Claims (8)
- System zum Verladen und Transport einer Eisenbahnweiche (14) und zu deren Positionierung auf einer Eisenbahn, wobei das System einen Wagen (1) zur Beförderung der Weiche zwischen einem Montageort und einem Einsatzort sowie Mittel zur Verladung der Weiche auf bzw. vom Wagen und zu deren Positionierung an deren Einsatzstelle auf der Eisenbahn umfasst, wobei der Transportwagen (1) eine Transportplattform (12) für die Weiche umfasst, die derart montiert ist, dass sie sich um eine in Längsrichtung des Wagens orientierte Achse zwischen einer Verladungsstellung der Weiche und einer geneigten Transportstellung, in der sich die Weiche bei Betrieb des Systems im Inneren der Transportschablone befindet, schwenkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verladen und Positionieren in die Ausrüstung des Wagens (1) integriert sind, und dass die Plattform (12) hierzu auf einer Tragvorrichtung (26) montiert ist, die sich zwischen einer Transportstellung, in der die Plattform (12) auf der Tragvorrichtung (26) umgeklappt ist, und einer Einsatzstellung zum Verladen der Weiche auf der Eisenbahn, in der sich die Plattform horizontal auf einer Seite des Wagens erstreckt, und dass die Tragvorrichtung (26) schwenkend montiert ist und auf der festen Struktur des Wagens zwischen einer verneigten Stellung, die die Transportstellung der Weiche ist, und einer Stellung, die es ermöglicht, dass sich die Plattform (12) in der Einsatzstellung befindet, verschiebbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragvorrichtung (26) Elemente (30) umfasst, die eine Auflagefläche für die Transportplattform bilden und gleitend in Führungselementen (40) montiert sind, die derart auf der festen Struktur des Wagens montiert sind, dass sie sich um Schwenkachsen schwenken, die parallel zur Längsachse des Wagens verlaufen.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragvorrichtung (26) eine Mehrzahl Stangen (30) umfasst, die senkrecht zur Achse des Wagens angeordnet sind, wobei jede Stange axial in einem Führungsrohr (32) gleitet, das sich auf der festen Struktur des Wagens um eine senkrecht zur Achse des Wagens verlaufende Achse (34) schwenken kann.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenken der Transportplattform (12) auf der Tragvorrichtung (26) von Hydraulikantrieben (44) gesteuert wird.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stangen (30) der Tragvorrichtung (26) durch Hydraulikantriebe (38), die zwischen dem Führungsrohr und den Stangen angeordnet sind, in den Führungsrohren (32) axial verschiebbar sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrohre (32) jeweils derart montiert sind, dass sie von Hydraulikantrieben (42), die zwischen der festen Struktur des Wagens und den Rohren angeordnet sind, auf dieser Struktur geschwenkt werden.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feste Tragstruktur des Wagens (1) aus Lagerkonsolen (36) besteht, die auf der Karrosserie des Wagens befestigt sind, der vorteilhafterweise durch einen Längsträger (40) ausgebildet ist, der an seinen Enden auf Radachsen (5, 6) getragen wird, die die Bewegung des Wagens auf einer Eisenbahn gewährleisten.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportplattform (12) ausgebildet wird durch eine Mehrzahl Plattformmodule (18), die in Längsrichtung des Wagens nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei jedes Plattformmodul sich um eine Schwenkachse schwenkt, die parallel zur Längsachse des Wagens orientiert ist.
