Claims (8)

1. Aplikator (1) za zamjenu pramenova kose (8) čija su vlakna na jednom kraju ugrađena u termoplastični element (7), koji ima jedinicu za utiskivanje (šilo) i kalup (5, 6), radne profile koji su okrenuti jedan prema drugom profile prilagođene obliku najmanje jednog termoplastičnog elementa (7), naznačen time, da je šilo (6) postavljeno na okretnu glavu (10), koji nosi dodatni šilo (11) uglavnom istog oblika, pri čemu je šilo (6) opremljeno uređajem za grijanje (12), a dodatno šilo (11) opremljeno je uređajem za hlađenje (13).
2. Aplikator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je okretna glava (10) izvedena kao hladnjak koji je termički izoliran u odnosu na šilo (6).
3. Aplikator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da je uređaj za grijanje (12) šila (6) izveden kao električni podmetač za grijanje koji je ugrađen u navedeno šilo.
4. Aplikator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da jedinica za hlađenje (13) dodatnog šila (11) ima najmanje jedan Peltierov element.
5. Aplikator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da je ventilator (14) postavljen stacionarno na strani okretne glave (10) koja je okrenuta od šila (6) i dodatnog šila (11).
6. Aplikator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da je okretna glava (10) smještena u okviru (18) na zatvaraču (17) koji se može pomicati naprijed i natrag u odnosu na kalup (5) i opremljen je pogonom (16).
7. Aplikator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da zatvarač (17) ima pogonsko vratilo (20) koje pokreće motor (19) i koje se može zakretati između dva krajnja položaja, a klipnjača (21) pogonskog vratila zakvačena je na okretnu glavu (10) izvan njezinog okvira (18).
8. Aplikator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da šilo (6), dodatno šilo (11) i kalup (5) imaju radni profil koji može primiti više termoplastičnih elemenata (7) u isto vrijeme.
