Structure de pliage d'une machine d'impression rotative, composé d'un premier plan de cônes (3-1) et d'un second plan de cônes (3-2), le premier plan de cônes (3-1) et le second plan de cônes (3-2) comprenant respectivement au moins un cône plieur (4), et le second plan de cônes (3-2) étant disposé au-dessus du premier plan de cônes plieurs (3-1), et une bande entrante (10) ou bande partielle (10) pouvant être guidée soit sur au moins un cône plieur (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) et/soit du second plan de cônes (3-2), la bande (10) ou la bande partielle (10) pouvant être acheminée vers l'au moins un cône plieur (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) et l'au moins un cône plieur (4) du second plan de cônes (3-2) au moyen seulement d'un rouleau de cônes (5), caractérisée en ce que le second plan de cônes (3-2) est espacé perpendiculairement à la tôle de cône d'un cône plieur du premier plan de cônes.
  2. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un cône plieur (4) du second plan de cônes (3-2) présente une largeur de cône et/ou une inclinaison de cône différente de celle de l'au moins un cône plieur (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1).
  3. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que le nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) est égal au nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du second plan de cônes (3-2).
  4. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que le nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) est différent du nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du second plan de cônes (3-2).
  5. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) est supérieur au nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du second plan de cônes (3-2) .
  6. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) est inférieur au nombre de cônes plieurs (4) du second plan de cônes (3-2) .
  7. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le second plan de cônes (3-2) peut être basculé par rapport au premier plan de cônes (3-1), de sorte que, en faisant pivoter ou basculer les cônes plieurs respectifs (4), la bande ou la bande partielle (10) peut être guidée soit par le premier plan de cônes (3-1), soit par le second plan de cônes (3-2).
  8. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le second plan de cônes (3-2) est espacé perpendiculairement à la tôle de cône d'un cône plieur (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) et présente en outre une inclinaison de cône qui est différente de celle du premier plan de cônes (3-1) .
  9. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisée en ce que, pour guider la bande ou la bande partielle (10), au moins une languette de dérivation (7) est insérée entre le rouleau de cônes (5) et l'au moins un cône plieur (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) ou du second plan de cônes (3-2).
  10. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un cône plieur du premier plan de cônes (3-1) et/ou du second plan de cônes (3-2) est déplaçable transversalement au sens de la bande entrante (10).
  11. Structure de pliage selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de coupe longitudinale (12) situé en amont des cônes plieurs (4) est réglable en fonction de la largeur de la bande ou de la bande partielle (10) et/ou en fonction de la position de l'au moins un cône plieur (4) du premier plan de cônes (3-1) ou du second plan de cônes (3-2).
  12. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de coupe longitudinale (12) est activé automatiquement en fonction du plan de cônes concerné et activé (3) à la position concernée au niveau des bords de cônes concernés par cette production, de sorte que, en cas d'activation d'un plan de cônes (3) comportant au moins deux cônes plieurs juxtaposés (4), l'au moins un dispositif de coupe longitudinale (12) est activé automatiquement ou est positionné au bon endroit en fonction du plan de cônes activé (3).
  13. Structure de pliage d'une machine d'impression rotative, caractérisée en ce que cette structure de pliage (1) comprend plusieurs plans de cônes superposés (3) comportant respectivement un rouleau de cônes corrélatif (5) selon une des revendications 1 à 12.
