Claims (8)
- Applicateur (1) pour mèches capillaires de substitution (8) dont les cheveux sont noyés par une extrémité dans un élément thermoplastique (7), équipé d'une unité (5, 6) à poinçon et matrice dont les profils opérants, se faisant mutuellement face, sont adaptés à la forme d'au moins un élément thermoplastique (7), caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon (6) est disposé sur une tête pivotante (10) portant un poinçon additionnel (11) doté de profilages sensiblement identiques, ledit poinçon (6) et ledit poinçon additionnel (11) étant pourvus, respectivement, d'un dispositif de chauffage (12) et d'un dispositif de refroidissement (13).
- Applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la tête pivotante (10) est réalisée sous la forme d'un corps refroidisseur, isolé thermiquement par rapport au poinçon (6).
- Applicateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (12) de chauffage du poinçon (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'un mat chauffant électrique, intégré dans ledit poinçon.
- Applicateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (13) de refroidissement du poinçon additionnel (11) comporte au moins un élément Peltier.
- Applicateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un ventilateur (14), à implantation stationnaire, est prévu du côté de la tête pivotante (10) qui pointe à l'opposé du poinçon (6) et du poinçon additionnel (11).
- Applicateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la tête pivotante (10) est logée dans une monture (18), sur un chariot (17) muni d'un entraînement (16) et pouvant être animé de mouvements alternatifs par rapport à la matrice (5).
- Applicateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par la présence, sur le chariot (17), d'une commande (20) à manivelle entraînée par un moteur (19), apte à pivoter entre deux positions extrêmes, et dont la bielle motrice (21) est articulée sur la tête pivotante (10) à l'extérieur de la monture (18) de cette dernière.
- Applicateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon (6), le poinçon additionnel (11) et la matrice (5) sont munis, à chaque fois, d'un profil opérant dévolu à la réception simultanée de plusieurs éléments thermoplastiques (7).
