Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de contrôle du fonctionnement d'un lave-vaisselle comprenant un ensemble de filtrage (70) et un carter (40), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes, dans l'ordre :
    lorsque le lave-vaisselle est initialement mis en route,
    commande (S10) d'un module de drainage (60) pour éliminer l'eau contaminée du carter ;
    commande (S20) d'un module d'alimentation en eau (50) pour fournir de l'eau à le carter (40) ;
    commande (S30) d'un module de chauffage (90) pour générer de la vapeur dans le carter (40) ;
    alimentation de la vapeur générée à l'ensemble de filtrage (70) pour nettoyer l'ensemble de filtrage ; et
    commande (S40) du module de vidange (60) pour vidanger l'eau.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre l'étape d'alimentation (S92) d'un acide organique dans une cuve (16) à l'aide d'un module d'acide organique au moment où l'on exécute au moins une opération choisie dans le groupe comprenant :
    avant l'étape de commande (S20) du module d'alimentation en eau (50), fourniture d'eau au carter (40) ;
    après l'étape de commande (S20) du module d'alimentation en eau, fourniture d'eau au carter ; et
    pendant l'étape de commande (S20) du module d'alimentation en eau, fourniture d'eau au carter.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à déterminer (C10) un nombre de fois que les plats ont été lavés avant l'étape de commande (S20) du module d'alimentation en eau (50) pour fournir de l'eau au carter (40).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le fonctionnement comprend en outre l'exécution d'un cycle de lavage (S50).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le fonctionnement comprend les étapes suivantes, dans l'ordre :
    commande (S20) d'un module d'alimentation en eau (50) pour fournir de l'eau à un carter (40) ;
    commande (s30) d'un module de chauffage (90) pour générer de la vapeur dans le carter (40) ;
    alimentation de la vapeur générée à l'ensemble de filtrage (70) pour nettoyer l'ensemble de filtrage ; et
    commande (S40) du module de vidange (60) pour vidanger l'eau,
    exécutées après le cycle de lavage (S50).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5 suivi de l'étape consistant à terminer le fonctionnement du lave-vaisselle.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre :
    la pulvérisation de l'eau stockée dans le carter (40) dans la cuve (16) à l'aide d'un module de pulvérisation (30) ; et
    le chauffage d'une partie interne de la cuve (16) pour sécher la partie interne de la cuve.
