Claims (6)
- Ölwannenanordnung für einen Kolbenmotor (10), wobei die Ölwannenanordnung eine Ölwanne (1) umfasst, wobei diese Ölwanne (1) eine Bodenplatte (2), Seitenwände (3a, 3b) und Endwände (4a, 4b), die die Bodenplatte (2) und mindestens eine Trennwand (5) abgrenzen, wobei diese Trennwand (5) zwischen den Seitenwänden (3a, 3b) der Ölwanne (1) zum Aufteilen der Ölwanne (1) in Kammern (7) angeordnet ist, wobei jedes Ende der Trennwand (5) mit einem Vorsprung (5b) versehen ist, der sich von der Bodenplatte (2) weg erstreckt, wobei die Anordnung weiterhin auf beiden Seiten der Ölwanne (1) eine Halteschiene (6a, 6b) zum Befestigen der Ölwanne (1) an einem Motorblock (11) umfasst, wobei diese Halteschiene (6a, 6b) über der Trennwand (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteschiene (6a, 6b) an der Trennwand (5) durch eine Schweißnaht (12) befestigt ist, wobei jedes Seitenwandende der Trennwand (5) mit einem kurvenförmigen Einschnitt (5a) versehen ist, der in dem Vorsprung (5b) angeordnet ist und sich zu der Längsmittellinie (8) der Ölwanne (1) hin öffnet, wobei mindestens ein Teil des Einschnitts (5a) ein Segment oder ein Sektor eines Kreises ist, dessen Radius (R) das 1,5- bis 2,5-fache der Dicke der Trennwand (5) ist.
- Ölwannenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius (R) das 1,8- bis 2,2-fache der Dicke der Trennwand (5) ist.
- Ölwannenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Schweißnaht (12) das 0,5- bis 1,5-fache der Dicke der Trennwand (5) ist.
- Ölwannenanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Schweißnaht (12) das 0,8- bis 1,2-fache der Dicke der Trennwand (5) ist.
- Ölwannenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteschiene (6a, 6b) sich über die Schweißnaht (12) zu der Mittellinie (8) der Ölwanne (1) hin mit einem Abstand (X) erstreckt, der das 0,5- bis 1,5-fache der Dicke der Trennwand (5) ist.
- Ölwannenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (X) das 0,8- bis 1,2-fache der Dicke der Trennwand (5) ist.
