Claims (10)

  1. Poignée de porte (1) pour actionner le mécanisme de fermeture d'une porte, comprenant un arbre de sortie (30) et un élément de préhension (10) éloigné de la porte qui présentent un axe de rotation commun (2) et sont reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'un embrayage électromécanique,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - l'arbre de sortie (30) présente un évidement (31) pour un élément d'accouplement (40) sur le côté tourné vers l'élément de préhension (10),
    - l'élément de préhension (10) présente à l'opposé de l'évidement (31) un logement (51) pour l'élément d'accouplement (40),
    - dans l'élément de préhension se trouve un entraînement linéaire qui agit sur l'élément d'accouplement (40) pour déplacer l'élément d'accouplement (40) dans la direction axiale de telle sorte qu'il s'engage à la fois dans l'évidement (31) et dans le logement (51) pour fermer l'embrayage, et pour le déplacer du logement (51) dans l'évidement (31) ou de l'évidement (31) dans le logement (51) pour ouvrir l'embrayage.
  2. Poignée de porte (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que l'arbre de sortie (30) est monté rotatif dans un évidement côté porte (52) de l'élément de préhension (10).
  3. Poignée de porte (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'accouplement (40) est précontraint dans la direction de l'élément de préhension (10) ou de l'arbre de sortie (30) lorsque l'embrayage est ouvert.
  4. Poignée de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une rosette (18) pour la fixation à un panneau de porte s'engage sur l'élément de préhension (10) et est reliée à l'élément de préhension (10) par un ressort de rappel (19) de telle sorte que l'élément de préhension (10) est précontraint dans la direction de sa position fermée.
  5. Poignée de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que l'élément de préhension (10) présente un arbre creux côté porte (50) dans lequel sont disposées au moins une section de l'arbre de sortie (30) et au moins une partie de l'entraînement linéaire.
  6. Poignée de porte (1) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de préhension (10) présente une pièce à main qui est reliée solidaire en rotation à l'arbre creux (50) et présente deux branches (11, 12) formant un angle l'une avec l'autre, la pièce à main présentant au moins deux demi-coquilles (13, 14) entre lesquelles est disposée une section de fixation (52) de l'arbre creux.
  7. Poignée de porte (1) selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une batterie pour l'alimentation en énergie de la poignée de porte (1) est disposée dans la branche (12) de la pièce à main éloignée de la porte.
  8. Poignée de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des deux demi-coquilles (13, 14) éloignées de la porte aboutissent dans un manchon (16) qui maintient les extrémités ensemble.
  9. Poignée de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'entraînement linéaire présente au moins un coulisseau de commande (41) monté déplaçable axialement et rotatif dans l'élément de préhension (10), qui agit sur l'élément d'accouplement (40) pour le déplacer axialement,
    - le coulisseau de commande (41) présente un filetage (42) dans lequel s'engage un tourillon radial et/ou une section filetée (53) qui est relié(e) rigidement à l'élément de préhension (10), de sorte que lors d'une rotation du coulisseau de commande (41) autour de son axe longitudinal (2), celui-ci est déplacé axialement par rapport à l'élément de préhension (10),
    - un ressort hélicoïdal (43) relie une roue d'entraînement coaxiale (44) au coulisseau de commande (41) de telle sorte que lors d'une rotation de la roue d'entraînement (44), soit le coulisseau de commande (41) est entraîné, soit, lorsque le coulisseau de commande (41) est bloqué axialement, l'élément ressort (43) est tendu.
  10. Poignée de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une commande de serrure est disposée dans l'élément de préhension pour échanger des données avec au moins une clé électronique, vérifier l'autorisation de fermeture de la clé à l'aide des données et, si l'autorisation de fermeture est donnée, fermer l'embrayage et sinon le maintenir ouvert ou l'ouvrir.
