Claims (10)

  1. Broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10) avec un dispositif (30) pour faire démarrer le broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10), le broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10) possédant un réservoir de broyage (12) posé à la verticale, dans le réservoir de broyage (12) étant placé un arbre agitateur (14) s'étendant à la verticale, sur lequel est placé au moins un élément broyeur (16) et le réservoir de broyage (12) étant rempli en majeure partie de corps auxiliaires de broyage (18), au démarrage du broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10), l'arbre agitateur (14) pouvant être soulevé par le dispositif (30) pour faire démarrer, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre agitateur (14) est logé dans une douille (32) et peut se soulever par un mouvement de rotation dans la douille (32), l'arbre agitateur (14) étant soulevé avec les éléments broyeurs (16) se trouvant sur lui et l'entraînement du broyeur à boulet pour agitateur restant sur sa position.
  2. Dispositif (30) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la douille (32) est munie d'au moins un évidement (34) dans lequel est guidé de manière mobile au moins un boulon (36), qui est relié avec l'arbre agitateur (14).
  3. Dispositif (30) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (34) comporte une montée.
  4. Dispositif (30) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (34) comporte une montée et une déclivité.
  5. Dispositif (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que par l'arrêt du broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10), l'arbre agitateur (14) et les éléments broyeurs (16) sont de nouveau abaissables dans une position de départ.
  6. Dispositif (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la douille (32) est présent un dispositif de retenue, qui freine la butée du boulon (36) sur une position finale (40), le dispositif de retenue étant un ressort, un amortisseur ou analogue.
  7. Procédé destiné à faire démarrer un broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10), caractérisé en ce qu'on soulève l'arbre agitateur (14) avec les éléments broyeurs (16) par un mouvement de rotation.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation est réalisé par une douille (32), par le mouvement de rotation de la douille (32), un boulon (36) qui est placé dans un évidement (34) étant soulevé.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (36) est soulevé de la valeur d'une course qui correspond à une montée de l'évidement (34) de la douille (32).
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que par un dispositif de retenue de la douille (32), la collision du boulon (36) sur une position finale (40) est évitée et/ou par le dispositif de retenue, le dispositif (30) pour faire démarrer un broyeur à boulet pour agitateur (10) est ramené dans une position de départ (38).
