Claims (15)
- Fermeture pour l'orifice de remplissage d'un conteneur de liquide ayant une douille de bonde en matériau élastique adaptée de manière étanche dans l'orifice de remplissage, laquelle douille de bonde comporte un canal de percement axial (18) au niveau duquel le conteneur peut être percé par le tube de percement d'un robinet de soutirage, dans laquelle la douille de bonde est rendue étanche au niveau du tube de percement et est munie d'un clapet d'équilibrage de pression pouvant être actionné manuellement qui obture et libère un canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) entre l'espace de tête du conteneur au-dessus du niveau de liquide dans celui-ci et l'atmosphère, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) traverse axialement la douille de bonde et de manière espacée par rapport à celle-ci, à côté du canal de percement (18), et débouche sur une surface avant (26) de la douille de bonde et de manière espacée par rapport à celle-ci, à côté du canal de percement (18), et en ce que la douille de bonde est munie d'un rabat (30) monobloc articulé sur celle-ci qui recouvre la surface avant (26) dans une position de fermeture basculée vers le bas, qui obture les ouvertures du canal de percement (18) et du canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) de manière étanche aux projections d'eau et bloque le canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) de manière étanche à la pression, et qui peut basculer manuellement vers le haut et vers le bas afin de libérer plus ou moins le canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) et d'actionner ainsi le clapet d'équilibrage de pression.
- Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la douille de bonde est sensiblement axialement symétrique et a un corps de réduction (10) et une bride (12) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur à partir de celui-ci, bride avec laquelle elle est en appui sur un fond du récipient dans lequel se situe l'orifice de remplissage, en ce que le canal de percement (18) est un canal central à travers la douille de bonde, et en ce que le canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) traverse toute la bride (12) de la douille de bonde et se termine juste avant la bride (12) sur la périphérie du corps de réduction (10).
- Fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que sur le rabat (30) est formée une nervure de clapet (40) qui s'engage de manière correspondante dans le canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) lorsque le rabat (30) est basculé vers le bas et obture celui-ci de manière étanche à la pression et peut être extrait du canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) en basculant le rabat (30) vers le haut.
- Fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la nervure de clapet (40) est conique.
- Fermeture selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) et la nervure de clapet adaptée dans celui-ci (40) ont une section transversale longitudinale ovale avec une extension dans la direction circonférentielle.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le rabat (30) est articulé latéralement sur la douille de bonde avec une charnière à film (34), et ensuite au plus près du canal d'équilibrage de pression (28) de telle sorte que celui-ci se situe entre la charnière à film (34) et le canal de percement (18).
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le rabat (30) est muni d'un joint (46) qui peut être détruit de manière bien visible lorsque le rabat (30) bascule pour la première fois vers le haut.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée par une technique de moulage par injection de matière plastique à plusieurs composants, en particulier par une technique de moulage par injection de matière plastique à deux composants à partir d'un composant dur et d'un composant d'étanchéité souple, ou par une technique de moulage par injection de matière plastique à trois composants à partir d'un composant dur, d'un composant d'étanchéité souple et d'un composant coloré ayant une couleur différente du composant dur et du composant d'étanchéité, et en ce que le joint (46) est constitué du composant de couleur.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité intérieure de la douille de bonde est fermée de manière étanche à la pression avec un fond (22) monobloc formé sur celle-ci, qui peut être percé avec le tube de percement.
- Fermeture selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le rebord du fond (22) a un point de rupture programmée (24) avec des nervures constituées du composant dur et des parties constituées du composant d'étanchéité entre les nervures.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le rabat (30) est muni d'une membrane (42) qui, dans la position de fermeture du rabat (30) basculé vers le bas, se situe avant l'ouverture du canal de percement (18) et peut être percée avec le tube de percement.
- Fermeture selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le canal de percement (18) est sensiblement cylindrique, et en ce que la membrane (42) est circulaire et son diamètre correspond à la largeur d'ouverture du canal de percement (18).
- Fermeture selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (42) est munie de points de rupture programmée (44) s'étendant radialement et répartis uniformément sur la circonférence.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée en ce que le rebord de la membrane (42) a un point de rupture programmée avec des nervures constituées du composant dur et des parties constituées du composant d'étanchéité entre les nervures.
- Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée de manière monobloc en une seule étape de moulage par injection d'assemblage de trois composants.
