Claims (10)

  2. Bande aspirante selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    la bande aspirante (4) est formée en une bande sans fin par la jonction de deux extrémités opposées (10, 11) d'une bande semi-produit allongée (9), dans laquelle, lors de la liaison des extrémités (10, 11) la surface de bande supérieure (13) est liée à la surface de bande inférieure (14) et la surface de bande inférieure (14) est liée à la surface de bande supérieure (13).
  3. Bande aspirante selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que,

    avant la liaison des deux extrémités (10, 11), la surface de bande supérieure (13) et la surface de bande inférieure (14) sont torsadées l'une par rapport à l'autre, d'un angle correspondant à un multiple impair de 180° le long de la direction (x) de la bande semi-produit allongée (9).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les deux extrémités (10, 11) de la bande semi-produit allongée (9) sont liées par une soudure par ultrasons.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les deux extrémités (10, 11) de la bande semi-produit allongée (9) sont liées par une soudure au laser.
  9. Transporteur à bande aspirante (1) pour une machine de production de cigarettes, comportant une chambre de dépressurisation (2), ayant au moins un rouleau d'entraînement (5) et plusieurs rouleaux de dérivation (6) autour desquels tourne au moins une bande aspirante (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4.
  10. Transporteur à bande aspirante selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    le point d'inversion de la bande aspirante (4) se situe entre deux rouleaux (5, 6) dans un secteur éloigné du domaine d'observation des fibres de tabac (3).
