- (2) Vorrichtung nach Ausgestaltung (1), wobei die abgerundeten Abschnitte (1a) der Falz-/Transportrollen (1) eine kugelscheibenförmige Ausgestaltung aufweisen.
- (3) Vorrichtung nach einer der vorhergehenden Ausgestaltungen, wobei die Falz-/Transportrollen (1) federnd gelagert sind und zwar vorzugsweise quer zur Transportrichtung R.
- (4) Vorrichtung nach einer der vorhergehenden Ausgestaltungen, wobei das Schwert (2) an zumindest zwei Antriebsrollen (5) angelenkt ist.
- (5) Vorrichtung nach Ausgestaltung (4), wobei die Antriebsrollen (5), insbesondere während des Falzvorgangs, mit konstanter Drehzahl angetrieben werden.
- (6) Vorrichtung nach einer der vorhergehenden Ausgestaltungen, wobei die Eindringtiefe X des Schwerts (2) in den zwischen den Falz-/Transportrollen (1) ausgebildeten Spalt S etwa 5
bis 10 mm beträgt. - (7) Vorrichtung nach einer der vorhergehenden Ausgestaltungen, wobei die Transporteinrichtung (3) in Form von zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Förderbändern (3a, 3b) ausgestaltet ist.
- (8) Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ausgestaltungen, wobei stromabwärts von den Falz-/Transportrollen (1) ein Leimkopf (6) angeordnet ist.
- (9) Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ausgestaltungen, wobei stromaufwärts von den Falz-/Transportrollen (1) eine Lichtschranke (7) zur Detektion der Hinterkante (14) eines Bogens oder eines Bogenstapels (4) angeordnet ist.
- (10) Vorrichtung nach Ausgestaltung (9), wobei die Detektion der Hinterkante (14) eines Bogens oder eines Bogenstapels (4) eine Bewegung des Schwerts (2) auslöst.
- (11) Verfahren zum Falzen von Bögen oder von Bogenstapeln (4), mittels von zumindest zwei Falz-/Transportrollen (1), einer Transporteinrichtung (3) sowie einem Schwert (2), wobei die Transporteinrichtung (3) eine Transportebene E für in einer Transportrichtung R zugeführte Bögen oder Bogenstapel (4) definiert, wobei das Schwert (2) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur und durch die Transportebene E hindurch bewegbar ist, wobei die Falz-/Transportrollen (1) oberhalb der Transportebene E zu beiden Seiten des Schwerts (2) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und wobei das Verfahren zumindest die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
- (a) Zuführen eines Bogens oder eines Bogenstapels (4) mittels der Transporteinrichtung (3) in Transportrichtung R;
- (b) Bewegen des unterhalb der Transportebene E positionierten Schwerts (2) in Kontakt mit dem in der Transportebene liegenden Bogen oder Bogenstapel (4);
- (c) Anheben des Bogens oder des Bogenstapels (4) mittels des Schwerts (2) und Einbringen des Bogens oder des Bogenstapels (4) in einen zwischen den Falz-/Transportrollen (1) ausgebildeten Spalt S; und
- (d) Falzen und gleichzeitiges Wegfördern des Bogens oder des Bogenstapels (4) in Transportrichtung R vermittels des zwischen den Falz-/Transportrollen (1) ausgebildeten Spalts S.
- (12) Verfahren nach Ausgestaltung (11), wobei die Hinterkante (14) des gemäss Schritt A zugeführten Bogens oder Bogenstapels (4) von einer Lichtschranke (7) detektiert wird, woraufhin die Bewegung des Schwerts (2) gemäss den Schritten (c) und (d) ausgelöst wird.
- (13) Verfahren nach Ausgestaltung (11) oder (12), wobei gemäss Schritt (d) das Schwert (2)
etwa 5bis 10 mm tief in den Spalt S eindringt. - (14) Verfahren nach einer der Ausgestaltungen (11) bis (13), wobei die Bögen oder Bogenstapel (4) vor oder während des Falzens gemäss Schritt (d) geschwächt werden.
