Claims (15)

  1. Serpillière plate, notamment une serpillière plate jetable, avec
    une couche protectrice (32) ainsi qu'
    une couche nettoyante (2) située à l'opposé, qui présente un premier bord (4) et un deuxième bord (6) situé à l'opposé,
    pour laquelle la couche nettoyante représente une couche tissée ou tricotée avec des faces avant et arrière et
    pour laquelle la couche protectrice représente ou contient un matériau non tissé encollé, qui contient ou comprend notamment des fibres de polyester,
    pour laquelle la face avant et, le cas échéant, la face arrière de la couche nettoyante présentent un premier type et un deuxième type de zones en forme de bandes alternées, essentiellement parallèles, qui s'étendent à partir du premier bord ou à distance de celui-ci en direction du deuxième bord ou jusqu'à celui-ci,
    pour laquelle les zones de premier type de la couche nettoyante contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière en microfibre tissée ou tricotée sur la face avant et notamment sur la face arrière, et pour laquelle les zones de deuxième type de la couche nettoyante contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière fibreuse (matière non microfibre) tissée ou tricotée sur la face avant.
  2. Serpillière plate selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    les fibres de la matière non microfibre présentent un titre plus élevé que celles de la matière en micro fibre et/ou en ce que les fibres de la matière non microfibre de la couche nettoyante présentent un titre moyen supérieur à 15 den, notamment supérieur à 20 den, de préférence supérieur à 25 den et, mieux encore, compris entre 25 et 50 den.
  3. Serpillière plate selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les fibres de la matière en microfibre sont sélectionnées dans le groupe constitué des microfibres en polyamide, des microfibres en polyoléfine, notamment les microfibres en polypropylène, des microfibres en polyester, notamment les microfibres en polytéréphtalate d'éthylène et des microfibres conjuguées divisées, notamment les microfibres en polyamide/polyester ou à partir d'un mélange de ces microfibres et/ou en ce que les fibres de la matière non microfibre représentent ou contiennent des fibres en polyester, notamment des fibres en polytéréphtalate d'éthylène.
  4. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    la couche nettoyante ou la serpillière plate présentent une forme de base rectangulaire avec le premier bord ainsi que le deuxième bord opposé représentant des faces étroites, pour lesquelles le premier et/ou le deuxième type de zones en forme de bandes s'étendent de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire au premier et/ou au deuxième bord.
  5. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par
    au moins une, notamment deux, poches d'accroche destinées à accueillir un support de serpillière plate et fixées à la couche protectrice, pour laquelle la ou les poches d'accroche sont formées par le rabattement d'un ou plusieurs rebords de la serpillière plate, de sorte que la matière de la couche protectrice soit repliée sur elle-même et/ou que les parties repliée et non repliée de la couche protectrice soient mises en contact au niveau de la ou des poches d'accroche et/ou pour laquelle les rebords rabattus l'un sur l'autre sont reliés entre eux, notamment par couture, le long de leurs bords périphériques de manière à former la poche d'accroche.
  6. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par
    au moins une couche intermédiaire centrale, disposée entre la couche nettoyante et la couche protectrice et composée d'une matière non tissée et non encollée ou d'une matière en mousse, pour laquelle ladite au moins une couche intermédiaire constitue de préférence un non-tissé aiguilleté et/ou pour laquelle les fibres de ladite au moins une couche intermédiaire sont de préférence des fibres discontinues, notamment d'une longueur moyenne comprise entre 20 et 80 mm,
    de préférence comprise entre 30 et 70 mm et, mieux encore, comprise entre 40 et 60 mm.
  7. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    la matière en microfibre de la couche nettoyante comprend au moins un filament ou est formée à partir d'au moins un filament et/ou en ce que la couche nettoyante comprend du tissu éponge, notamment tricoté sur métier tubulaire ou tricoté en chaîne, ou est formée à partir de ce tissu.
  8. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    les fibres de la matière en microfibre composant la couche nettoyante présentent un titre moyen inférieur ou égal à 1 dtex, notamment compris entre 0,3 et 0,8 dtex et/ou en ce que la matière fibreuse de la couche intermédiaire présente un titre moyen compris entre 0,5 et 4 dtex, notamment compris entre 1 et 3 dtex et, mieux encore, entre 1,5 et 2,5 dtex.
