Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung mindestens einer Schiene (17) auf einer Schwelle (18) mit:
    - zwei Führungswinkeln (9, 10), die angeordnet sind, um zwischen sich die Schiene (17) in die Zange aufzunehmen, indem sie gegen die jeweiligen axialen Ränder des Fußes der Schiene (17) andrücken,
    - einer Positionierungsgrundplatte (7), auf deren Oberseite die Schiene (17) und die Führungswinkel (9, 10) montiert sind, wobei die Grundplatte (7) dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Schnittstelle zwischen der Schwelle (18) und den Elementen, die auf der Oberseite der Grundplatte (7) montiert sind, auszubilden,
    - zwei Halteelemente (19, 20), die beiderseits der Führungswinkel (9, 10) angeordnet sind, um diese Führungswinkel (9, 10) unter Druck gegen die Ränder des Fußes der Schiene (17) zu halten, wobei die Halteelemente (19, 20) und die Grundplatte (7) ein einziges und einstückiges Bauteil formen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    mindestens eines der Halteelemente (19, 20) auf seiner Seite, die zum Andrücken gegen die Führungswinkel (9, 10) vorgesehen ist, eine Wechselwirkungsoberfläche aufweist, die zum Halten eines Klotzes (15, 16) der Vorrichtung zwischen dem Halteelement (19, 20) und dem entsprechenden Führungswinkel (9, 10) angepasst ist, wobei diese Wechselwirkungsoberfläche eines der Halteelemente (19, 20) Rillen oder Nuten aufweist, die angepasst sind, um mit einem Relief auf der entsprechenden Oberfläche des besagten Klotzes (15, 16) wechselzuwirken.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einstückige Bauteil durch Verschweißen der Halteelemente (19, 20) mit der Positionierungsgrundplatte (7) erhalten wurde.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einstückige Bauteil durch Schmieden der Halteelemente (19, 20) an die Positionierungsgrundplatte (7) erhalten wurde.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einstückige Bauteil durch Gießen der Halteelemente (19, 20) mit der Positionierungsgrundplatte (7) erhalten wurde.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Halteelemente (19, 20) geformt wird durch eine ebene Struktur, die in einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die einerseits senkrecht zur Ebene der Positionierungsgrundplatte (7) und andererseits parallel zur Achse eines der Ränder der Schienen (17) orientiert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Halteelemente (19, 20) mindestens eine Verstärkungsstruktur (19', 20') aufweist, um die senkrechte Orientierung des Halteelements (19, 20) bezüglich der Positionierungsgrundplatte (7) zu erhalten, wobei diese Verstärkungsstruktur geformt wird durch eine ebene Struktur, die angeordnet in einer Ebene ist, die einerseits senkrecht bezüglich der Ebene der Grundplatte (7) und andererseits senkrecht bezüglich der Ebene der Struktur des Halteelements (19, 20) orientiert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zwischen jedem der Halteelemente (19, 20) und einem entsprechenden Führungswinkel (9, 10) angeordnet einen derartigen Klotz oder Keil (15, 16) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klötze, die zwischen jedem der Halteelemente (19, 20) und einem entsprechenden Führungswinkel (9, 10) angeordnet sind, unterschiedliche Dicken aufweisen.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Klötze oder Keile (15, 16), die zwischen jedem der Halteelemente (19, 20) und einem entsprechenden Führungswinkel (9, 10) angeordnet sind, einen Dickenunterschied in der Größenordnung des Millimeters aufweisen.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Klötze oder Keile (15, 16), die zwischen jedem der Halteelement (19, 20) und einem entsprechenden Führungswinkel (9, 10) angeordnet sind, identische Dicken aufweisen.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung und Befestigung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Klötze oder Keile (15, 16), die zwischen jedem der Halteelemente (19, 20) und einem entsprechenden Führungswinkel (9, 10) angeordnet sind, vertauschbar sind.
