Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebene Merkmalskombination vorgeschlagen. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung wird im Wesentlichen darin gesehen, dass in dem Adapterstück ausgebildete Bohrungen die Lagerstelle für das Armpaket und eine drehkopfseitige Anlenkstelle für eine das Armpaket gegenüber dem Drehkopf verschwenkende Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit bilden, wobei das Adapterstück als bolzen- oder zapfenförmige Einhängeelemente ausgebildete Kupplungselemente aufweist, während die Basispartie mit nach oben randoffenen Aufnahmen für die Einhängeelemente versehen ist. Bevorzugt wird die Hydraulikpumpe der Hydraulikbaugruppe zweckmäßig über einen Elektromotor angetrieben, der ebenfalls am Drehkopf angeordnet ist. Auf diese Weise wird die Bewegungsfreiheit des Monteurs auf der Arbeitsplattform im Wartungs- und Notbetriebsfall signifikant verbessert. Eine weitere Verbesserung in dieser Hinsicht wird erzielt, wenn der für den Drehkopfantrieb notwendige Antriebsmotor und das damit verbundene Drehwerksgetriebe ebenfalls am Drehkopf oberhalb des Lagerbocks angeordnet sind. Da die hydraulische Steuerung im Drehkopfbereich angeordnet ist, sind zwischen der Steuerungseinrichtung und der Koppelstelle nur kurze fest verrohrte Leitungen notwendig. Die von Anbauteilen freie Arbeitsplattform ermöglicht ein stolperfreies Mitlaufen des Monteurs und eine gute Sicht auf das Armpaket. Die über die stationäre Tragsäule geführten Stromanschlüsse und Fernsteuerleitungen werden innen zum Lagerbock geführt, an welchem Koppelstellen, wie Steckdosen und Schnellverschlüsse angebracht sind, die die Arbeitsplattform freihalten. Claims (13)
- Working device having a frame (10) configured preferably as a stationary support column, having a motor-driven rotary head (32) which is arranged on a bearing block (35), fixed to the frame, so as to be rotatable about a vertical rotation axis (30), having an arm assembly (34) consisting of a plurality of boom arms (1, 2, 3, 4) that are movable in pairs relative to one another at articulated joints or sliding joints and carry a concrete delivery line (22), which arm assembly (34) is articulated on the rotary head (32) about a horizontal rotation axis (30) with its first boom arm (1), having a control mechanism (90) that is actuable either via control members (91) or a radio link (89) and is arranged in a control cabinet (92), and a hydraulic assembly (84), having an oil tank (86) and a motor-driven hydraulic pump (88), for controlling drive units for the rotary-head and boom-arm movement, and having a working platform (78) arranged in a manner fixed to the frame in the vicinity of the bearing block (35), as a result of which the control cabinet (92) with the control mechanism (90) and the hydraulic assembly (84) with the oil tank (86) and hydraulic pump (88) are arranged on the rotary head (32) above the bearing block (35), wherein the rotary head (32) has a base part (50) arranged on the bearing block (35) and an adapter piece (52) comprising a bearing point (36) for the arm assembly (34), wherein the base part (50) of the rotary head (32) bears the adapter piece (52), and wherein the base part (50) and the adapter piece (52) are coupled together releasably at a separation point (54),
characterized in that
bores formed in the adapter piece (52) form the bearing point for the arm assembly (34) and a rotary-head-side articulation point (48) for a cylinder-piston unit (40) which pivots the arm assembly (34) with respect to the rotary head (32), wherein the adapter piece (52) has coupling elements configured as pin-like drop-in elements (56, 57), while the base part (50) is provided with receptacles (58, 59), peripherally open upwardly, for the drop-in elements (56, 57). - Working device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rotary head (32) is rotatable with respect to the bearing block (35) by means of a hydraulic or electric drive motor (94) and a slewing gearbox (96), wherein the drive motor (94) and the slewing gearbox (96) are arranged on the rotary head (32) above the bearing block (35).
- Working device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the hydraulic pump (88) is drivable by means of an electric motor (87) arranged on the rotary head (32).
- Working device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the control mechanism (90) is supplied with electric power via an external power source and an electrical cable that is routed via the support column and bridges the rotary connection between the bearing block (35) and rotary head (32).
- Working device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the oil tank (86) has a window (98) for receiving the control cabinet (92), and in that the control cabinet (92) is arranged on a holder (102) which can be pivoted with respect to the window (98) about an axis (100) parallel to the rotation axis (30) of the rotary head (32.)
- Working device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the oil tank (86) has an external and internal contour that is geometrically matched to the rotary head (32).
- Working device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the oil tank (86) has an external and internal contour that is geometrically matched to the rotary head (32).
- Working device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the oil tank (86) has a window (98) with an internal contour that forms for the passage for a ballast outrigger (134) mounted on the rotary head (32).
- Working device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the ballast outrigger (134) is coupled releasably to the base part (50) of the rotary head (32) by means of further coupling elements that are connectable together in a form-fitting manner in pairs via a further adapter piece (152) at a second separation point (154) located opposite the separation point (54) of the arm assembly (34).
- Working device according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized by a holder (102) for receiving the control cabinet (92), said holder (102) being pivotable about an axis (100) parallel to the rotation axis (30) of the rotary head (32) with respect to the window (98) arranged on the oil tank (86).
- Working device according to one of Claims 1 to 4 or 7 to 10, characterized in that the control cabinet (92) is arranged on a holder (102) close to the pedestal.
- Working device according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the control cabinet (92) is arranged on the holder (102) close to the pedestal.
- Working device according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the base part (50) and the adapter piece (52) have coupling elements that are connectable together in a form-fitting manner in pairs at their separation point (54).
