Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein LED-Modul mit einem Berührungsschutzelement, eine Anordnung zur Lichtabgabe mit einem solchen LED-Modul, sowie ein entsprechendes Berührungsschutzelement als solches.
- Bei einer Leuchte, die eine LED-Platine mit darauf angeordneten LEDs als Licht abgebendes Element aufweist, ist es in der Regel erforderlich, dafür zu sorgen, dass die LED-Platine nicht versehentlich durch einen Benutzer der Leuchte berührt wird. Typischerweise wird eine solche LED-Platine mit einer Hochvolt-Spannung, beispielsweise mit 230 V, betrieben und eine entsprechende Berührung der LEDs oder der stromführenden Leitungen auf der LED-Platine hat großes Schadenspotenzial, sowohl für den Benutzer, als auch für die LEDs. Daher ist es bei derartigen Leuchten üblicherweise angestrebt, für einen entsprechenden Berührungsschutz zu sorgen.
- Aus der
DE 10 2010 041 473 A1 ist eine Leuchtmodulanordnung mit einer LED-Platine bekannt. Die Leuchtmodulanordnung weist ein Trägerelement auf, an dem die LED-Platine gehalten angeordnet ist. Über eine Rastverbindung ist an dem Trägerelement auch ein Berührungsschutzelement gehalten angeordnet, das sich um die LED-Platine herum erstreckt. Das Berührungsschutzelement ist als Profilteil gestaltet und lässt sich grundsätzlich durch ein einfaches seitliches Verschieben von dem Trägerelement lösen. Aufgrund der Profilform ist zudem an den beiden Längsendbereichen des Berührungsschutzelements eine Öffnung gegeben, durch die hindurch ein grundsätzlich freier Zugang zu der LED-Platine gebildet ist. Bei Nutzung dieser Leuchtmodulanordnung als Bestandteil einer Leuchte müssen daher zur Erzielung der gewünschten Sicherheit noch weitergehende Maßnahmen getroffen werden. - Aus der
US 2011/0141736 A1 ist ein LED-Tableau bekannt, das eine LED-Platine und eine Abdeckplatte aufweist, die die LED-Platine überdeckend angeordnet ist. In der Abdeckplatte sind dabei Linsenbereiche zur optischen Beeinflussung des von den LEDs der LED-Platine abgestrahlten Lichts ausgebildet. - Aus der
WO 2012/029002 A1 ist eine LED-basierte Lichteinheit bekannt, die eine LED-Platine und optische Elemente aufweist. Letztere durchgreifen Öffnungen eines flächigen Elements. Das flächige Element ist dabei mit Hilfe eines Befestigungsstifts an der LED-Platine gehalten. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein entsprechendes verbessertes LED-Modul anzugeben. Insbesondere soll das LED-Modul einen besonders zuverlässigen Schutz vor ungewollter Berührung ermöglichen. Außerdem sollen eine entsprechende Anordnung zur Lichtabgabe mit einem solchen LED-Modul, sowie ein Berührungsschutzelement angegeben werden.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung mit den in den unabhängigen Ansprüchen genannten Gegenständen gelöst. Besondere Ausführungsarten der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- Gemäß der Erfindung ist LED-Modul vorgesehen, das eine LED-Platine mit einem planen Oberflächenbereich aufweist, sowie wenigstens eine LED zur Erzeugung eines Lichts, wobei die wenigstens eine LED auf dem planen Oberflächenbereich der LED-Platine angeordnet ist. Weiterhin weist das LED-Modul ein Berührungsschutzelement zum Schutz vor einer Berührung des planen Oberflächenbereichs der LED-Platine oder der wenigstens einen LED auf. Dabei weist das Berührungsschutzelement einen planen Oberflächenbereich auf, der parallel zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich der LED-Platine orientiert angeordnet ist, wobei das Berührungsschutzelement weiterhin wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich zur optischen Beeinflussung des Lichts aufweist, der sich von dem planen Oberflächenbereich des Berührungsschutzelements vorwölbend gestaltet ist.
