Claims (18)

  1. Procédé d'exploitation d'un lave-vaisselle comportant une cuve de lavage servant à loger des articles à nettoyer et une pompe de circulation servant à faire circuler un liquide de nettoyage à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage, et une pluralité de programmes de lavage sélectionnables par l'utilisateur étant prévue, lesdits programmes de lavage comportant une série d'étapes consécutives sélectionnées parmi des étapes de remplissage, de prélavage, de lavage, de rinçage, de trempage, d'égouttage et de séchage, lesdits programmes de lavage comportant un premier programme de lavage dans lequel la pompe de circulation est actionnée à une vitesse nominale, et un deuxième programme de lavage dans lequel la pompe de circulation, si et lorsqu'elle est active, est actionnée à une vitesse qui est réduite par rapport à la vitesse nominale, caractérisé en ce que, dans le deuxième programme de lavage, il est prévu au moins une étape de trempage pendant laquelle la pompe de circulation est inactive et en ce que, dans ledit deuxième programme, il est prévu au moins une étape de lavage dans laquelle du liquide de nettoyage est mis en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage, de la chaleur étant apportée au liquide de nettoyage pendant au moins une première partie de l'étape de lavage et, pendant au moins une deuxième partie de l'étape de lavage, le liquide de nettoyage chauffé étant mis en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage sans apporter de chaleur supplémentaire au liquide de nettoyage, l'étape de lavage comportant au moins une pause de trempage pendant laquelle la pompe de circulation est inactive et ladite pause de trempage ayant une durée d'au moins 15 mn, de préférence d'au moins 20 mn.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième programme de lavage comporte au moins une étape pendant laquelle du liquide de nettoyage chauffé est pulvérisé sur les articles à nettoyer.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pendant l'étape ou les étapes de trempage, les articles à nettoyer sont d'abord mouillés avec du liquide de nettoyage, suite à quoi la pompe de circulation est éteinte pendant un laps de temps prédéterminé.
  4. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième programme de lavage peut être sélectionné par un utilisateur en tant que mode silencieux, le niveau de bruit étant réduit pour la nuit.
  5. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, dans ledit deuxième programme, la pompe de circulation est actionnée à une vitesse qui se situe dans la plage allant de 85 à 95 pour cent de la vitesse nominale, en particulier la pompe de circulation étant actionnée, dans ledit deuxième programme, à une vitesse qui est inférieure à 90 pour cent de la vitesse nominale.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans ledit deuxième programme, il est prévu une étape de prélavage lors de laquelle de l'eau non chauffée est mise en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage, et en ce qu'il est prévu une étape de trempage suivant l'étape de prélavage pendant laquelle la pompe de circulation est inactive, en particulier en ce que ladite étape de trempage suivant l'étape de prélavage a une durée d'au moins 15 mn, de préférence d'au moins 20 mn.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de prélavage a une durée d'au moins 10 mn, de préférence d'au moins 15 mn.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que, pendant l'étape de prélavage, un détergent est dissous dans l'eau mise en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pause de trempage est prévue à l'issue de l'étape de lavage.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une première pause de trempage est prévue pendant ladite première partie de l'étape de lavage et en ce qu'une deuxième pause de trempage est prévue pendant ladite deuxième partie de l'étape de lavage.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et/ou deuxième pauses de trempage ont une durée de 5 à 15 minutes, de préférence d'environ 10 mn.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite/lesdites pauses de trempage sont effectuées à une température de 40 à 45°C, de préférence d'environ 42°C.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans ledit deuxième programme, il est prévu au moins une étape de lavage lors de laquelle du liquide de nettoyage est mis en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage, de la chaleur étant apportée au liquide de nettoyage pendant au moins une première partie de l'étape de lavage et, pendant au moins une deuxième partie de l'étape de lavage, le liquide de nettoyage chauffé étant mis en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage sans apporter de chaleur supplémentaire au liquide de nettoyage, la température du liquide de nettoyage étant maintenue constante pendant une troisième partie de l'étape de lavage.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, pendant ladite troisième partie de l'étape de lavage, la température du liquide de nettoyage est maintenue à une température comprise entre 40 et 45°C, de préférence d'environ 42°C.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans ledit deuxième programme, il est prévu au moins une étape de rinçage lors de laquelle de l'eau claire est amenée dans et mise en circulation à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage, et en ce qu'il est prévu une étape de trempage qui précède l'étape de rinçage et pendant laquelle la pompe de circulation est inactive.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de trempage précédant l'étape de rinçage a une durée d'au moins 20 mn, de préférence d'au moins 30 mn.
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de circulation, lorsqu'elle est active, est actionnée dans un mode pulsé.
  18. Lave-vaisselle prévu pour réaliser le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
