Claims (14)

  1. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung für eine Beleuchtungs- und/oder Signalisierungsleuchte eines Fahrzeugs, insbesondere für eine Rückleuchte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einem Gehäuse (1)
    - mindestens eine LED-Lichtquelle (3), die auf einem undurchsichtigen Träger (4, 9) befestigt ist, der eine Beleuchtungsöffnung (5) aufweist, die für den Durchgang des zum Beobachter indirekt auszustrahlenden Lichts bestimmt ist,
    - ein undurchsichtiges erstes Ausstrahlungselement (6), das strahlaufwärts von der Beleuchtungsöffnung angeordnet ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, das von der Lichtquelle kommende Licht zur Öffnung hin zu reflektieren und auszustrahlen,
    - ein durchscheinendes zweites Ausstrahlungselement (7), das strahlabwärts vom ersten Ausstrahlungselement und nahe der Beleuchtungsöffnung (5) angeordnet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, das vom ersten Ausstrahlungselement reflektierte und ausgestrahlte Licht zu übertragen und auszustrahlen,
    - ein durchscheinendes drittes Ausstrahlungselement (8), das strahlabwärts vom zweiten Ausstrahlungselement (7) angeordnet ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, das vom zweiten Ausstrahlungselement kommende Licht nach außerhalb der betreffenden Leuchte zu übertragen und auszustrahlen, wobei das dritte Ausstrahlungselement im eingeschalteten Zustand zur Geometrie der Leuchte beiträgt und durch sein nach außerhalb der Leuchte hervorstehendes Profil an der Beleuchtungsöffnung (5) ein Ausstrahlungsvolumen definiert,
    aufweist.
  2. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ausstrahlungselement von weißer Farbe ist.
  3. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reflexionsoberfläche des ersten Ausstrahlungselements einen unregelmäßigen Oberflächenzustand aufweist.
  4. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ausstrahlungselement aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das mit Teilchen mit Größen von größer als oder gleich einem Mikrometer versetzt ist und/oder das Einschlüsse mit Größen von größer als oder gleich einem Mikrometer aufweist.
  5. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Oberfläche und/oder die hintere Oberfläche des zweiten Elements einen unregelmäßigen Oberflächenzustand aufweist.
  6. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ausstrahlungselement aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das mit Teilchen mit Größen von größer als oder gleich einem Mikrometer versetzt ist und/oder das Einschlüsse mit Größen von größer als oder gleich einem Mikrometer aufweist.
  7. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Oberfläche und/oder die hintere Oberfläche des dritten Elements einen unregelmäßigen Oberflächenzustand aufweist.
  8. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dritte Ausstrahlungselement aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das mit Teilchen mit Größen von größer als oder gleich einem Mikrometer versetzt ist und/oder das Einschlüsse mit Größen von größer als oder gleich einem Mikrometer aufweist.
  9. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine durchsichtige und/oder durchscheinende Scheibe (12) aufweist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, das Gehäuse abzuschließen.
  10. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dritte Ausstrahlungselement (8) dazu ausgelegt ist, das Gehäuse abzuschließen.
  11. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dritte Ausstrahlungselement (8) eine glatte rückwärtige Oberfläche aufweist.
  12. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der undurchsichtige Träger (4, 9) auf der Rückseite oder auf der Vorderseite eines gegenüber der Beleuchtungsöffnung, die die Lichtquelle trägt, versetzten Abschnitts des dritten Ausstrahlungselements angeordnet ist.
  13. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ausstrahlungselement (7) vorzugsweise durch Überspritzen durch den versetzten Abschnitt des dritten Ausstrahlungselements (8) überdeckt wird.
  14. Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ausstrahlungselement den undurchsichtigen Träger trägt, der es teilweise verdeckt.