- Durch die genannte Formgebung lässt sich das Berührungsschutzelement so nahe an dem planen Oberflächenbereich der LED-Platine anordnen, dass eine versehentliche Berührung dieses Oberflächenbereichs durch einen Nutzer des LED-Moduls praktisch ausgeschlossen werden kann. Zudem lässt sich durch die genannte Formgebung das LED-Modul in einer Richtung längs der Flächennormalen des planen Oberflächenbereichs der LED-Platine mit besonders geringer Bauhöhe gestalten.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Berührungsschutzelement derart geformt, dass es - in einer Projektion normal zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich der LED-Platine betrachtet - die LED-Platine vollständig einschließt. Hierdurch lässt sich erzielen, dass das Berührungsschutzelement den planen Oberflächenbereich der LED-Platine bis zum Rand der LED-Platine hin abdeckt, so dass hierdurch ein besonders zuverlässiger Schutz vor einer Berührung gegeben ist.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Berührungsschutzelement derart gestaltet, dass es durch einen direkten Kontakt die LED-Platine hält. Auf diese Weise lässt sich erzielen, dass kein weiteres Bauteil zur Halterung der LED-Platine erforderlich ist. Dies ist insbesondere herstellungstechnisch vorteilhaft. Zudem sind hierdurch verbesserte Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des LED-Moduls gegeben.
- Vorzugsweise weist das Berührungsschutzelement einen umlaufenden Randbereich auf, der derart geformt ist, dass er einen Randbereich der LED-Platine umgreift. Durch diese Gestaltung ist einerseits eine besonders zuverlässige Halterung der LED-Platine an dem Berührungsschutzelement ermöglicht und zum anderen auch ein besonders zuverlässiger Berührungsschutz.
- Vorzugsweise weist das Berührungsschutzelement auf einer, dem planen Oberflächenbereich gegenüberliegenden Seite einen weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich auf, der flächig den planen Oberflächenbereich der LED-Platine kontaktierend angeordnet ist oder zu Letzterem einen Abstand aufweist, der kleiner als 2 mm ist, vorzugsweise kleiner als 1 mm. Auf diese Weise lässt sich die Gefahr verringern, dass von einem Benutzer zwischen den Oberflächenbereich der Platine, auf der die wenigstens eine LED angeordnet ist einerseits und das Berührungsschutzelement andererseits gegriffen wird.
- Erfindungsgemäß weist das Berührungsschutzelement weiterhin wenigstens ein stiftförmiges Halteelement auf, das sich auf einer Seite des Berührungsschutzelements, die dem wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich gegenüberliegt, abstehend erstreckt und das durch wenigstens eine korrespondierend gestaltete Öffnung der LED-Platine hindurch ragend angeordnet ist. Hierdurch lässt sich die Verbindung zwischen dem Berührungsschutzelement und der LED-Platine besonders sicher gestalten. Dabei ist auf der entsprechend gegenüberliegenden Seite der LED-Platine auf bzw. an dem Halteelement ein Sperrring fixiert.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Berührungsschutzelement derart mit der LED-Platine verbunden, dass es lediglich mithilfe eines Werkzeugs oder durch Zerstörung von der LED-Platine getrennt werden kann. Hierdurch ist eine besonders sichere Verbindung und eine geeignete Einhaltung entsprechender Normen ermöglicht.
- Erfindungsgemäß handelt es sich bei dem Berührungsschutzelement um ein Spritzgussteil. Auf diese Weise lässt sich die beschriebene Form des Berührungsschutzelements besonders geeignet erzielen.
- Vorzugsweise besteht das Berührungsschutzelement aus einem lichtdurchlässigen Material. Hierdurch lässt herstellungstechnisch vorteilhaft erzielen, dass der Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich und das restliche Berührungsschutzelement aus lediglich einem Material bestehen. Vorzugsweise besteht das Berührungsschutzelement herstellungstechnisch vorteilhaft aus einem Kunststoff.
- Vorzugsweise ist der wenigstens eine Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich derart gestaltet, dass er eine pyramidenstumpfartige Vorwölbung bildet. Durch diese Formgebung lässt sich eine besonders geeignete Beeinflussung des Lichts, insbesondere eine Verteilung des Lichts in einen großen Raumwinkelbereich erzielen.
