren wie z.B. Zitronensäure (WO 2007/102948) beschrieben, ohne dass hier die nachteilige Wirkung auf die o.g. Metalle kompensiert wird. Außerdem erhöht sich durch Zusatz von Säuren die Säurezahl des Biodiesels, was zu einer erhöhten Korrosionsrate führen kann und damit die Norm für Biodiesel EN 590 mit einer Säurezahl von maximal 0,2 mg KOH/g nicht erfüllt. Ein weiterer Nachteil Ist die schlechte Lösiichiceit der Zitronensäure in den genannten Lösemitteln, sodass zunächst eine Vorlösung hergestellt werden muss.
Als Zusatz ist in diesem Zusammenhang vor allem Butylhydroxytoluol (BHT) bekannt. Dieses wird ebenfalls in Mengen von 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% dem Biodiesel zugefügt. Des Weiteren ist der Einsatz der dinieren Verbindung 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4- methylphenol), im folgenden Bisphenol genannt, beschrieben.
Handelsübliche Verbindungen sind z.B. von der Firma Lanxess Distribution GmbH unter den Namen Baynox* EU oder Baynox®plus erhältlich. Diese Feststoffe werden vor der Applikation in Biodiesel, Petroleum oder Toluol gelöst.
Alternativ dazu sind auf dem Markt bereits die vorgenannten Wirkstoffe in gelöster Form erhältlich, wie z.B. Baynox^Solution (20 Gew.% BHT in Biodiesel) bzw. Baynox® plus Solution 20 Gew.% Baynox* plus in Biodiesel) der Firma Lanxess Distribution GmbH. Allerdings ist die Konzentration hierbei auf 20 Gew.% Wirkstoff begrenzt und unterhalb von 10°C kann bereits eine Kristallisation einsetzen, wodurch Rohrleitungen und empfindliche Messgeräte zugesetzt werden können. Höher konzentrierte Lösungen müssen beheizt werden, um eine Kristallisatio auszuschließen.
In WO 2007/102948 werden bei Raumtemperatur stabile, höherkonzentrierte Lösungen, bestehend aus bis zu 40 Gew.% des Anlioxidans tert- Butylhydroquinon (TBHQ) beschrieben. Allerdings ist diese Substanz wassergefährdend und nur in einem vergleichsweise teuren Lösungsmittel Ethylenglycolmonobutylether löslich. Zudem sind diese Produkte nur unter Einsatz eines Co-Lösungsmittels (Butylacetat) herstellbar und haben daher einen vergleichsweise niedrigen Flammpunkt von 40-70°C , was die Sicherheit und die Handhabung beeinträchtigt.
Andere Flüssigformulierungen bestehen entweder aus Isomerenmischungen von verschiedenen Phenolen und weisen daher schwankende Produkteigenschaften auf, enthalten Phcnylendiamine, welche die Lösung dunkelrot färben, oder haben andere Nachteile (niedriger Flammpunkt, hohes Wassergefährdungspotential, hohe Neigung zur Kristallisation, hohe Viskosität, etc.). In der Literatur werden als geeignete Antioxidantien auch die substituierten Phenole 2,6-di- tert-Butylphenol, 2,4,6-tri-tert-Butyhphenol, besehrieben. Diese haben jedoch eine vergleichsweise geringe Wirksamkeit.
Die mono- und dialkylierten Hydrochinone, wie z.B. 2-tert-Butylhydrochinon (TBHQ) und 2,5-di-tert-Butylhydrochinon sind als besonders wirksame Antioxidantien insbesondere für mehifach ungesättigte Fettsäuren, wie z.B. Sojaöl bekannt (WO 2009/108851). Diese Verbindungen sind allerdings schwer löslich und haben vor allem in höheren Konzentrationen eine dunkle Farbe.
Aufgabe der vorliegende Erfindung war es daher, oxidationsstabilisierten Biodiesel und verbesserte Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung bereitzustellen, welche die Herstellung von Biodiesel mit hoher Antioxidans-Konzentration bei zugleich hoher Wirksamkeit bei niedriger Dosierung, bei gleichzeitig einfacher Handhabung ermöglichen. Die hierfür eingesetzte Mischung sollte idealerweise einen Flammpunkt > 60°C, vorzugsweise >7°C haben und bei Temperaturen bis zu -5°C stabil bleiben. Des Weiteren sollte der damit hergestellte Biodiesel eine korrosionsinhibierende Wirkung haben und die eingesetzten Apparaturen (Tanks, Leitungen etc.) wie auch den Biodiesel selbst vor Oxidation schützen, wobei auch mit Kupferund Zink kontaminierter Biodiesel wirksam und ohne Erhöhung der Säurezahl stabilisiert werden soll.
