Definitions
- the invention relates to a vibrator, in particular Hochkantrüttler, as an attachment for a construction machine consisting of a Ziehjoch for guided storage of the vibrator on a construction machine and an exciter cell mounted within the draw yoke to generate the necessary vibration for the pile work.
- Such vibrators can be used in construction, especially in special civil engineering, for example, for piling equipment to produce directional vibrations, by means of which, for example, sheet piling rammed into the ground or Jottelstopfklalen be introduced into the ground.
- the exciter cell for generating the necessary vibrations is attached to or in a Ziehjoch, which is connected to a suitable special foundation engineering, such as piling equipment, or rope excavators.
- the vibrators are height adjustable mounted on a corresponding rail system of the machine.
- a possible design of the generic vibrator is a Hochkantvibrator or Hochkantrüttler, which is characterized by a relatively compact design.
- the Hochkantrüttler is used especially in hard to reach places.
- the excitation cell is usually stored vibration-decoupled in a Ziehjoch.
- the vibration decoupling is achieved by using suitable bearing components, which are mounted as bearings or suspension points between the yoke and the excitation cell and should absorb a large part of the vibrations.
- the bearing components are usually distributed between the moving components arranged, a special system of the arrangement has not been studied.
- the symmetrical arrangement ensures a uniform storage of the excitation cell within the draw yoke, so that the unwanted movements are largely avoided.
- the number of bearing components for the front and back of the vibrator can be chosen the same. Further, the bearing components may be secured at corresponding locations on the front and rear sides.
- the arrangement is, for example, symmetrical to the driving axis or central axis of the excitation cell or of the vibrating part.
- the vibrator is ideally suited for the leader-guided operation on a construction machine, wherein the draw yoke in this case has one or more guide elements to guide the vibrator height adjustable at the broker.
- the vibrator can be configured as Hochkantrüttler and designed for high or normal frequency operation.
- the upper and lower area here refers to an area along the pile axis.
- At least two, preferably at least four elastic bearing components are provided at the lower and upper regions of the excitation cell, which are mounted, for example, distributed over the circumference of the exciter cell.
- two elastic bearing components are provided on the front and on the back of the upper and lower region of this.
- the proposed embodiment does not exclude that additional bearing components, for example, are provided in the central region, but these are not absolutely necessary for a sufficient suppression of the relative movements transverse to the driving axis.
- the elastic bearing components may for example consist of an elastomer or at least partially comprise this. Also suitable, however, are other elastic components which allow a sufficient damping of the relative movements and are nevertheless distinguished by a high durability.
- one or more sliding guides are preferably arranged between the drawing yoke and the exciter cell. It is conceivable both a rigid attachment of the one or more sliding guides on the excitation cell and on the draw yoke. The assembly of the slide is done by screwing, bonding, riveting, etc.
- all sliding guides are either fixed to the exciter cell or alternatively firmly connected to the yoke, in addition, it is conceivable to connect a part of the sliding guides firmly to the excitation cell while the remaining Part is firmly attached to the drawbar.
- the one or more sliding guides are attached to the side surfaces between the drawing yoke and the excitation cell, for example, one sliding guide per side surface is seated in the driving direction upper and lower area of the side surface. It is particularly preferred if at least one, preferably all sliding guides lie on the center plane of the vibrating component of the excitation cell. As a result, the sliding guide is placed on the ram plane of the moving mass and it adjusts a uniform load on all sliding guides.
- the occurring signs of wear are to be reduced to the one or more sliding guides.
- This is achieved by a tribologically optimized geometry of the sliding guides used or a tribologically optimized geometry of the contact surface between the sliding partners of the sliding guide.
- a convex contour of the contact surface of at least one sliding partner of the sliding guide By a convex contour of the contact surface of at least one sliding partner of the sliding guide, the contact and the associated frictional force can be noticeably reduced. This not only has a positive effect on the energy transfer, but also reduces contact-related wear on the sliding guides.
- tribological optimized geometries of the sliding surfaces allow evenly distributed contact forces to be evenly distributed over all used bearings or guides.
- the sliding guides used are at least partially made of technical ceramics.
- at least one sliding partner comprises at least one sliding guide made of technical ceramics or comprises these.
- Technical ceramics is a very hard wear resistant material, which effectively reduces operational wear of the slide guides and increases the durability of the vibrator.
- the sliding part of the vibrator, for example, the yoke is usually made of steel, so that a very hard and wear-resistant sliding slides on the steel counter-body wear.