  9. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    la couche nettoyante a une masse surfacique d'au moins 150 g/m2 ou comprise entre 150 et 400 g/m2, de préférence d'au moins 200 g/m2 ou comprise entre 200 et 350 g/m2, et, mieux encore, d'au moins 225 g/m2 ou comprise entre 225 et 300 g/m2 et/ou en ce que ladite au moins une couche intermédiaire a une masse surfacique d'au moins 150 g/m2 ou comprise entre 150 et 400 g/m2, de préférence d'au moins 200 g/m2 ou comprise entre 200 et 350 g/m2, et, mieux encore, d'au moins 225 g/m2 ou comprise entre 225 et 300 g/m2 et/ou en ce qu'au moins une couche intermédiaire a une masse surfacique comprise entre 50 et 200 g/m2, de préférence entre 75 et 175 g/m2 et, mieux encore, entre 90 et 150 g/m2 et/ou en ce que la couche protectrice a une masse surfacique comprise entre 30 et 175 g/m2, de préférence entre 50 et 125 g/m2, et, mieux encore, entre 60 et 100 g/m2 et/ou en ce que la couche nettoyante a une épaisseur moyenne d'au moins 0,5 mm ou comprise entre 0,5 et 5,0 mm, de préférence d'au moins 1,0 mm ou comprise entre 1,0 et 4,5 mm, et, mieux encore, d'au moins 1,5 mm ou comprise entre 0,5 et 5,0 mm et/ou en ce que la couche intermédiaire a une épaisseur moyenne comprise entre 0,5 et 10 mm, de préférence comprise entre 1,0 et 8 mm, et, mieux encore, comprise entre 2,0 et 5 mm.
  10. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    la face avant de la couche nettoyante présente un premier type et un deuxième type de zones en forme de bandes alternées, essentiellement parallèles, qui s'étendent à partir du premier bord ou à distance de celui-ci en direction du deuxième bord ou jusqu'à celui-ci,
    pour laquelle les zones de premier type de la couche nettoyante contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière en microfibre tissée ou tricotée sur les faces avant et arrière, et pour laquelle les zones de premier type de la couche nettoyante contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière non microfibre tissée ou tricotée sur la face avant, et pour laquelle les zones de deuxième type contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière en microfibre tissée ou tricotée.
  11. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    la couche nettoyante, la couche protectrice et, le cas échéant, la couche intermédiaire sont reliées entre elles, notamment par couture et plus particulièrement via une couture overlock, le long de leurs bords périphériques.
  12. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins
    deux, notamment au moins trois ou quatre, zones de premier et deuxième type en forme de bandes se suivent de manière alternée et/ou en ce que (n+1) zones de premier et deuxième type en forme de bandes se suivent de manière alternée, pour laquelle n représente un nombre entier supérieur ou égal à 2 et/ou en ce qu'au moins une des zones de deuxième type en forme de bandes, notamment au moins deux ou l'intégralité d'entre elles, soient adjacentes, de part et d'autre, à l'une des zones de premier type en forme de bandes, de sorte que les zones de premier et deuxième type en forme de bandes se succèdent de manière alternée.
  13. Serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    les zones de premier type de la couche nettoyante contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière en microfibre tissée ou tricotée sur les faces avant et arrière, et en ce que les zones de premier type de la couche nettoyante contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière non microfibre tissée ou tricotée sur la face avant et contiennent majoritairement, notamment de manière pratiquement exclusive, ou sont constituées d'une matière en microfibre tissée ou tricotée sur la face arrière.
  14. Dispositif de nettoyage comprenant un élément de maniement, notamment un manche, un support de serpillière plate relié ou reliable à l'élément de maniement ainsi qu'une serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13.
  15. Utilisation de la serpillière plate selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13 ou du dispositif de nettoyage selon la revendication 14 pour le nettoyage de salles blanches ou d'enceintes stériles.