Überraschenderweise wurde festgestellt, dass oxidationstabilisierter Biodiesel durch die Zugabe von 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% einer Mischung aus:
A) 40-60 Gew.% mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-Gt-alkylierten Bisphenol,
B) 1 -5 Gew.% Chclatisierungsmittel und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.% Lösemittel, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C2-C4 (Gl) und/oder cycli sehen Ketale (C2) und/oder dibasischen Ester mit einer Ketten länge von C4-C6 (C3), wobei die Summe der Bestandteile der Mischung 100 Gew.% ergibt, hergestellt werden kann. Gleichzeitig werden aber auch die verwendeten metallhaltigen Apparate/Apparateteile (Kupfer, Messing oder Bronze) vor Korrosion geschützt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von oxidationsstabilisiertem Biodiesel (Fettsäurealkylester), wonach 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% einer Mischung aus
A) 40-60 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 45 - 55 Gew.% mindestens einem Ci-CValkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Bisphenol,
B) 1-5 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 1,2 - 2,6 Gew.% Chelatisierungsmittei und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.%) Lösemittel, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C2-C4 (G l ) und/oder cyclischen Ketale (C2) und/oder dibasischen Ester mit einer Kettenlänge von C4-C6 (C3), wobei die Summe der Bestandteile A), B) und C) 100 Gew.% ergibt, dem Biodiesel zudosiert wird sowie der oxidationsstabilisierte Biodiesel (Fettsäurealkylester), enthaltend 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% einer Mischung aus
A) 40-60 Gew.%), vorzugsweise 45 - 55 Gew.% mindestens einem Cj-Gs-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Bisphenol,
B) 1-5 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 1 ,2 - 2,6 Gew.% Chelatisierungsmittei für Kupfer- und Zinkionen und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.%) Lösemittel, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C2-C (G l ) und/oder cyclischen Ketale (C2) und/oder dibasischen Ester mit einer Kettenlänge von C4-C6 (C3), wobei die Summe der Bestandteile A), B) und C) 100 Gew.%» ergibt.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Zusammensetzungen, enthaltend
A) 40-60 Gew.%), vorzugsweise 45 - 55 Gew.% mindestens einem Ci-C,ralkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Bisphenol, B) 1-5 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 1,2 - 2,6 Gew.% Chelatisierungsmittel für Kupier- und Zinkionen und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.% Lösemittel, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C2-C4 (Cl)und/oder cyclischen Ketale (C2) und/oder dibasischen Ester mit einer Kettenlänge von C4-C6 (C3),
Die vorgenannten Mischungen und Zusammensetzungen umfassen dabei folgende Varianten aus:

wobei für A, B, C l , C2 und C3 für alle genannten Mischungen und Zusammensetzungen die vorgenannte Bedeutung haben, Bei Biodiesel im Sinne der Erfindung handelt es sich um Fettsäuremethylester (FAME) und/oder ein Fettsäureethylester (FAEE), Auch Mischungen aus FAME oder FAEE sind möglich. Dieser Begriff umfasst die durch Umesterung von Pflanzenölen (Fcttsäure- glyceriden), wie beispielsweise Palmölen, Rapsöl, Sojaöl oder Sonnenblumenöl, und/oder Altfetten und/oder tierischen Fetten, mit Methanol oder Ethanol zu Fettsäuremethyl- bzw. - ethylestern durch Katalyse von Basen, wie NaOH, KOH, Natrium- oder Kaliummethylat entstandenen Ester.
Bei der Kombination aus mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-Gt-alkylierten Bisphenol (A) im Sinne der Erfindung handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine Mischung enthaltend 2,6-Di-tcrt.butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) und 2,2'-Methylenbis(6- tert-butyl-4-methylphenol). Durc die Kombination von mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Bisphenol (A) , d.h. der Kombination vo Antioxidatien mit unterschiedlicher Wirksamkeit, lässt sich der Ceiling-Efekt, also die Abflachung der Dosis- Wirkungskurve bei höheren Wirkstoffkonzentrationen sowie das Shelf-Life, also die Lagerfähigkeit über längere Zeiträume (>90 Tage) positiv beeinflussen. Durch Zusatz eines Dihydroxyphenols wie z.B. tert- Butylhydroquinon (TBHQ) kann dieser Effekt noch weiter verbessert und gleichzeitig die Oxidationsstabilität bei niedrigen Antioxidans-Gehalten (z.B. 100-200 ppm) deutlich erhöht werden.
