Claims (14)
- Installation permettant le garnissage personnalisé d'emballages à remplir (25) de médicaments en fonction de données de prescription prédéfinies, les emballages à remplir (25) comprenant des compartiments disposés selon une configuration matricielle en lignes correspondant à un certain nombre d'heures de prise pendant une journée et en colonnes correspondant à un certain nombre de jours, par exemple de jours de la semaine, pour des unités respectives d'administration de médicaments, comprenant :une pluralité de stations de remplissage en médicaments (40) disposées les unes derrière les autres et destinées à garnir les emballages à remplir (25) de respectivement un médicament en particulier,et un dispositif de transport (10) conçu pour transporter les emballages à remplir (25) chacun l'un derrière l'autre dans une direction de déplacement le long des stations de remplissage en médicaments (40),chaque station de remplissage en médicaments (40) comprenant un chargeur de pré-dosage (50) mobile entre deux positions, pourvu de plusieurs compartiments de pré-dosage (51) et conçu, lorsqu'il se trouve dans une première position, pour loger le médicament dans un ou plusieurs des compartiments de pré-dosage (51) et, lorsqu'il se trouve dans une seconde position, pour distribuer le médicament à partir des compartiments de pré-dosage (51) dans des compartiments (26) correspondants de l'emballage à remplir (25),caractérisée en ce que le médicament est amené dans chaque station de remplissage en médicaments (40) au moyen d'un emballage à bandes (45) et chaque station de remplissage en médicaments (40) comprend un ou plusieurs poussoirs d'éjection (42) permettant d'éjecter le médicament d'alvéoles (46) de l'emballage à bandes dans les compartiments de pré-dosage (51) du chargeur de pré-dosage (50),une zone de salle blanche (30) étant présente dans la zone de transfert des médicaments dans les emballages à remplir (25), etles emballages à remplir (25), une fois remplis, étant scellés par un film (27).

- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-2, le chargeur de pré-dosage (50) comprenant un fond (55) mobile dans la direction transversale dans la seconde position dudit chargeur pour distribuer le médicament dans les compartiments (26) de l'emballage à remplir (25).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, les compartiments de pré-dosage (51) du chargeur de pré-dosage (50) étant alignés de telle manière qu'ils sont disposés dans la seconde position respectivement au-dessus des compartiments (26) de l'emballage à remplir (25) disposés en ligne en fonction d'un certain nombre de jours (de la semaine).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, chaque station de remplissage en médicaments (40) comprenant au moins un dispositif de détection (47, 48) permettant de contrôler la réception correcte du médicament dans les compartiments de pré-dosage (21) du chargeur de pré-dosage (50) et/ou la distribution correcte du médicament dans les compartiments (26) de l'emballage à remplir (25).
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le chargeur de pré-dosage (50) comprend dans la zone de la position de repos d'un médicament des fentes (52) disposées latéralement dans les compartiments de pré-dosage (51) et un premier dispositif de détection (47) étant conçu pour détecter optiquement à travers les fentes (52) un médicament dans les compartiments de pré-dosage (51) pendant un déplacement du chargeur de pré-dosage (50) de la première à la seconde position et inversement.
- Installation selon la revendication 5 ou 6, le fond des compartiments de pré-dosage (51) du chargeur de pré-dosage (50) étant transparent ou réfléchissant la lumière et un second dispositif de détection (48) comprenant une caméra permettant de détecter des médicaments situés sur le fond des compartiments de pré-dosage (51).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le chargeur de pré-dosage (50) comprenant un revêtement intérieur remplaçable en matière plastique.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de transport (10) étant réalisé sous la forme d'une bande magnétique pourvue d'un moteur linéaire permettant l'entraînement des emballages à remplir (25).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de transport (10) étant conçu pour transporter des porte-pièce (20) guidés dans un rail magnétique (11) et destinés à recevoir les emballages à remplir (25).
- Installation selon la revendication 10, le dispositif de transport (10) étant réalisé sous la forme d'une bande fermée sur laquelle les porte-pièce (20) sont transportés dans un circuit fermé, les emballages à remplir (25), avant d'être garnis, étant posés sur les porte-pièce (20) et à nouveau retirés après la procédure de garnissage.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une caméra disposée au-dessus du dispositif de transport (10) et destinée au contrôle optique du garnissage correct des emballages à remplir (25) en fonction des données de prescription.
