Claims (9)

  1. Hubvorrichtung, insbesondere eines Fahrzeugs, umfassend eine Säule (2), die einen Ständer bildet, die sich etwa vertikal über einer Grundplatte erstreckt, und entlang der Säule unter der Wirkung der Rotationssteuerung durch geeignete Motoren (5), eine Gewindestange (6) und die Verlagerung entlang dieser einer Mutter (7), die mit einem Schlitten (8) fest verbunden ist, auf dem die anzuhebende Last ruhen kann, bewegliche Hubmittel (4), wobei diese Hubvorrichtung (1) auch Absturzsicherungsmittel (9) der angehobenen Last aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Absturzsicherungsmittel (9) eine Sperre (10) aufweist, die imstande ist, mindestens eine erste entsperrte Position (11) und eine Sperrposition (12) in Zusammenarbeit mit mindestens einem Zahn (13) eines Sperrzahnrads (14) einzunehmen, um die Rotation der Gewindestange (6) zu blockieren, sowie Haltemittel (15) in entsperrter Position und Rückstell-Steuerungsmittel (16) in Sperrposition.
  2. Vorrichtung nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrzahnrads (14) oder beziehungsweise die Sperre (10) auf der Gewindestange (6) rotierend fest verbunden ist, wogegen die Sperre (10) oder beziehungsweise das Sperrzahnrad (14) mit der einen Ständer bildenden Säule (2) fest verbunden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstell-Steuerungsmittel (16) in Sperrposition der Sperre (10) die Form einer Rückstellfeder (20) haben, die dazu neigt, sie zum Sperrzahnrad (14) derart zu drücken, dass sie auf mindestens einem Zahn (13) aufliegt, den dieses aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (15) in entsperrter Position (11) der Sperre (10) von einem Aktuator (21) elektromagnetischen Typs gebildet sind, der imstande ist, der Kraft der Rückstellfeder (20) entgegenzuwirken, um die Sperre (10) vom Einfluss eines Zahns (13) beabstandet zu halten.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrzahnrad (14) mindestens vier auf dem Umfang verteilte Zähne (13) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absturzsicherungsmittel (9) eine Sensorvorrichtung aufweisen, die konfiguriert ist, um eine Fehlfunktion der Motormittel (5) festzustellen und anhand der Rückstell-Steuerungsmittel (16) die Sperre (10) in ihre Sperrposition (12) zurückzudrücken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensorvorrichtung einen Stromdetektor in Kombination mit einem Rotationsdetektor aufweist, um eine Rotation der Motorwelle und/oder der Gewindestange trotz Abwesenheit von Strom festzustellen und den Aktuator (21) abzuschalten.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gewindestange (6) an ihrem oberen Ende (17) aufgehängt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindestange (6) ein unteres Ende (22) aufweist, das kegelstumpfförmig (23) ist, das mit einem Funktionsspiel (24) in eine Öffnung (25), die selbst kegelstumpfförmig ist, eingreift, die in einem der Grundplatte zugeordneten Teil (26) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (26), das die kegelstumpfförmige Öffnung (25) aufweist, in Form eines Schlittens definiert ist, der auf Ebene der Grundplatte beweglich ist.