- Vorzugsweise ist durch den wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich ein Hohlraum oder eine Ausnehmung gebildet, in den bzw. in die die wenigstens eine LED hineinragend angeordnet ist.
- Vorzugsweise weist das Berührungsschutzelement weiterhin wenigstens einen zapfenartigen Vorsprung zum Halten des LED-Moduls auf, der sich auf einer Seite des Berührungsschutzelements, die dem wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich gegenüberliegt, abstehend erstreckt und der insbesondere durch wenigstens eine korrespondierend gestaltete Durchgangsöffnung der LED-Platine hindurch ragend angeordnet ist. Durch einen solchen Vorsprung eignet sich das LED-Modul besonders gut dazu, gehalten zu werden, beispielsweise an einem Leuchtengehäuse oder an einer Leuchtenwanne.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung ist eine Anordnung zur Lichtabgabe vorgesehen, die ein erfindungsgemäßes LED-Modul und ein Lichtbeeinflussungselement aufweist, das derart angeordnet ist, dass es das, von der wenigstens einen LED erzeugte Licht weitergehend beeinflusst. Bei dem Lichtbeeinflussungselement kann es sich beispielsweise vorteilhaft um ein Zellenraster handeln.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung ist ein Berührungsschutzelement für ein erfindungsgemäßes LED-Modul vorgesehen, das einen planen Oberflächenbereich aufweist, sowie wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich, der sich von dem planen Oberflächenbereich vorwölbend gestaltet ist. Vorzugsweise weist das Berührungsschutzelement weiterhin einen umlaufenden Randbereich zum Halten einer LED-Platine des LED-Moduls auf. Weiterhin vorzugsweise weist das Berührungsschutzelement auf einer, dem planen Oberflächenbereich gegenüberliegenden Seite einen weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich auf. Für eine besonders sichere Verbindung mit der LED-Platine kann das Berührungsschutzelement dabei ein insbesondere stiftförmiges Halteelement aufweisen, das von dem weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich abstehend angeordnet ist. Für eine besonders geeignete Verbindung mit einem Leuchtengehäuse oder dergleichen kann das Berührungsschutzelement einen zapfenartigen Vorsprung aufweisen, der von dem weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich abstehend angeordnet ist.
- Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels und mit Bezug auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- In
Fig. 1 ist eine perspektivische Skizze zu einem erfindungsgemäßen LED-Modul gezeigt. Das LED-Modul umfasst eine LED-Platine 2 und ein Berührungsschutzelement 4. Das Berührungsschutzelement 4 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material. Die beiden genannten Bauteile 2, 4 sind inFig. 1 zur besseren Erkennbarkeit von Strukturen getrennt voneinander dargestellt.Fig. 2 zeigt die beiden Bauteile 2, 4 wie vorgesehen miteinander verbunden. - Das LED-Modul eignet sich besonders dafür, als Bestandteil einer Leuchte, insbesondere als eine Licht abgebende Baueinheit einer Leuchte verwendet zu werden.
- Die LED-Platine 2 weist einen planen Oberflächenbereich 21 auf. In
Fig. 1 ist die LED-Platine 2 perspektivisch so gezeigt, dass der Blick schräg auf diesen planen Oberflächenbereich 21 gerichtet ist. - Weiterhin weist das LED-Modul wenigstens eine LED 3 zur Erzeugung eines Lichts auf. Die wenigstens eine LED 3 ist dabei auf dem planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 angeordnet.
- Vorzugsweise ist die LED-Platine 2 insgesamt etwa plattenförmig gestaltet, so dass sie zwei Hauptoberflächen aufweist, die über einen schmalen Randbereich miteinander verbunden sind. Dabei ist der plane Oberflächenbereich 21 vorzugsweise durch eine dieser beiden Hauptoberflächen gebildet.
- Die LED-Platine 2 weist einen Randbereich 25 auf, der insbesondere durch den oben genannten schmalen Randbereich gebildet sein kann. Der plane Oberflächenbereich 21 kann sich dementsprechend allseits bis zu dem Randbereich 25 der LED-Platine 2 hin erstrecken. Durch den Randbereich 25 der LED-Platine 2 ist in diesem Sinne vorzugsweise ein Randbereich des planen Oberflächenbereichs 21 gebildet.
