Claims (11)

  1. Aide au relevage de personnes d'une position assise à une position debout, dans lequel un élément de poignée (1) est disposé entre deux éléments de cadre (2.1 et 2.2) et est raccordé ou peut être raccordé aux éléments de cadre (2.1 et 2.2) ; et
    au moins un des éléments de cadre (2.1) présente une longueur, ou une longueur peut être réglée avec au moins un des éléments de cadre (2.1 et 2.2), de façon à au moins atteindre le sol en partant de l'élément de poignée (1), lorsqu'une personne assise l'entoure de ses mains au niveau de l'élément de poignée (1) ; et
    un élément d'appui (3) élastique au moins par tronçons est fixé ou peut être fixé sur les éléments de cadre (2.1 et 2.2) et est disposé à hauteur entre les éléments de cadre (2.1 et 2.2) en recouvrant la zone d'une hauteur de plateau tibial minimale et maximale d'une personne assise,

  4. Aide au relevage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité côté sol coudée forme un appui ou un palier de butée pour le pied.
  5. Aide au relevage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité côté sol d'au moins un des éléments de cadre (2.1 et/ou 2.2) est munie d'un recouvrement (4) antidérapant ou en est entourée, le recouvrement (4) étant de préférence remplaçable et/ou étant, par son contour extérieur, adapté ergonomiquement à un pied, en particulier au côté arrière d'un pied d'une personne.
  6. Aide au relevage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'appui (3) peut être déplacé le long des éléments de cadre (2.1 et 2.2) afin de faire varier sa hauteur et/ou est dimensionné en largeur de telle sorte qu'un appui avec les deux jambes d'une personne utilisant l'aide au relevage est possible.
  7.
