Definitions
- the invention relates to a reverse gear equipped with external blinds according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the winding shaft is usually mounted on so-called reverse gear on building-side components, usually via a header of the Venetian blind.
- Such reverse gearboxes have a housing provided with openings for carrying out the winding shaft, in which a bearing sleeve, which is normally pushed onto the winding shaft in a form-fitting manner, is mounted, whereby the winding shaft is fixed rotatably on the housing side.
- the accommodated in the housing bearing sleeve serves as a reel for winding and unwinding of it with its one end releasably settable elevator belt, which passes through the slats of Raffstorebehangs and engages the lower end bar with its other end, so that the curtain by winding and unwinding the elevator belt on the trained as a reel storage sleeve and can be drained.
- Such reversing transmissions further include a turning body or reversing cord holder for operating the turning belts, whereby the name reversing gear derives.
- the turning cord holder is rotatably coupled for pivoting the slats of Raffstorebehangs to the reel and can be added, for example, on a cylinder neck of the reel on a serving as a slip clutch, the cylinder nozzle surrounding annular spring and have on its outer circumference a set of attacks, the corresponding set of Assigned counter stops on the housing, via which the turning cord holder is rotatably held, as long as the curtain is opened or lowered, so long as the elevator belt of the reel up or unwinds and about which the turning cord holder is only released for turning, if the curtain reaches its lower end position, so that only then can be jalousied and attached to the spring ring eyelet holder not together with the ring spring on Cylinder section of the reel slips, but is taken in the direction of rotation.
- the turncord holder depends on both sides of the axis of rotation in each case a Wendekordelstrang down.
- the reversing bands attached opposite one another on the longitudinal sides of the curtain slats can be suspended.
- German patent applications DE 10 2012 003 844 A1 and DE 102 36869 A1 show such a reverse gear.
- the elevator belt is moved in each case in the axial direction of the winding shaft in the plane of the turning tapes to achieve a pleasing appearance of the Venetian blind without caused by the elevator belts, additional disturbing stripes.
- German patent application DE 36 10 028 A1 shows, however, a reversing gear in which a transversely displaceable to the winding shaft axis block as a stop for the coupling of the turning element to the winding drum, so that after reaching a certain position of the blades, the turning element no longer rotates when the curtain is drained or raised.
- the tension band is thereby deflected to a different position than in an intermediate position when lowering the external venetian blind, wherein the position of the tension band between these two positions changes continuously, depending on the position of the slider. A deflection of the elevator belt in a defined position regardless of the altitude of the curtain is thus not possible.
- the Swiss patent CH 626 946 A5 shows a Venetian blind showing a arranged in a header strip turning body, which is referred to as a deflection.
- a turning band hangs down on both sides, the two ends of which is guided through slot openings in the head strip.
- the axis of rotation of the reversing roller formed as a turning body is asymmetrically shifted from the center of the distance of the slot openings to the inner side of the slat.
- a turning plate attached to the support cords again are, which attack on the slats outer sides and thus take over the actual function of the turning belt, namely the pivoting of the slats.
- the support cords are in turn mounted asymmetrically on the insert, so that the curtain is thus shifted away from the building to the outside.
- German patent application DE 22 01 056 B1 shows a Venetian blind with extra-wide slats, wherein the turning bands for the slats bear against outer edges of the passage slots of the head strip.
- the US patent US 8,381,793 B2 shows a external blind with separate turning and elevator units, so without integrated reversing gear.
- the elevator belts are here deflected by means of pulleys in winding shaft axis direction and in the direction perpendicular to the winding shaft axis horizontal direction to the position of the turning belts.
- the axially spaced from the turning units attached to the winding shaft turning tapes are deflected by means of deflection rollers in the winding shaft axis perpendicular horizontal direction to the outside.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to better adapt a Venetian blind for shading a building opening with a via gearbox before the building opening aufzieh- and drainable on building-side components storable hangings to a deviating from the standard curtain.
- an external venetian blind of the generic type which has a Behang from Behanglamellen and a usually heavier, lower end bar before the building opening, a number of elevator tapes which attack the Behangendance to raise or lower the curtain can, and another Number on the two longitudinal sides of the slats attacking turning tapes for shuttering the draped Behanglamellen between an exposure position and a shading position, wherein the elevator belts are each received via a reversing gear on a winding shaft, on which in each case one of the turning bands is connected to both sides of the winding shaft, is According to the invention proposed to equip the reversing gear each with a deflection, which has deflection means for the elevator belt and / or deflection for the at least one turning band, and as attachable to the head strip Klipsetzsatz and / or as on Reversible gear is formed on clip-lid, which carries this deflection.