- Beim gezeigten Beispiel weist das LED-Modul mehrere LEDs 3 auf. Die Anordnung kann dabei derart gestaltet sein, dass durch die LEDs 3 wenigstens ein LED-Cluster bzw. eine LED-Gruppe 31, 32 gebildet ist, wobei diese LED-Gruppe 31, 32 beispielsweise zwischen zwei und zehn LEDs 3 umfasst. Es kann aber alternativ auch vorgesehen sein, dass die LEDs 3 jeweils einzeln angeordnet sind, also beispielsweise mit einem einheitlichem Abstand voneinander oder es kann vorgesehen sein, dass sowohl einzelne LEDs, als auch LED-Gruppen gebildet sind. Im gezeigten Beispiel sind auf dem planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 die LEDs 3 derart angeordnet, dass insgesamt zweiunddreißig LED-Gruppen 31, 32 gebildet sind, jedoch keine einzelnen LEDs vorhanden sind.
- Das Berührungsschutzelement 4 dient zum Schutz vor einer ungewollten Berührung des planen Oberflächenbereichs 21 der LED-Platine 2 oder der wenigstens einen LED 3. Ein derartiger Schutz ist insbesondere wichtig, wenn die LED-Platine 2 mit einer Stromquelle zum Betrieb der wenigstens einen LED 3 elektrisch leitend verbunden ist. Eine Berührung kann in diesem Fall insbesondere zu einer Schädigung des, die Berührung vollziehenden Benutzers oder zu einer Schädigung der wenigstens einen LED 3 führen.
- Das Berührungsschutzelement 4 weist einen planen Oberflächenbereich 41 auf. In
Fig. 1 ist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 perspektivisch so gezeigt, dass der Blick schräg auf diesen planen Oberflächenbereich 41 gerichtet ist. Wenn, wie inFig. 2 gezeigt, die LED-Platine 2 wie vorgesehen mit dem Berührungsschutzelement 4 verbunden ist, ist der plane Oberflächenbereich 41 des Berührungsschutzelements 4 parallel zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 orientiert angeordnet. - Dies ist auch aus
Fig. 4 erkennbar, die (ausschnittweise) einen Querschnitt durch das LED-Modul zeigt. - Weiterhin weist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 zur optischen Beeinflussung des Lichts auf. Dieser Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 ist dabei derart gestaltet, dass er sich von dem planen Oberflächenbereich 41 vorwölbt. Insbesondere kann der Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 als primäroptisches Element, beispielsweise als Linse gestaltet sein. Das Berührungsschutzelement 4 kann also mit "integrierter Primäroptik" gestaltet sein.
- Beim gezeigten Beispiel weist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 insgesamt zweiunddreißig Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereiche 42 auf. Vorzugsweise ist die Gestaltung allgemeiner formuliert derart, dass im Fall von mehreren Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereichen 42 jedem Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 genau entweder eine einzelne LED 3 oder eine LED-Gruppe 31, 32 zugeordnet ist, so dass dasjenige Licht, das von einer LED 3 oder einer LED-Gruppe 31, 32 abgestrahlt wird, durch den jeweils entsprechend zugeordneten Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 optisch beeinflusst wird. Hierzu kann insbesondere die Gestaltung derart sein, dass - in einer Projektion normal zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 betrachtet - jeder der Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereiche 42 die entsprechende zugeordnete LED 3 bzw. LED-Gruppe 31, 32 abdeckt.
- Das Berührungsschutzelement 4 ist vorzugsweise so geformt, dass es - in einer Projektion normal zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 betrachtet - die LED-Platine 2 vollständig einschließt. Dabei können - vorteilhaft mit Bezug auf die Baugröße des LED-Moduls - die Abmessungen des Berührungsschutzelements 4 denjenigen der LED-Platine 2 im Wesentlichen entsprechend. Auf diese Weise lässt sich erzielen, dass das Berührungsschutzelement 4 den planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 vollständig abdeckt.