Bei dem Chelatisierungsmittel im Sinne der Erfindung handelt es sich um aromatische Triazole. Diese weisen vorzugsweise in wässriger Lösung einen pH-Wert > 6 auf. Diese Chelatisierungsmittel erfüllen die Aufgabe, Kupfer und Zink an Metalloberflächen bzw. im Biodiesel zu komplexieren und eine Beschleunigung der Autoxidationskette zu verhindern.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird als Chelatisierungsmittel Benzotriazol oder Tolyltriazol eingesetzt.
Als Lösemittel im Sinne der Erfindung werden vorzugsweise solche mit einem Flammpunkt > 60°C, vorzugsweise > 70°C °C, besonders bevorzugt > 80°C und solche mit einem Schmelzpunkt < -10 °C, bevorzugt -20°C eingesetzt. Des Weiteren sollten die Lösemittel einfach zu handhaben und nicht stark wassergefährdend sein.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform der Erfindung werden als Lösemittel aprotische Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C7-C4 und/oder cyclisehen Ketale und/oder dibasisehe Ester mit einer Kettenlänge von C4-Q, eingesetzt.
Dabei sind als aprotische Amide Ν,Ν-Dimethylacetamid, Ν,Ν-Dimethylpropionylamid und/oder N-Methylpyrrolidon besonders bevorzugt.
Dabei sind dibasisehe Ester mit einer Kettenlänge von C4-C() vorzugsweise Dimethylglutarat, Dimethalsuccinat und/oder Dimethyladipat. Dabei sind als cyclische Ketale die Umsetzungsprodukte aus Glycerin mit mindestens einem Ci- bis C6-Aldehyd und/oder die Umsetzungsprodukte aus Glycerin mit mindestens einem C3- bis C6- Keton bevorzugt, wobei 2,2-Dimethyl- 1 ,3-dioxolan-4-methanol besonders bevorzugt ist. Für Kombinationen aus 2,6-Di-tert.butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) und 2,2'- Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (A) mit tert.-Butylhydroquinon werden wegen der schlechteren Löslichkeit des tert.-Butylhydroquinon auch Mischungen der cyclisehen Ketale 2,2-Dimethyl- 1 ,3-dioxolan-4-methanol und 2-Isobutyl-2-methyl-l ,3-dioxolan-4-methanol (C2) im Gewichtsverhältnis 3: 1 bis 10: 1 besonders vorteilhaft eingesetzt.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung beträgt das Verhältnis (Gewichtsverhältnis) von Ci-Gi-alkylierten Mono- zu Ci-Gralkylicrten Bisphenolen, vorzugsweise 2,6-Di-tert.butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) zu 2,2'-Methylenbis(6- tert-Butyl-4-methylphenol), 1 : 10 bis 2: 1 , besonders bevorzugt 1 : 5 bis 1 : 1 ,
In einer anderen bevorzugten Aus führungs orm der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten die 40-60 Gew.% aus A) zusätzlich 1 ,0-9 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 3-8 Gew.% tert- Butylhydroquinon. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Mischung der Bestandteile A), B) und C) sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Zusammensetzung, enthaltend die Bestandteile A), B) und C), wonach zunächst das Lösemittel C) vorgelegt, auf mindestens 40°C erhitzt und anschließend die Bestandteile A) und gegebenenfalls B) vorzugsweise unter Rühren zudosiert werden, und anschließend weitergerührt werden, bis eine klare Lösung entsteht.
Als Mischaggregate sind prinzipiell alle bekannten Rührorgane, vorzugsweise axiale, radiale oder tangentiale Rührorgane, wie beschrieben in Wilke et al., Rührtechnik Verfahrenstechnische und apparative Grundlagen. Dr. Alfred Hüthig Verlag Heidelberg, 2. Auflage, 1991 , Seiten 92 bis 97, geeignet.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist zudem die Verwendung des nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren stabilisiertem Biodiesels als Kraftstoff sowie der oxidationsstabilisierte Biodiesel, enthaltend die Bestandteile A), B) und C) in einem Anteil von 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.%. Dieser oxidationsstabilisierte Biodiesel wird vorzugsweise durch Einrühren von 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% der Mischung enthaltend die Bestandteile A), B) und C) hergestellt. Als Mischaggregate sind prinzipiell alle bekannten Rührorgane, vorzugsweise axiale, radiale oder tangentiale Rührorgane, wie beschrieben in Wilke et al., Ruhrtechnik Verfahrenstechnische und apparative Grundlagen. In Bezug auf die anderen Parameter wird auf die obigen Ausführungen zu dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren verwiesen.