- the deflection device according to the invention and its deflection means serve to guide the elevator belt over a position which is opposite to a position approximately perpendicularly below the winding shaft in the transverse direction to the Winding shaft is displaced, or - alternatively or additionally - to lead at least one of the two turning belts over a position which is displaced in the transverse direction to the winding shaft relative to a position which is approximately perpendicularly below a position at which the turning belt preferably with a Wendekordelstrang is attached to the turning body.
- the same reversing gear for external venetian blinds with completely different handle blades or very differently arranged handle blades can be used. It is for example possible to hang the curtain in a vertical plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winding shaft by the elevator belts are deflected to the side, ie transversely or at least with directional proportion in the horizontal transverse direction to the winding shaft and then extend down there to the end bar ,
- it is also possible in a curtain its Behanglamellen as in the utility model DE 296 13 220 U1 are eccentrically perforated, which are so wider to one side of the penetrated by the elevator loops holes to the other side, the position from which hang the turning tapes down to move in the transverse direction to the winding shaft so that the turning tapes no or at least do not exert excessive lateral forces on the lamella stacks that form when mounting the curtain.
- Off-center mounted on the Behanglamellen guide pin or eccentric perforations in this context means that the Behanglamellen each have a spaced between two parallel longitudinal sides with a predetermined contour extending lamellar profile, on the narrow sides of the two guide pins are fixed, the axis of rotation on which the perforations may also be located, to which one longitudinal side of the respective curtain lamella has a smaller distance than the other longitudinal side, preferably less than half the distance to the other longitudinal side, for example less than one fifth as large or even less than one seventh, and particularly preferably adjacent to the adjacent longitudinal side is arranged, and wherein the guide body are on the L-leg of the guide rails facing side of the Behanglamellen.
- the elevator belts can be laid in the plane of the perforations, ie in the desired plane of Behanglamellenfitachsen if this does not coincide with a running through the winding shaft, vertical plane, such as the installation situation of the header, in which the reversing gear housed, it is not allowed to place the header so close to the building inside, as it would be desirable for the location of the hanging.
- the deflection device according to the invention it would even be conceivable to redirect the elevator belts past the curtain slats, so that the curtain slats do not have to have any perforations at all.
- the deflection means provided on the deflection device for the respective elevator belt comprise a pair of deflection rollers arranged parallel to the rotation of the winding shaft and spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction to the winding shaft, whereby the friction acting on the respective elevator belt is limited. It is equally advantageous if the deflecting means provided for one of the two turning tapes or for the spiral cord cord connected to this turning belt comprises a pair of deflecting rollers arranged axially parallel to the winding shaft and spaced apart from one another in the transverse direction to the winding shaft.
- the deflection device can be designed as clip-on clipping on the head strip Klipsaufsatz, which carries the deflection of the elevator belt and / or the deflection of the at least one turning band.
- the deflection device may, for example, have two clip legs which engage around the roughly U-shaped head strip, with which it is clipped onto the U-profile of the head strip.
- Unschwenkbar in this context means only pivotable to a degree, which is due to manufacturing tolerances, the basic functions of securing the end bar against pivoting but guaranteed, so not necessarily absolutely absolutely swiveling.
- the guided in this guide rail guide body of the end bar having a politicianssnutcardi longitudinally extending guide head, which is accommodated in the guide groove and prevents pivoting of the end bar by its longitudinal extent.
- longitudinal extension means that the guide head is wider in the direction of the guide groove than the curtain in the normal direction, preferably more than twice as long.
- the guided in this guide rail guide body of End bar also have two recorded in the associated guide groove, in incidentssnutcardi widely spaced guide heads, which has the same effect.
- the turning tapes acting on the sides of the curtain slats facing the building interior can be deflected so that they hang vertically or almost vertically downwards from the deflection point, preferably a deflection roller, when the curtain slats are in the exposure position and thus do not exert any lateral forces on the lamella stack.
- the external blind according to the invention is equipped with one, preferably for each elevator belt and / or each turning band to be deflected a corresponding deflection.
- the lower end bar, to attack the elevator belts is preferably heavier than one of the Behanglamellen to keep the elevator belts taut.
