Abstract

Un récipient en matières plastiques recyclables est fabriqué de manière simple et économique par co-extrusion suivie de thermoformage, et comprend une paroi constituée d'une couche de support (11), d'une couche intérieure (12) et le cas échéant d'au moins une couche supplémentaire (13-18) qui adhèrent les unes aux autres, certaines couches pouvant être détachées par une force prédéterminée. La couche intérieure (12) et le cas échéant la couche supplémentaire (13) ou les couches supplémentaires (13-18) protègent la couche de support (11), qui constitue le pourcentage le plus élevé de matériau constitutif du récipient, d'une contamination par les matières de remplissage. La couche de support (11) peut ainsi être gardée dans sa forme pure et être recyclée afin de fabriquer de nouveaux produits de haute qualité, une fois que les matières de remplissage ont été prélevées et que la couche intérieure (12), ainsi que des couches supplémentaires éventuelles (18-18), ont été elevées. Un conteneur de collecte et de transport de ces récipients permet de les collecter, de les transporter et de les recycler de manière efficace. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication simple et économique de ce récipient.

Claims (10)

  1. Récipient à parois multiples (10), fabrique avec une feuille plane coextrudée et soumis à un processus de formage à chaud consécutif, le récipient (10) comprenant une couche de support (11), une couche intérieure (12) et, le cas échéant, au moins une autre couche (13-18), lesquelles collent les unes contre les autres à la sortie du processus de coextrusion, dans lequel la couche intérieure (12) est au moins disposée dans la zone de la couche de support (11), qui entrerait sinon en contact avec l'intérieur du récipient, et dans lequel l'adhérence de chaque couche (11-18) peut être ajustée par le processus de coextrusion et la couche intérieure (12), ainsi qu'une autre couche (13-18) disposée le cas échéant sur la paroi extérieure du récipient, est (sont) détachables(s) par une force prédéfinie.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche de support (11) de la paroi du récipient confère essentiellement l'ensemble de la stabilité dimensionnelle et de la résistance et est nettement plus épaisse que la couche intérieure (12) et, le cas échéant, les différentes autres couches (13-18).
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le récipient pouvant être stérilisé.
  4. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une des autres couches (13-18) est une couche isolante.
  5. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'adhérence entre la couche intérieure (12), une des autres couches (13-18), disposée le cas échéant sur la paroi extérieure du récipient, et chaque couche contigue est comprise entre 0,5 et 10 N/cm².
  6. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche intérieure (12) est une couche copolymère de polyéthylène et polypropylène ou une couche homopolymère de polypropylène.
  7. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche qui est en contact avec la couche intérieure (12) est une couche formée d'un mélange de copolymère polyéthylène et polypropylène et d'homopolymère polyéthylène dans un rapport exprimé en pourcentage en poids de 70:30 à 30:70.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on fabrique un produit de co-extrusion qui constituera plus tard toutes les couches du futur récipient et dans lequel le produit de co-extrusion plat obtenu est ensuite soumis à un processus de formage à chaud pour le formage du récipient.
  9. Conteneur de stockage et conteneur de transport (50 ; 51) comprenant des récipients (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, le conteneur étant essentiellement formé du même matériau synthétique que celui choisi pour la couche de support (11) du récipient (10).
  10. Utilisation d'un récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, pour le conditionnement des produits alimentaires, des boissons, des produits pharmaceutiques ou cosmétiques.
