- Procédé d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans chaque position, dans laquelle le au moins un des dispositifs de déviation (5r, 6r ; 5r', 6r') est réglé pour une ou dans une production, l'angle d'enroulement est identique.
- Procédé d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le second tronçon de bande (Bl) s'enroule autour d'un premier dispositif de déviation supplémentaire (5l) qui forme un premier axe de déviation pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl), et d'un second dispositif de déviation supplémentaire (6l) le plus proche en aval de la bande qui forme un second axe de déviation pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl), avec un angle d'enroulement respectif, et est ainsi décalé parallèlement.
- Procédé d'étirage de bande selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que pour un réglage de la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y), au moins un des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) est réglé à partir d'une première position dans une nouvelle seconde position, dans laquelle le second tronçon de bande (Bl) entre les dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) parcourt une longueur de trajet différente de celle dans la première position du au moins un des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) tout en conservant cependant sa direction de transport (F), de telle sorte que la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y) est réglée mais l'angle d'enroulement du second tronçon de bande (Br) n'est pas modifié par le réglage du au moins un des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l).
- Procédé d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'enroulement du premier tronçon de bande (Br) et l'angle d'enroulement du second tronçon de bande (Bl) sont identiques lorsque les tronçons de bande (Br, Bl) sont décalés parallèlement avec un décalage différent.
- Procédé d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'enroulement du second tronçon de bande (Bl) est identique dans la première position et dans différentes nouvelles positions du au moins un de chacun des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l).
- Procédé d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des quatre revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans chaque position, dans laquelle le au moins un des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) est réglé pour une ou dans une production, l'angle d'enroulement du second tronçon de bande (Bl) est identique.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande au moyen duquel dans une machine de transformation de bande, un premier tronçon de bande transporté (Br) et un second tronçon de bande (Bl) transporté à côté du premier tronçon de bande (Br) peuvent être décalés parallèlement l'un à l'autre afin de régler une valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y), le dispositif d'étirage de bande comportant :a) un bâti (2),b) un premier dispositif de déviation (5r ; 5r') qui forme un premier axe de déviation pour le premier tronçon de bande (Br),c) et un second dispositif de déviation (6r ; 6r') qui forme un second axe de déviation, le plus proche du premier axe de déviation dans la direction de transport (F) du premier tronçon de bande (Br),d) dans lequel le premier tronçon de bande (Br) est décalé parallèlement par l'enroulement des dispositifs de déviation (5r, 6r ; 5r', 6r') et de telle sorte que la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y) est réglée en totalité ou partiellement,e) et dans lequel au moins un des dispositifs de déviation (5r, 6r ; 5r', 6r') est monté dans le bâti (2) de manière à pouvoir être réglé le long d'un trajet de réglage afin de pouvoir régler la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y),
caractérisé en ce quef) le trajet de réglage est rectiligne dans sa totalité ou au moins sur une partie, et s'étend dans la direction de transport (F) qui comporte le premier tronçon de bande (Br) entre les dispositifs de déviation (5r, 6r ; 5r', 6r'). - Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un dispositif de déviation réglable (6r ; 6r') peut être réglé le long du trajet de réglage à partir d'une première position dans la direction de transport (F) jusque dans une position finale, et l'angle d'enroulement du premier tronçon de bande (Br) est identique dans la première position et dans la position finale.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif d'étirage de bande incluant en outre :un premier dispositif de déviation supplémentaire (5l) qui forme un premier axe de déviation pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl),et un second dispositif de déviation supplémentaire (6l) le plus proche du premier dispositif de déviation supplémentaire (5l) dans la direction de transport (F) du second tronçon de bande (Bl), qui forme un second axe de déviation pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl),dans lequel le second tronçon de bande (Bl) est décalé parallèlement par l'enroulement des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) et de telle sorte que la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y) est réglée en totalité ou partiellement.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) est monté dans le bâti (2) de manière à pouvoir être réglé le long d'un trajet de réglage afin de pouvoir régler la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y),
et en ce que le trajet de réglage du au moins un des dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) est rectiligne dans sa totalité ou au moins sur une partie, et s'étend dans la direction de transport (F) qui comporte le second tronçon de bande (Bl) entre les dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l). - Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de déviation (5r', 6r'), pour au moins un (Br) des tronçons de bande, se présentent de biais par rapport à la direction de transport (F) du au moins un (Br) des tronçons de bande sous un angle d'inclinaison (α) par rapport aux tronçons de bande entrants (Br, Bl) qui est supérieur à 80° et inférieur à 90 °.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de déviation (5r', 6r') pour le premier tronçon de bande (Br) se présentent chacun sous un premier angle d'inclinaison (α) de biais par rapport à direction de transport (F) du premier tronçon de bande entrant (Br) et les dispositifs de déviation (5l, 6l) pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl) se présentent chacun sous un autre angle (β) de biais par rapport à la direction de transport (F) du second tronçon de bande entrant (Bl), et en ce que le premier angle (α) et le second angle (β) sont différents.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'autre angle (β) est un angle d'inclinaison inférieur à 90 °, de telle sorte que les dispositifs de déviation (5l, 6l) se présentent également, pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl), de biais par rapport à la direction de transport (F) du second tronçon de bande (Bl), lorsque vus dans le plan de bande du second tronçon de bande entrant (Bl).
