Claims (15)

  1. Film de fermeture (10) servant à fermer un colis d'emballage (2) au niveau de son bord d'emballage (3), sachant que le film de fermeture comprend un groupe de couches (100) ainsi qu'au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (11, 11', 11") définissant la périphérie d'une section de retrait (14), par laquelle section de retrait (14) à l'état ouvert, un contenu d'emballage (4, 5) peut être retiré, sachant que la ligne d'affaiblissement (11, 11', 11") au moins au nombre de une affaiblit au moins par endroits le film de fermeture (10) et que la ligne d'affaiblissement (11, 11' , 11") peut être produite d'un côté et/ou des deux côtés à l'aide d'un rayon laser au niveau du film de fermeture (10), sachant que le film de fermeture (10) est fixé de manière détachable au niveau du bord d'emballage (3), sachant qu'au moins une section de retrait (14) peut être ouverte de manière divisée, sachant qu'au moins deux sections de retrait partielles (17) sont reliées de manière à pouvoir être ouvertes à uniquement une bride de préhension (16, 16', 16") et que, dans l'état ouvert respectivement une section de film de liaison (19) se trouvant entre des sections de retrait partielles (17) adjacentes reste reliée au bord d'emballage (3), caractérisé en ce que le film de fermeture (10) présente un unique groupe de couches (100) constitué d'une ou de plusieurs couches de film reliées les unes aux autres de manière inséparable afin de permettre un retrait d'une première fraction liquide du contenu d'emballage (4) sans vider ce faisant une autre fraction contenant des substances solides du contenu d'emballage (4).
  2. Film de fermeture (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'affaiblissement (11") peut être produite d'un côté et/ou des deux côtés au niveau au moins d'une couche de film (103), située à l'intérieur, du film de fermeture (10), à l'aide d'un rayon laser.
  3. Film de fermeture (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de couches (100) est formé par une unique couche de film (101).
  4. Film de fermeture (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux couches de film (101 ; 102 ; 103 ; 104) du groupe de couches (100) sont reliées l'une à l'autre de manière inséparable en particulier par contre-collage.
  5. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une autre ligne d'affaiblissement (11, 11', 11") définissant la périphérie de la section d'aération (15) est prévue, par laquelle section d'aération (15) à l'état ouvert le contenu d'emballage (4) peut être aéré.
  6. Film de fermeture (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le film de fermeture (10) présente au niveau de la ligne d'affaiblissement (11, 11', 11") une épaisseur de couche de film réduite (13) allant de 10 % à 90 %, en particulier allant de 20 % à 80 %, de préférence allant de 30 % à 70 % de l'épaisseur de couche de film totale (12).
  7. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une section de retrait (14) et/ou une section d'aération (15) peut être enfoncée respectivement mécaniquement, sachant que la ligne d'affaiblissement (11, 11', 11") est interrompue respectivement autour d'une section de film de liaison (19) au niveau de la périphérie de la section de retrait (14) et/ou de la section d'aération (15) au moins au nombre de une.
  8. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une section de retrait (14) ou une section d'aération (15) est reliée de manière à pouvoir être ouverte respectivement à l'aide d'une bride de préhension (16, 16', 16") du film de fermeture (10).
  9. Film de fermeture (10) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la section de retrait (14) et/ou la section d'aération (15) au moins au nombre de une sont disposées respectivement de manière à jouxter le bord d'emballage (3) ou de manière à le recouvrir.
  10. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une largeur d'entretoise (20) d'une section de film de liaison (19) présente une valeur égale à la moitié jusqu'à trois fois, de préférence égale à la largeur jusqu'au double de la largeur (18) d'une section de retrait partielle (17).
  11. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue, autour de la section de retrait (14) présentant au moins une section de retrait partiel (17), une autre section de retrait (14), qui peut être ouverte après un retrait partiel du contenu d'emballage (4, 5) de manière séparée des sections de retrait partiel (17).
  12. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une section de retrait (14) et/ou une section d'aération (15) peuvent être recouvertes par une section de bride de préhension (16, 16', 16").
  13. Film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par au moins un matériau ou un mélange de matériau servant à sa fabrication, choisi parmi le groupe : polyéthylène, polypropylène, polyester, polyamide, aluminium, papier, PVC.
  14. Emballage (1) comprenant un colis d'emballage (2) ainsi qu'un film de fermeture (10), qui peut être fixé de manière étanche, aux fins de la fermeture du colis d'emballage (2), au niveau de son bord d'emballage (3), en particulier par un scellage à chaud, un collage ou une pression, caractérisé par un film de fermeture (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
  15. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 14, comprenant par ailleurs un colis d'emballage (2) pourvu de plusieurs compartiments de réception (6, 7, 8, 9), caractérisé par au moins une section de retrait (14) et/ou une section d'aération (15) dans le film d'emballage (10) d'au moins deux compartiments de réception (6, 7, 8, 9).