- Im gezeigten Beispiel weist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 in einem mittleren Bereich eine Öffnung auf. Diese Gestaltung ist geeignet möglich, wenn sich auf dem, zu dieser Öffnung korrespondierenden Teil des planen Oberflächenbereichs 21 der LED-Platine 2 keine LED und kein Stromleiter befinden. Im Außenumfang jedoch umschließt das Berührungsschutzelement 4 auch in diesem Beispiel, wie beschrieben, die LED-Platine 2.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 derart gestaltet, dass es durch einen direkten Kontakt die LED-Platine 2 hält. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Berührungsschutzelement 4 fix mit der LED-Platine 2 verbunden bzw. an Letzterer fest gekoppelt ist, so dass das LED-Modul eine entsprechende feste Einheit bildet.
- Hierzu kann das Berührungsschutzelement 4 insbesondere, wie beispielsweise in
Fig. 4 bezeichnet, einen umlaufenden Randbereich 45 aufweisen, der derart geformt ist, dass er den Randbereich 25 der LED-Platine 2 umgreift. Vorzugsweise ist dabei der umlaufende Randbereich 45 des Berührungselements 4 so gestaltet, dass er den Randbereich 25 der LED-Platine 2 in ringförmig geschlossener Form, also ununterbrochen umlaufend bzw. allseits entsprechend umgreift. Der Randbereich 45 des Berührungsschutzelements 4 kann hierfür vorteilhaft als Rastelement gestaltet sein, wie beispielhaft inFig. 4 gezeigt. Durch diese Gestaltung der Randbereiche 25, 45 lässt sich praktisch vermeiden, dass ein Benutzer versehentlich von einer Seite her zwischen die LED-Platine 2 und das Berührungsschutzelement 4 greift. - In
Fig. 3 ist eine perspektivische Skizze des separierten Berührungsschutzelements 4 gezeigt. Dabei ist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 so gezeigt, dass der Blick auf eine Seite gerichtet ist, die dem planen Oberflächenbereich 41 gegenüber liegt. InFig. 3 ist unter anderem der Randbereich 45 des Berührungsschutzelements 4 zu erkennen und insbesondere die umlaufend ringförmig geschlossene Ausführung des Randbereichs 45. - Wie aus den
Figuren 3 undFig. 4 beispielhaft hervorgeht, weist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 weiterhin vorzugsweise auf einer, dem planen Oberflächenbereich 41 gegenüberliegenden Seite einen weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich 44 auf, der flächig den planen Oberflächenbereich 21 der LED-Platine 2 kontaktierend angeordnet ist oder zu Letzterem einen Abstand aufweist, der kleiner als 2 mm ist, vorzugsweise kleiner als 1 mm. Hierdurch lässt sich erzielen, dass der plane Oberflächenbereich 21 quasi vollständig abgedeckt ist bzw. gegebenenfalls mit Ausnahme desjenigen Teils abgedeckt ist, der mit der Öffnung des Berührungsschutzelements 4 korrespondiert. - Wie bei gezeigten Beispiel der Fall, weist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 vorzugsweise weiterhin wenigstens ein, insbesondere stiftförmiges Halteelement 46 auf, das sich auf einer Seite des Berührungsschutzelements 4, die dem wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 gegenüberliegt, abstehend erstreckt. Insbesondere kann das Halteelement 46 von dem weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich 44 des Berührungsschutzelements 4 abstehend angeordnet bzw. gestaltet sein.
