Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour étancher et vider ou solliciter avec une pression de gaz un liquide en particulier visqueux dans un récipient, dont l'espace intérieur présente un contour intérieur cylindrique (12),
    - avec un joint (8), qui est agencé sur une périphérie du dispositif (2) et adapté pour être utilisé de façon périphériquement étanche dans le contour intérieur cylindrique (12) d'un récipient, et qui délimite un côté extérieur (18) du dispositif (2) d'un côté intérieur (20) du dispositif (2), et
    - avec un dispositif de raccordement (22), qui est agencé sur le côté extérieur (18) du dispositif (2) et qui est configuré pour le raccordement d'une pompe de vidage, et,
    - avec une paroi poreuse (24) à pores ouverts du côté intérieur (20) du dispositif (2), qui se trouve en raccordement de conduite (25) avec le dispositif de raccordement (22),
    caractérisé en ce que la paroi poreuse (24) se transforme par le biais d'une cavité de transition en forme de canaux annulaires 30 s'étendant dans le matériau poreux, en raccordement de conduite (25) avec le dispositif de raccordement (22).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi poreuse (24) présente un diamètre de pore moyen entre 0,0001 et 1 mm.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi poreuse (24) présente un diamètre de pore moyen entre 0,1 et 1 mm pour l'étanchéification d'un liquide hautement visqueux avec une viscosité entre 50 000 et 200 000 mPas.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi poreuse (24) est constituée d'un matériau composite granulé d'aluminium résine d'époxy.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le joint (8) est adapté pour être utilisé de façon périphériquement étanche dans le contour intérieur cylindrique (12) circulaire d'un récipient.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le joint (8) est adapté pour être utilisé de façon périphériquement étanche dans le contour intérieur cylindrique (12) circulaire d'un fût à couvercle en tôle d'acier (6) à paroi lisse avec fermeture à anneau de serrage.
