L'actionnement des vérins permet donc de placer la plateforme de façon qu'elle s'inscrive avec l'appareil de voie fixé sur celle-ci dans le gabarit de circulation selon les figures 6 à 9. Après cette manœuvre, le wagon est prêt pour transporter l'appareil au site de pose où l'appareil sera déchargé du wagon et posé dans sa position de fonctionnement dans la voie ferrée, en effectuant les opérations de chargement dans le sens inverse, afin qu'elle se trouve dans la position des figures 5 et 6 qui est maintenant la position de pose. Claims (8)

  1. A system for loading, transporting and placing a railway switch (14) on a rail, the system comprising a car (1) for transporting the switch between an assembly site thereof and a placement site and means for loading and unloading the switch on the car and placing the latter in its operating position in the rail, the transport car (1) including a platform device (12) for transporting the switch, which is mounted pivoting about an axis oriented in the longitudinal direction of the car, between a loading and unloading position of the switch and an inclined transport position in which the switch is found, when the system is in use, inside the travel gauge, characterized in that the loading, unloading and placement means are integrated into the equipment of the transport car (1), and in that to that end, the platform (12) is mounted on a support device (26) pivoting between a transport position in which the platform (12) is folded on the support device (26) and a deployed placement, loading and unloading position of the switch on the rail, in which the platform extends horizontally next to the car, and in that the support device (26) is mounted pivoting and translatable on the fixed structure of the car, between an inclined position that is the transport position of the railway switch and a position allowing the platform (12) to be in its deployed position.
  2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the support device (26) includes elements (30) that form a support platform for the transport platform, that are mounted sliding in translation in guide members (40) mounted pivoting on the fixed structure of the car, about pivot axes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the car.
  3. The system according to claim 2, characterized in that the support device (26) includes a plurality of rods (30) perpendicular to the axis of the car, each of which slides axially in a guide tube (32) that is able to pivot on the fixed structure of the car around an axis (34) perpendicular to the axis of the car.
  4. The system according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the pivoting of the transport platform device (12) on the support device (26) is controlled by hydraulic jacks (44).
  5. The system according to one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in that the rods (30) of the support device (26) are axially movable in the guide tubes (32) by hydraulic jacks (38) inserted between the guide tube and the rods.
  6. The system according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the guide tubes (32) are mounted pivoting each on the fixed structure of the wagon by hydraulic jacks (42) inserted between this structure and the tubes.
  7. The system according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the fixed support structure of the car (1) is formed by support brackets (36) fastened on the chassis of the car, advantageously formed by a longitudinal beam (40) supported at its end on axles (5) with wheels (6) ensuring the movement of the car on a rail.
  8. The system according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the transport platform device (12) is formed by a plurality of platform modules (18) juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of the car, each mounted pivoting around a pivot axis oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the car.