- the two guide rails arranged on both sides of the blind advantageously each have an advantageously L-shaped cross-sectional shape and are inwardly disposed with a L-leg arranged in the longitudinal direction of the slat on the side of the blinds facing the building interior over the transverse sides of the Behanglamellen or the lamellar profiles over.
- FIG. 1 shows a Venetian blind consisting of Behanglamellen 1 and a lower end bar 4 and is guided to its two sides in each case in a guide rail 6, wherein the FIG. 1 only one of these two guide rails 6 can be seen.
- FIG. 2 shows in an enlarged scale, while lift belts 3 are connected to the lower end bar 4, via which the end bar 4 can be raised and lowered, which thereby entrains the Behanglamellen 1, as well as from the FIG. 7 emerges showing the curtain in partially worn position, with 5 Behanglamellen 1 rest on the end bar, and the upper two Behanglamellen 1 are in shading position.
- the lower end bar 4 does not jalous, but should also remain in its horizontal position when closing the curtain.
- the lower end strip on each of its two narrow sides in each case a particularly clear the FIG. 4 to be taken leadership body 7.
- the guide body 7 in this case has an L-shaped base body, whose one leg is inserted with a rectangular cross-section in a corresponding rectangular chamber of the end bar 4 and the other leg extends in incidentsnutides, ie in the example shown in the vertical direction and two trained as rollers guide heads 17th wearing.
- the two guide heads 17 are spaced apart in effetsnutoplasty in this way.
- the two guide heads 17 are guided with relatively little play in one of the lower end bar 4 associated guide groove 15 of the side guide rail 6 and can roll due to their rotatable mounting on the main body of the guide body 7 at the two edges of the guide groove 15.
- an undesirable displacement of the end bar 4 in the transverse direction to the curtain such as wind loads or the like, and also an undesirable pivoting of the end bar 4 effectively prevented.
- the elevator belts 3 do not attack on the weighted center line of the lower end bar 4 and the entire contracted laminated core on the lower end bar 4, but added to the inside of the building. Nevertheless, due to the more pivotable guidance of the end strip 4 in the guide rail 6, a tilting of the lamination stack during winding (lifting) / discharging becomes effective prevented.
- FIG. 3 can also be seen, while attached to the end bar 4 guide body 7 and attached to the Behanglamellen 1 guide body 8 are guided in separate guide grooves 15, 16, wherein the guide bodies 8 of the Behanglamellen 1 associated guide 16 laterally on the inside of the building side facing the arranged on the end bar 4 guide body 7 associated guide groove 15 is arranged.
- the guide rail 6 is formed by a cross-sectionally approximately L-shaped support body 18 and a screwed thereto, the guide rails associated with the Endologicaln Adjusts stressesn 15 forming avoirsnutprofil 20.
- the guide groove profile 20 can be removed for threading the roller-shaped guide heads 17 in the guide groove 15.
- the guide rail 6 further has a curtain facing the opening, in which a guide groove 16 for the Behanglamellen arrangements phenomenon 8 forming Kunststoffinlet 9 is clipped.
- FIG. 3 In the FIG. 3 are the turning and elevator belts omitted. However, it can be seen a perforation or passage opening 11 for one of the elevator belts 3, which is located near the inner longitudinal edge of Behanglamelle 1 on the pivot axis of the attached to the Behanglamelle 1 guide body 8. At the longitudinal edges of the Behanglamellen 1, like the FIGS. 5 and 6 show, are carried out as edge flanges 9, while Klipps institute 13 are injected into the Randbördelept 9, in which Gegenklipps institute 12 are clipped, which in turn are attached to the turning belts 2.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show the Behanglamellen 1 of the curtain in the shading position on the one hand and in exposure position on the other.
- the Behanglamellen each have a lamellar profile 5 with a short leg 5b and a long or opposite the short leg longer leg 5a, which are at an obtuse angle to one another and enclose a depression or trough 10 from both sides.
- the recess 10 opens in the exposure position ( Fig. 6 ) upward, whereas the lamellar profile 5 is concave downwards in the exposure position.
- the short leg 5b is located on the inside of the building facing side of the curtain and on the one hand the perforations 11 and on the other hand, the guide body 8, in a directly adjacent to the local edge flange 9 area.
- the curtain can be suspended by means of conventional reversing gear 30 to the winding shaft 29.
- the reversing gear 30 are inserted into a cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped head strip 31 and each have a reel 35 to which the respective elevator belt 3 is wound up and unwound, and with which the respective reversing gear 29 to the executed here with square cross-section Winding shaft 29 is pushed.