Der Rahmen der Erfindung erfasst alle oben stehenden und im Folgenden aufgeführten allgemeinen oder in Vorzugsbereichen genannten Restedefinitionen, Indizes, Parameter und Erläuterungen untereinander, also auch zwischen den jeweiligen Bereichen und Vorzugsbereichen in beliebiger Kombination.
Die folgenden Beispielen sollen die Erfindung erläutern, ohne sie jedoch in ihrem Umfang zu beschränken. Ausführuiigsbcispiele:
Dabei wurden folgende Verbindungen eingesetzt:
A) 20 Gew.% 2,6-Di-tert.butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) eingerührt in Biodiesel
B) 20 Gew.% 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyI-4-methylphenol) eingerührt in Biodiesel
C) Mischung aus 53 Gew.% Dimethylacetamid, 45 Gew.% einer Mischung aus 2,6-Di- tert.butyl-4-methylphenol und 2,2'-MethyIenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methyIphenol) im Gewichtsverhältnis 1 :1 und 2 Gew.% Tolyltriazol.
Diese wurde hergestellt über folgende Schritte: das Lösemittel Dimethylacetamid wird vorgelegt, auf mindestens 40°C erhitzt und anschließend wurden 2,6-Di- tert.butyl-4-methylphenol und 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) mit dem Tolyltriazol unter Rühren zudosiert und weitergerührt, bis eine klare Lösung entstand.
D) 30 Gew.% tert.-Butylhydroquinon in 30 Gew.% Diethylenglycolmono-butylether und 40 Gew.% Butylacetat erhalten durch Zusammenrühren der Einzelbestandteile.
E) Mischung aus 55 Gew.% Dimethylacetamid , 45 Gew.% einer Mischung aus 2,6-Di- tert . butyl-4-methy lpheno 1 und 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) im Verhältnis 1 : 1 , erhalten durch ZusammenrUhren der Einzelbestandteile.
F) 30 Gew.% tert.-Butylhydroquinon in 30 Gew.% Diethylenglycolmonobutylether, 38 Gew.% Butylacetat und 2 Gew.% Citronensäure, erhalten durch Zusammenreichen der Einzelbestandteile.
G) Mischung aus 45 Gew-% 2,2-Dimethyl- 1 ,3-dioxolan-4-methanol, 8 Gew-% 2- sobutyl-2-methyl- 1 ,3 dioxolan-4-methanol, 45 Gew.% einer Mischung aus 2,6-Di- tert.butyl-4-methylphenol und 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) und tert-Butylhydroquinon im Verhältnis 0,7:3:0,8 und 2 Gew.% Tolyltriazol erhalten durch ZusammenrUhren der Einzelbestandteile.
H) Mischung aus 45 Gew-% 2,2-Dimethyl- 1 ,3-dioxolan-4-methanol, 10 Gew-% 2- Isobutyl-2-methyl- 1 ,3 dioxolan-4-methanol 45 Gew.% einer Mischung aus 2,6-Di- tert.butyl-4-methylphenol und 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) und tert-Butylhydroquinon im Verhältnis 0,7:3 :0,8 erhalten durch ZusammenrUhren der Einzelbestandteile. Durch ührung der Rancimat-Tests:
Für die Ermittlung der Oxidationsstabilität wurde der Rancimat-Test nach DIN 141 12 verwendet (Rancimat 679 der Fa. Metrohm AG). Hierbei wird bei einer Temperatur von 1 10°C Luft durch die Probe geleitet, und die nach Verbrauch der vorhandenen Antioxidantien (500 bzw. 1000 ppm) gebildeten flüchtigen Oxidationsprodukte über die Änderung der Leitfähigkeit gemessen. Hieraus wurde die Induktionszeit, also der Beginn der Oxidation über die Tangentenmethode ermittelt.
