Claims (18)

  1. Système d'emballage constitué par une barquette d'emballage et un élément d'emballage séparé de celle-ci, destiné à fermer la barquette, dans lequel la barquette d'emballage présente une structure externe pliée ou moulée en carton ondulé (1), pourvue d'un insert (6) constitué par une feuille (5) en matériau synthétique monocouche ou multicouche, thermoformée, caractérisé en ce que la face interne de chaque paroi latérale de la structure en carton n'est à chaque fois assemblée par liaison de matière, par thermoscellage ou par compression, que dans sa zone partielle supérieure (7), de préférence au plus jusqu'à chaque bord supérieur de la paroi latérale, sur toute la périphérie avec l'insert, l'insert forme, avec les zones inférieures qui restent de la face interne de chaque paroi latérale jusqu'au fond de la barquette d'emballage une surface d'appui essentiellement de même forme, mais détachée et la structure en carton présente, au moins dans la zone de fond, au moins une ouverture de dégazage (2), de préférence plusieurs ouvertures de dégazage disposées dans des sections régulières.

Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le carton ondulé présente plusieurs bandes ondulées, chaque cannelure, chaque couche intermédiaire et chacune des deux couches externes du carton ondulé pouvant présenter la même construction ou une construction différente.
  5. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure en carton ondulé (1) est une ébauche en carton ondulé, pliée et fixée.
  6. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la structure en carton ondulé (1) est un carton ondulé moulé mécaniquement sous l'effet de l'humidité et/ou de la chaleur.
  7. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de dégazage (2) de la structure en carton ondulé (1) sont disposées sous forme de fentes à des distances régulières dans les bords entre le fond et les parois latérales, de préférence de manière complémentaire aux dispositifs (4) d'évacuation de gaz de l'outil de moulage (3) pour l'insert (6).
  8. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure en carton ondulé (1) est imprimée.
  9. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'insert (6) en une feuille (5) en matériau synthétique multicouche, thermoformé, comprend un assemblage transparent de feuilles, qui est constitué par une couche de thermoscellage, le cas échéant multicouche à base d'au moins un polymère thermoplastique, par au moins une couche transparente constituée par un polymère thermoplastique présentant une fonctionnalité déterminée, de préférence au moins une couche formant une barrière et par des couches le cas échéant nécessaires de promoteur d'adhérence en un polymère thermoplastique.

Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une barquette d'emballage en une structure (1) en carton ondulé présentant un insert (6) en une feuille (5) en matériau synthétique et un élément de fermeture séparé, de préférence transparent, de préférence un couvercle, en une feuille (8) en matériau synthétique de préférence multicouche, le cas échéant refermable.
  14. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture est constitué par un assemblage d'une feuille (8) en matériau synthétique, de préférence transparente, le cas échéant multicouche, et d'une bande de papier, la bande de papier présentant le cas échéant une découpe sous forme d'une fenêtre.
  15. Système d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (8) en matériau synthétique, multicouche, de l'élément de fermeture présente de préférence une couche autoadhésive sensible à la pression comme dispositif refermable.