- Die LED-Platine 2 weist in diesem Fall vorzugsweise wenigstens eine, zu dem wenigstens einen Halteelement 46 korrespondierend gestaltete, in
Fig. 1 bezeichnete, Öffnung 26 auf, wobei das wenigstens eine Halteelement 46 durch diese Öffnung 26 der LED-Platine 2 hindurch ragend angeordnet ist. Weiterhin vorzugsweise ist in diesem Fall wenigstens ein, inFig. 4 bezeichneter, Sperrring 6 vorgesehen, der auf der entsprechenden gegenüberliegenden Seite der LED-Platine 2 auf bzw. an dem Halteelement 46 fixiert angeordnet ist, so dass er sich nur mit Hilfe eines Werkzeugs lösen lässt. Wenn mehrere Halteelemente 46 mit solchen Sperrringen 6 vorgesehen sind, ist zum Lösen jedes einzelnen Sperrrings 6 jeweils ein eigener Arbeitsvorgang erforderlich, so dass jedenfalls ein entsprechend hoher Aufwand dafür erforderlich ist, das Berührungsschutzelement 4 von der LED-Platine 2 zu trennen. - Vorzugsweise ist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 derart mit der LED-Platine 2 verbunden, dass es lediglich mithilfe eines Werkzeugs oder durch Zerstörung von der LED-Platine 2 getrennt werden kann. Hierdurch lassen sich insbesondere entsprechende Vorschriften bzw. Normen geeignet erfüllen.
- Das Berührungsschutzelement 4 ist vorzugsweise durch ein Spritzgussteil gebildet. Insbesondere kann es sich bei dem Berührungsschutzelement 4 um mein Spritzgussteil handeln. Wenn das Berührungsschutzelement 4 aus einem lichtdurchlässigen Material besteht, lässt sich erzielen, dass der Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 und das restliche Berührungsschutzelement 4 aus lediglich einem Material hergestellt sein können. Besonders eignet sich Kunststoff zur Herstellung des Berührungsschutzelements 4.
- Vorzugsweise bildet der wenigstens eine Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 eine pyramidenstumpfartige bzw. pyramidenstumpfförmige Vorwölbung. Diese Formgebung eignet sich besonders für eine vorteilhafte Lichtbeeinflussung.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 insgesamt in erster Näherung plattenförmig gestaltet. Der Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereichs 42 kann dabei durch eine kleinräumige Abweichung von der Plattenform gebildet sein, so wie dies beispielhaft aus
Fig. 4 hervorgeht. Auf diese Weise kann, wie ebenfalls ausFig. 4 hervorgeht, durch den wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 ein Hohlraum 43 gebildet ist, in den die zugeordnete LED 3 bzw. LED-Gruppe 31, 32 hineinragend angeordnet ist. - In
Fig. 5 ist in einer entsprechenden Querschnitt-Skizze eine Variante des Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereichs skizziert, wobei die Bezugszeichen analog gebraucht sind. Gemäß dieser Variante ist der Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 quasi massiv gestaltet und weist lediglich für die zugeordnete LED 3 bzw. LED-Gruppe 31, 32 eine kleine Ausnehmung 43' auf. Die Ausnehmung 43' kann beispielsweise ringförmig geformt gestaltet sein, wobei die LEDs 3 der zugeordneten LED-Gruppe 31, 32 in diese ringförmige Ausnehmung 43' eingreifend angeordnet sind. - Vorzugsweise weist das Berührungsschutzelement 4 weiterhin wenigstens einen zapfenartigen Vorsprung 47 auf, der zum Halten des LED-Moduls insgesamt vorgesehen bzw. ausgestaltet ist, beispielsweise zum Halten in bzw. an einem Leuchtengehäuse, einer Leuchtenwanne oder dergleichen. Dieser Vorsprung 47 erstreckt sich auf einer Seite des Berührungsschutzelements 4, die dem wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich 42 gegenüberliegt, abstehend. Insbesondere kann der Vorsprung 47 von dem weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich 44 des Berührungsschutzelements 4 abstehend angeordnet bzw. gestaltet sein. Dabei weist vorzugsweise die LED-Platine 2 in diesem Fall eine, dem Vorsprung 47 korrespondierend gestaltete Durchgangsöffnung auf, durch die hindurch sich der Vorsprung 47 erstreckt.
- Wie in
Fig. 6 exemplarisch in einem weiteren Querschnitt skizziert, kann vorteilhaft vorgesehen sein, dass das LED-Modul mit einem Lichtbeeinflussungselement 7 verbunden wird bzw. ist, das derart angeordnet ist, dass es das, von der wenigstens einen LED 3 erzeugte Licht weitergehend beeinflusst, so dass auf diese Weise eine Anordnung zur Lichtabgabe gebildet ist. Das Lichtbeeinflussungselement 7 kann insbesondere als sekundäroptisches Element, beispielsweise in Form eines Reflektors gestaltet sein. Bei dem Lichtbeeinflussungselement 7 kann es sich vorteilhaft, wie inFig. 6 angedeutet, um ein Zellenraster handeln.