- an adapter or a deflection device 32 is clipped, which carries deflection means 33 in the form of two guide rollers 33 in order to direct the elevator belt 3 in the plane of the perforations 11.
- the deflection device 32 also carries two pulleys 34 in order to direct the turning belt 2 located on the side facing the building interior in the desired vertical plane.
- the pulleys 34 thus form deflection means 34 for this turning belt 2.
- the two turning belts 2 of the reversing gear 30 shown are each about a Wendekordelstrang 2a, 2b connected to a turning body 36, the co-rotating via a slip clutch with the reel 35 can be coupled or decoupled from it to pivot the Behanglamellen 1 after reaching the deflated position of the blind.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 show, additional relatively thick but wind-stable steel cables are stretched as a windbreaker, since the necessary openings are located with the curtain closed behind the closed lamellar front and therefore pass no light.

Description
The invention relates to a reverse gear equipped with external blinds according to the preamble of
In modern external venetian blinds, the winding shaft is usually mounted on so-called reverse gear on building-side components, usually via a header of the Venetian blind. Such reverse gearboxes have a housing provided with openings for carrying out the winding shaft, in which a bearing sleeve, which is normally pushed onto the winding shaft in a form-fitting manner, is mounted, whereby the winding shaft is fixed rotatably on the housing side. The accommodated in the housing bearing sleeve serves as a reel for winding and unwinding of it with its one end releasably settable elevator belt, which passes through the slats of Raffstorebehangs and engages the lower end bar with its other end, so that the curtain by winding and unwinding the elevator belt on the trained as a reel storage sleeve and can be drained.
Such reversing transmissions further include a turning body or reversing cord holder for operating the turning belts, whereby the name reversing gear derives. The turning cord holder is rotatably coupled for pivoting the slats of Raffstorebehangs to the reel and can be added, for example, on a cylinder neck of the reel on a serving as a slip clutch, the cylinder nozzle surrounding annular spring and have on its outer circumference a set of attacks, the corresponding set of Assigned counter stops on the housing, via which the turning cord holder is rotatably held, as long as the curtain is opened or lowered, so long as the elevator belt of the reel up or unwinds and about which the turning cord holder is only released for turning, if the curtain reaches its lower end position, so that only then can be jalousied and attached to the spring ring eyelet holder not together with the ring spring on Cylinder section of the reel slips, but is taken in the direction of rotation. Of the turncord holder depends on both sides of the axis of rotation in each case a Wendekordelstrang down. At the reversible cord strands, the reversing bands attached opposite one another on the longitudinal sides of the curtain slats can be suspended.

However, the above-mentioned reversing gearboxes are generally purchased parts for the external blind manufacturers, which are only available in certain designs and / or in which a large variety of parts is then undesirable, in each case with small quantities.
The invention is therefore based on the object to better adapt a Venetian blind for shading a building opening with a via gearbox before the building opening aufzieh- and drainable on building-side components storable hangings to a deviating from the standard curtain.
This object is solved by the features of
In an external venetian blind of the generic type, which has a Behang from Behanglamellen and a usually heavier, lower end bar before the building opening, a number of elevator tapes which attack the Behangendleiste to raise or lower the curtain can, and another Number on the two longitudinal sides of the slats attacking turning tapes for shuttering the draped Behanglamellen between an exposure position and a shading position, wherein the elevator belts are each received via a reversing gear on a winding shaft, on which in each case one of the turning bands is connected to both sides of the winding shaft, is According to the invention proposed to equip the reversing gear each with a deflection, which has deflection means for the elevator belt and / or deflection for the at least one turning band, and as attachable to the head strip Klipsaufsatz and / or as on Reversible gear is formed on clip-lid, which carries this deflection.
The deflection device according to the invention and its deflection means serve to guide the elevator belt over a position which is opposite to a position approximately perpendicularly below the winding shaft in the transverse direction to the Winding shaft is displaced, or - alternatively or additionally - to lead at least one of the two turning belts over a position which is displaced in the transverse direction to the winding shaft relative to a position which is approximately perpendicularly below a position at which the turning belt preferably with a Wendekordelstrang is attached to the turning body.
Off-center mounted on the Behanglamellen guide pin or eccentric perforations in this context means that the Behanglamellen each have a spaced between two parallel longitudinal sides with a predetermined contour extending lamellar profile, on the narrow sides of the two guide pins are fixed, the axis of rotation on which the perforations may also be located, to which one longitudinal side of the respective curtain lamella has a smaller distance than the other longitudinal side, preferably less than half the distance to the other longitudinal side, for example less than one fifth as large or even less than one seventh, and particularly preferably adjacent to the adjacent longitudinal side is arranged, and wherein the guide body are on the L-leg of the guide rails facing side of the Behanglamellen.