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un dispositif de déviation monté de manière réglable (6r ; 6r') du premier tronçon de bande (Br) est mobile par rapport aux dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) du second tronçon de bande (Bl) sur une longueur de trajet de réglage, de telle sorte qu'entre les dispositifs de déviation (5r, 6r ; 5r', 6r') du premier tronçon de bande (Br) et entre les dispositifs de déviation supplémentaires (5l, 6l) du second tronçon de bande (Bl), les trajets de tronçon des tronçons de bande (Br, Bl) peuvent être réglés à des longueurs différentes l'une de l'autre.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un (5r, 6r ; 5r', 6r') des dispositifs de déviation est uniquement supporté au niveau d'une extrémité sur le bâti (2) et fait saillie en ayant l'autre extrémité libre à partir du bâti (2).
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'écartement inclut un dispositif de guidage d'évacuation (7r) pour le premier tronçon de bande (Br) et un dispositif de guidage d'évacuation supplémentaire (71) pour le second tronçon de bande (Bl), lesdits dispositifs de guidage étant montés dans le bâti (2) de manière mobile l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de transport de bande (F) derrière les seconds dispositifs de déviation (6r, 6l ; 6r', 6l'), et en ce que les dispositifs de guidage d'évacuation (7r, 7l) et les seconds dispositifs de déviation montés de manière mobile (6r, 6l ; 6r', 6l') sont mobiles dans des positions de réglage dans lesquelles ils déterminent chacun collectivement un plan pour les tronçons de bande (Br, Bl).
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage d'évacuation (7r) et le second dispositif de déviation (6r ; 6r') pour le premier tronçon de bande (Br) sont montés de manière collectivement mobile, et le dispositif de guidage d'évacuation supplémentaire (71) et le second dispositif de déviation supplémentaire (6l) sont également montés de manière collectivement mobile.
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de commande (15) est prévu, lequel inclut un dispositif d'entraînement (12) pour le au moins un dispositif de déviation monté de manière réglable (6r, 6l ; 6r', 6l') afin de régler le au moins un dispositif de déviation monté de manière réglable (6r, 6l ; 6r', 6l') dans la position de réglage requise pour le réglage de la valeur d'étirage (X ; X+Y).
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un dispositif de déviation monté de manière réglable (6r, 6l ; 6r', 6l') fait saillie à partir d'un coulisseau (10r) qui est guidé sur un guide linéaire (11) du bâti (2).
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de coupe longitudinale (4) est prévu pour découper une bande (B) dans les tronçons de bande (Br, Bl), et en ce que le dispositif de coupe longitudinale (4) et les dispositifs de déviation (5r, 6r, 5l, 6l ; 5r', 6r', 5l', 6l') sont montés de manière collectivement mobile par rapport à la bande (B), transversalement à la direction de transport (F) de la bande (B).
- Dispositif d'étirage de bande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étirage de bande est utilisé comme organe de réglage d'une commande de bord de bande d'au moins un des tronçons de bande (Br, Bl).