Claims (11)
- LED-Modul, aufweisend- eine LED-Platine (2) mit einem planen Oberflächenbereich (21),- wenigstens eine LED (3) zur Erzeugung eines Lichts,wobei die wenigstens eine LED (3) auf dem planen Oberflächenbereich (21) der LED-Platine (2) angeordnet ist,- ein Berührungsschutzelement (4) zum Schutz vor einer Berührung des planen Oberflächenbereichs (21) der LED-Platine (2) oder der wenigstens einen LED (3),wobei das Berührungsschutzelement (4) einen planen Oberflächenbereich (41) aufweist, der parallel zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich (21) der LED-Platine (2) orientiert angeordnet ist, wobei das Berührungsschutzelement (4) weiterhin wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich (42) zur optischen Beeinflussung des Lichts aufweist, der sich von dem planen Oberflächenbereich (41) des Berührungsschutzelements (4) vorwölbend gestaltet ist,
wobei das Berührungsschutzelement (4) weiterhin wenigstens ein stiftförmiges Halteelement (46) aufweist, das sich auf einer Seite des Berührungsschutzelements (4), die dem wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich (42) gegenüberliegt, abstehend erstreckt und das durch wenigstens eine korrespondierend gestaltete Öffnung (26) der LED-Platine (2) hindurch ragend angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass auf der entsprechend gegenüberliegenden Seite der LED-Platine (2) auf bzw. an dem Halteelement (46) ein Sperrring (6) fixiert ist und
dass es sich bei dem Berührungsschutzelement (4) um ein Spritzgussteil handelt. - LED-Modul nach Anspruch 1,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) derart geformt ist, dass es - in einer Projektion normal zu dem planen Oberflächenbereich (21) der LED-Platine (2) betrachtet - die LED-Platine (2) vollständig einschließt. - LED-Modul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) derart gestaltet ist, dass es durch einen direkten Kontakt die LED-Platine (2) hält. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) einen umlaufenden Randbereich (45) aufweist, der derart geformt ist, dass er einen Randbereich (25) der LED-Platine (2) umgreift. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) auf einer, dem planen Oberflächenbereich (41) gegenüberliegenden Seite einen weiteren planen Oberflächenbereich (44) aufweist, der flächig den planen Oberflächenbereich (21) der LED-Platine (2) kontaktierend angeordnet ist oder zu Letzterem einen Abstand aufweist, der kleiner als 2 mm ist, vorzugsweise kleiner als 1 mm. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) derart mit der LED-Platine (2) verbunden ist, dass es lediglich mithilfe eines Werkzeugs oder durch Zerstörung von der LED-Platine (2) getrennt werden kann. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) aus einem lichtdurchlässigen Material besteht und/oder
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) aus einem Kunststoff besteht. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem der wenigstens eine Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich (42) eine pyramidenstumpfartige Vorwölbung bildet. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem durch den wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich (42) ein Hohlraum (43) oder eine Ausnehmung (43') gebildet ist, in den bzw. in die die wenigstens eine LED (3) hineinragend angeordnet ist. - LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem das Berührungsschutzelement (4) weiterhin wenigstens einen zapfenartigen Vorsprung (47) zum Halten des LED-Moduls aufweist, der sich auf einer Seite des Berührungsschutzelements (4), die dem wenigstens einen Lichtbeeinflussungs-Bereich (42) gegenüberliegt, abstehend erstreckt und der vorzugsweise durch wenigstens eine korrespondierend gestaltete Durchgangsöffnung der LED-Platine (2) hindurch ragend angeordnet ist. - Anordnung zur Lichtabgabe, aufweisend- ein LED-Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und- ein Lichtbeeinflussungselement (7), das derart angeordnet ist, dass es das, von der wenigstens einen LED (3) erzeugte Licht weitergehend beeinflusst, wobei vorzugsweise das Lichtbeeinflussungselement (7) ein Zellenraster ist.