If the shorter side of the eccentrically bolted or perforated Behanglamellen on the inside of the building facing side of the axis of rotation of the Behanglamellen, then the curtain can be brought closer to the shaded building opening total, which is due to the then smaller column on the Behangseiten better shading and In addition, a higher wind stability results.
With the deflection device according to the invention, the elevator belts can be laid in the plane of the perforations, ie in the desired plane of Behanglamellendrehachsen if this does not coincide with a running through the winding shaft, vertical plane, such as the installation situation of the header, in which the reversing gear housed, it is not allowed to place the header so close to the building inside, as it would be desirable for the location of the hanging. With the deflection device according to the invention, it would even be conceivable to redirect the elevator belts past the curtain slats, so that the curtain slats do not have to have any perforations at all.
Advantageously, the deflection means provided on the deflection device for the respective elevator belt comprise a pair of deflection rollers arranged parallel to the rotation of the winding shaft and spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction to the winding shaft, whereby the friction acting on the respective elevator belt is limited. It is equally advantageous if the deflecting means provided for one of the two turning tapes or for the spiral cord cord connected to this turning belt comprises a pair of deflecting rollers arranged axially parallel to the winding shaft and spaced apart from one another in the transverse direction to the winding shaft.
The deflection device can be designed as clip-on clipping on the head strip Klipsaufsatz, which carries the deflection of the elevator belt and / or the deflection of the at least one turning band. For this purpose, the deflection device may, for example, have two clip legs which engage around the roughly U-shaped head strip, with which it is clipped onto the U-profile of the head strip. However, it would also be conceivable to form the deflecting device as a cover which can be clipped on, in particular, on the bottom of the reversing gear.
In order to prevent the lamella stack forming when the curtain is raised, the lower end strip can be guided in the two guide rails without being swiveled or tilt-proof. Unschwenkbar in this context means only pivotable to a degree, which is due to manufacturing tolerances, the basic functions of securing the end bar against pivoting but guaranteed, so not necessarily absolutely absolutely swiveling.
For this purpose, the guided in this guide rail guide body of the end bar having a Führungsnutrichtung longitudinally extending guide head, which is accommodated in the guide groove and prevents pivoting of the end bar by its longitudinal extent. In this context, longitudinal extension means that the guide head is wider in the direction of the guide groove than the curtain in the normal direction, preferably more than twice as long. Alternatively, the guided in this guide rail guide body of End bar also have two recorded in the associated guide groove, in Führungsnutrichtung widely spaced guide heads, which has the same effect. Of course, advantageously on both sides of the hanging same guide body attached to the end bar, which, as described above, are formed.
Furthermore, with the deflection devices according to the invention, in particular the turning tapes acting on the sides of the curtain slats facing the building interior can be deflected so that they hang vertically or almost vertically downwards from the deflection point, preferably a deflection roller, when the curtain slats are in the exposure position and thus do not exert any lateral forces on the lamella stack.
The external blind according to the invention is equipped with one, preferably for each elevator belt and / or each turning band to be deflected a corresponding deflection. The lower end bar, to attack the elevator belts is preferably heavier than one of the Behanglamellen to keep the elevator belts taut.
In terms of a further improved shadowing or light-tightness of the Venetian blind, the two guide rails arranged on both sides of the blind advantageously each have an advantageously L-shaped cross-sectional shape and are inwardly disposed with a L-leg arranged in the longitudinal direction of the slat on the side of the blinds facing the building interior over the transverse sides of the Behanglamellen or the lamellar profiles over. This results in a light trap for the light passing through the side of the curtain, which prevents the collapse of direct sunlight, and only allows a little diffused light to penetrate there. It would be within the scope of the invention, of course, other cross-sectional shapes for the guide rails conceivable, for example, the curtain facing, open U, as long as the leg on the building inside over the Behanglamellen. As well it would be conceivable to stay with the L-shape of the guide rail cross-sections, but to provide the projecting outside the curtain beyond the legs of the guide rail profiles projecting beyond the ends of the Behanglamelle. However, if the projecting leg of the guide rail is located on the side of the curtain facing the building interior, this results in an architectically desirable, improved visual appearance of the facade of the building.
In the following an advantageous embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail, which is illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
