Claims (16)

  1. Procédé de reconditionnement d'une multiplicité de médicaments différents à partir de leurs blisters d'origine (10) respectifs dans des blisters à remplir (40), ce procédé présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - affectation des blisters d'origine (10) remplis de médicaments à un support de blisters (20) prévu pour le type de blisters d'origine respectif muni de dimensions extérieures normalisées,
    - emballage des blisters d'origine (10) remplis de médicaments dans le support de blisters (20) affecté,
    - stockage intermédiaire dans un magasin intermédiaire (50) des blisters d'origine emballés dans les supports de blisters (20),
    - sur demande, enlèvement, à partir du magasin intermédiaire (50), du blister d'origine (10), emballé dans le support de blisters (20), d'un médicament sélectionné parmi la multiplicité de médicaments,
    - éjection, à partir du blister d'origine et dans le blister à remplir (40), d'un nombre défini d'unités du médicament sélectionné.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, les supports de blisters (20) présentant respectivement une partie de support (21) avec un certain nombre d'ouvertures (23) pour la réception des poches de blister (12) du blister d'origine (10), une partie de couverture (22) avec le même nombre d'ouvertures (23) en tant qu'ouvertures d'éjection pour les médicaments emballés dans le blister d'origine, et un système d'identification (27) pour l'identification du support de blisters (20) respectif.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, les supports de blisters (20) présentant différents motifs d'ouvertures (23) pour la réception de différents blisters d'origine (10).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, le blister d'origine (10) demeurant dans le support de blisters (20) pendant le processus d'éjection de médicaments.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, le blister d'origine (10) étant placé sur le support de blisters (20) dans une orientation avec des poches de blister (12) dirigées vers le bas, et les médicaments étant éjectés hors des blisters d'origine (10) dans une orientation inverse avec des poches de blister (12) dirigées vers le haut.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, les médicaments étant éjectés du blister d'origine (10) vers un chargeur de pré-dosage (70) et transportés de là dans le blister à remplir (40) dans une deuxième étape de procédé découplée dans le temps.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant l'étape de procédé de retour en stock de blisters d'origine (10) encore partiellement remplis conjointement avec le support de blisters (20) dans le magasin intermédiaire (50) tandis que des blisters d'origine (10) entièrement vidés sont évacués.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, les blisters à remplir (40) étant remplis avec des médicaments conformément à des données de prescription prédéfinies personnelles au patient, et les blisters à remplir (40) présentant, pour des unités d'administration de médicaments respectives, des cases de réception (42) disposées dans une configuration matricielle en lignes correspondant à un nombre d'heures de prises pendant une journée et en colonnes correspondant à un nombre de jours, par exemple de jours de la semaine.
  9. Installation de reconditionnement d'une multiplicité de différents médicaments à partir de leurs blisters d'origine (10) respectifs dans des blisters à remplir (40), présentant un système de transport (60) pour la séparation et l'acheminement de blisters d'origine (10) remplis, un magasin intermédiaire (50), constitué en tant que magasin à tiroirs, avec un accès sélectif pour le stockage intermédiaire de blisters d'origine (10), ayant des dimensions extérieures normalisées, emballés dans des supports de blisters (20) affectés à un type de blister d'origine respectif, et un système d'éjection (80) pour l'éjection dans le blister à remplir (40) d'un nombre défini d'unités d'un médicament sélectionné à partir du blister d'origine (10) respectif.
  10. Installation selon la revendication 9, les supports de blisters (20) présentant respectivement une partie de support (21) avec un certain nombre d'ouvertures (23) pour la réception des poches de blister du support de blisters (20), une partie de couverture (22) avec le même nombre d'ouvertures en tant qu'ouvertures d'éjection pour les médicaments emballés dans le blister d'origine (10), et un système d'identification (27) pour l'identification du support de blisters (20) respectif.

  13. Installation selon la revendication 12, la pluralité de poussoirs d'éjection de médicaments (82) différents étant supportée en rotation sur un axe pour l'accès sélectif.
  14. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, présentant un système de perforation (95) pour la perforation de la pellicule de blister dans la zone des poches de blister (12) des médicaments du blister d'origine (10) devant être éjectés.
  15. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14, les médicaments étant éjectés du blister d'origine vers un chargeur de pré-dosage et transportés de là vers le blister à remplir (40) dans une deuxième étape de procédé découplée dans le temps.