- the invention also includes a construction machine with at least one vibrator according to the present invention or an advantageous embodiment of the invention. It is conceivable that the construction machine has at least one leader to the vibrator displaced in the driving direction take. Conceivable as a construction machine, a rope excavator with a corresponding broker.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of Hochkantrüttlers invention, as it finds particular use in civil engineering for the introduction of Jottelstopfklalen or sheetpiles.
- the vibrator may be suitable for normal-frequency or high-frequency vibration for vibrating (shaking) the steel profiles.
- the illustration shows the pull yoke 10, at the back of a guide rail 11 is formed.
- the pull yoke 10 can be mounted vertically displaceable on a broker of a suitable construction machine as an attachment tool.
- the excitation cell 20 protrudes. Not shown is usually mounted on the protruding underside of the exciter cell 20 Studttlerklemmzange for clamping receiving a einzvibrierenden steel profile.
- connection points On the top 12 of the pull yoke 10 and the excitation cell 20 are connection points to provide a hydraulic power supply of the excitation cell 20 by the carrier device.
- one or more, preferably aligned parallel exciter cell waves are mounted, which are each rotatably mounted and eccentrically mounted imbalance masses that generate the desired vibration movement by the rotation of the exciter waves.
- an integrated drive preferably of a hydraulic nature, is provided.
- it is particularly desirable to have a vibration in the direction of the driving axis which, for example, in the sectional views of FIG Figures 3,4 marked with the reference symbol A.
- the piling axis A extends in the mounting and operating position of the vibrator parallel to the leader.
- the undesired transverse accelerations and transverse forces transverse to the pile axis should thereby be reduced by supporting the excitation cell 20 within the draw yoke 10 via a symmetrical arrangement of elastomer bearings 30.
- These bearings 30 serve as bearings and attachment points of the exciter cell 20 within the draw yoke 10.
- these cuboid elastomeric bearings 30 are arranged symmetrically to the driving axis A, whereby the undesirable transverse forces and transverse movements can be optimally damped.
- an almost optimal vibration decoupling of the excitation cell 20 within the pull yoke 10 is created.
- Symmetrical mounting of the exciter cell 20 here explicitly means the double-symmetrical suspension of the exciter cell 20 in the pull yoke 10. This means that the excitation cell 20 is mounted so as to damp against vibration symmetrically with respect to two cutting planes along the driving axis. One of these cutting planes is the ramming plane and the other cutting plane is a plane rotated by 90 ° to the ramming plane around the driving axis.
- the storage concept provides for a storage of the exciter cell 20 below and above the pull yoke 10.
- This special arrangement of the bearing serves to reduce the vibrations that do not run along the driving axis. This is necessary in order to achieve as uniaxial movement of the exciter cell 20 along the ramming axis in the draw yoke 10 as possible.
- FIG. 3 shows in detail that in each case four elastomeric bearings 30 are provided both in the upper and in the lower region of the excitation cell 20. Two of them are provided on the front 13 and two opposite on the back 14 of the vibrator. This is also clear from the sectional view of FIG. 4 , The excitation cell 20 is stored uniformly and symmetrically with respect to the draw yoke 10 both in its upper and in its lower region.
- sliding guides 40 are available, wherein on each side surface of the excitation cell 20 each have two sliding guides 40 are fixedly connected to the excitation cell 20.
- the sliding guides 40 are located on the center plane or ram plane. Since the pull yoke 10 is typically a steel construction and the slideways slide along this steel structure, a very hard and wear resistant material for the slideways 40 must be selected. For this reason, the sliding guides 40 are made of engineering ceramics.
- the sliding guides 40 are provided with a tribologically optimized geometry, thereby to minimize the contact surface between the sliding guide 40 and the sliding sliding yoke 10 to a minimum.
- the surface 41 represents the sliding partner of the guide, which slides along the pulling yoke 10.
- FIG. 5a shows a plan view of the mounted on the exciter cell 20 sliding guide 40
- FIG. 5b a sectional view through the sliding guide along the section axis BB reproduces.
- the fixed mounting on the exciter cell 20 by means of screwing.
- the core idea of the invention lies in the reduction of the occurring relative movements of the excitation cell 20 in the transverse direction to the driving axis A by means of symmetrical attachment of the elastomeric bearings 30. This allows lateral accelerations and transverse forces to be reduced, which reduces the load on the sliding guide 40 and the energy saved thereby for the provides regular, vertical movement.
- the contact surface between the relatively moving bodies 10, 20 is reduced by an optimized geometric shape 41 of the sliding guide 40, which reduces the friction occurring and the energy dissipated thereby.
- the sliding guides 40 are placed on the ramming plane. As a last measure to be reduced by the use of technical ceramics for a sliding partner of the sliding guide 40 of the wear. As a result, the service life of the sliding guides 40 can be significantly increased.

Abstract