Der Einfluss vonKupfer wurde wie folgt getestet: Raps- bzw. Sojamethylester wurden mit 1000 ppm Antioxidans (Mischungen A bis H) versehen und nach der Rancimatmethode (DIN 141 12) bei 1 10°C auf Oxidationsstabilität geprüft. Hierbei wurde jeweils ein Kupferstreifen wie in EN 2160 beschrieben, in das Bad gehängt.
Dabei wurden die nachstehend genannten Parameter wie folgt bestimmt :

Wie aus den Tabellen ersichtlich, zeigen die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellten Mischungen einen hohen Rancimat-Wert bei gleichzeitig hohem Flammpunkt, und keiner ersichtlichen Korrosion sobald Tolyltriazol eingesetzt wurde. Die als Vergleichsbeispiel angeführte Mischung D hat einen vergleichsweise niedrigen Flammpunkt, was die Handhabung und Dosierung wesentlich erschwert. Die als Vergleichsbeispiel aufgeführte Mischung F ebenfalls zeigt einen niedrigen Flammpunkt und zusätzlich eine erhöhte Säurezahl aufgrund des hierin enthaltenen Chelatierangsmittels Zitronensäure. Dies kann zu einer Erhöhung der Konosionsrate führen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von oxidationsstabilisiertem Biodiesel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 0,005 bis 0,5 Gevv.% einer Mischung aus
A) 40-60 Gew.% einer Mischung aus mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Bisphenol,
B) 1-5 Gevv.% Chelatisierungsmittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aromatischen Triazole und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.% Lösemittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C2-C4 und/oder cyclischen Ketale und/oder dibasischen Ester mit einer Kettenlänge von C.t-C6, wobei die Summe der Bestandteile A), B) und C) 100 Gew.% ergibt, dem Biodiesel zudosiert wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mischung aus mindestens einem Ci-G(-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Bisphenol eine Mischung enthaltend 2,6-Di-tert.butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) und 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) eingesetzt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Chelatisierungsmittel Triazole, die in wässriger Lösung einen pH-Wert > 6 aufweisen, eingesetzt werden.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Chelatisierungsmittel Benzotriazol oder Tolyltriazol eingesetzt werden.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als organisches Lösemittel mindestens ein aprotisches Amid eingesetzt wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als aprotische Amide N,N-Dimethylacetamide, Ν,Ν-Dimethylpropionylamid und /oder N- Methylpyrrolidon eingesetzt werden. Verfahren nach Ansprach 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als cyclische Ketale die Umsetzungsprodukte aus Glycerin mit mindestens einem C bis C6-Aldehyd und/oder die Umsetzungsprodukte aus Glycerin mit mindestens einem C3- bis C(- Keton eingesetzt werden,
Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als cyclischcs Ketal 2,2- Dimethyl- 1 ,3-dioxolan-4-methanol oder eine Mischung aus 2,2-Dimethyl- l ,3- dioxolan-4-methanol und 2-Isobutyl-2-methyl- 1 ,3 dioxolan-4-melhanol eingesetzt wird.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Mischung das Verhältnis von Ci-Ci-alkylierten Mono- zu Ci-CValkylierten Bisphenolen, vorzugsweise 2,6-Di-tert.butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) zu 2,2'-Methylenbis(6-tert- butyl-4-methylphenol), 1 : 10 bis 2: 1 beträgt.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den 40-60 Gew.% von A) zusätzlich 1 -9 Gew. tert- Butylhydroquinon enthalten sind.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stabilisierte Biodiesel anschließend als Kraftstoff eingesetzt wird.
Biodiesel, enthaltend 0,005 bis 0,5 Gew.% einer Mischung aus
A) 40-60 Gew.% einer Mischung aus mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-Gj-alkylierten Bisphenol,
B) 0-5 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 1 -5 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 1 ,2-2,6 Gew.% Chelatisierungsmittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aromatischen Triazole und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.% Lösemittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C2-C4 und/oder cyclischen Ketale und/oder dibasische Ester, wobei die Summe der Bestandteile A), B) und C) 100 Gew.% ergibt. Zusammensetzung enthaltend
A) 40-60 Gew.% einer Mischung aus mindestens einem Ci-C4-alkylierten Mono- und mindestens einem Ci-Gi-alkylierten Bisphenol,
B) 0-5 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 1 -5 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 1 ,2-2,6 Gew.% Chelatisierungsm ittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aromatischen Triazole und
C) 35 - 59 Gew.% Lösemittel, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der aprotischen Amide mit einer Kettenlänge von C4-C6 und/oder eyclischen Ketale und/oder dibasischen Ester.
