Claims (6)

  1. Procédé servant à couper à fleur des bandes de bordure (15) fixées au niveau de côtés frontaux de panneaux de pièce (14) au moyen d'un outil de coupe (1), qui est coulissé lors de son utilisation dans une direction d'avancée (12) et qui dispose d'un corps en métal, qui présente un évidement avec des bords de coupe (7, 8) dans la zone de ses plans d'appui (9, 10) sur le panneau de pièce (14), qui est ouvert dans la direction d'avancée (12) du corps en métal (2) et présente des faces latérales (3, 6), dont au moins une face latérale (3) est utilisée en tant que face de butée et de guidage pour le côté extérieur de la section (19) de la bande de bordure (15) à couper à la bonne longueur, faisant saillie, dans lequel est disposée, au niveau du corps en métal directement après la face latérale (3), une face de coupe (4) située à angle droit par rapport aux plans d'appui (9, 10) du corps en métal (2), avec deux bordures de coupe (7, 8) dans la zone des plans d'appui (9, 10) du panneau de pièce (14), par laquelle la section (19) coupée à la bonne longueur de la bande de bordure (15) est repousée de maniere émoussé et est coulissée de manière manuelle au niveau du panneau de pièce (14) de sorte que la section (19) repousée de la bande de bordure (15) est amenée à un guidage de copeaux (5, 6) disposé après la face de coupe (4) et est déviée de telle sorte qu'elle est évacuée sans dommage de l'outil de coupe (1), caractérisé en ce que les faces latérales s'étendent de manière parallèle les unes aux autres, et que :
    - la face de coupe (4) avec les bordures de coupe (7, 8) de l'outil de coupe est disposée selon un angle (11) entre 10° et 45° par rapport à la direction d'avancée (12) et exerce une coupe tirante sur la bande de bordure (15) et sépare la section (19) de la bande de bordure (15) sans fragments, dans lequel la face de coupe de l'outil de coupe utilisé peut être réalisée également de manière à présenter une forme arquée,
    - le corps en métal (2) de l'outil de coupe utilisé présente une part d'appui (16), qui dépasse d'au moins 10 mm par rapport à un point de placement (17) de l'outil de coupe (1) au niveau du panneau de pièce (14) par la face latérale (3) de l'évidement et assure un appui fiable du corps en métal (2) sur le panneau de pièce (14),
    - le corps en métal (2) de l'outil de coupe utilisé est posé avec un plan d'appui inférieur (10) sur le panneau de pièce (14) et dans lequel le corps en métal (2) est coulissé dans la direction d'avancée (12) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre autour du panneau de pièce (14).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps en métal (2) de l'outil de coupe utilisé présente une partie de préhension (18) faisant saillie, au niveau de laquelle l'outil de coupe (1) est tenu en haut par le pouce et en bas par l'index afin que pendant l'opération de coupe, une pression latérale puisse être exercée par l'intermédiaire la face latérale (3) en tant que face de butée et de guidage sur le côté extérieur de la section (19) de la bande de bordure (15).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps en métal (2) de l'outil de coupe utilisé est posé par un plan d'appui supérieur (9) sur le panneau de pièce (14), et que le corps en métal (2) est coulissé dans la direction d'avancée (12) dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre autour du panneau de pièce (14).
  4.
