Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pull-out guide for a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, with a carcass rail, a center rail, a rail which can be fastened to the movable furniture part and a cushioning unit.
  • the end position damping unit is arranged on the middle rail, wherein a first activator directly or indirectly on the carcass rail and a second activator directly or indirectly on the running rail are arranged so that the first activator in one end position and the second activator in another end position of the pullout guide is engaged with the Endlagendämpfungsaku.
  • Such drawer guides with three mutually movable guide rails make it possible, a movable furniture part, such as a drawer, also referred to as a drawer, a device carrier o.ä. Easily extendable to store and completely extend out of a furniture body.
  • Pull-out guides with three guide rails are therefore also referred to as full extensions.
  • a closing damper In order to prevent a possibly material damaging hard stop when retracting a furniture part, it is known to provide pullout guides with a closing damper.
  • Such closing dampers are often combined with a feed mechanism through which a furniture part, for example a drawer, moves into the closed position when approaching the retracted position.
  • a drawer guide for furniture parts known in which when approaching a fully extended position of the furniture guide the opening movement is damped.
  • an opening damping comparable to the pull-in damping is provided in the pull-out guide.
  • this opening damping can be connected to a self-extracting mechanism that prevents the stored movable furniture part from the full open position out too easily by accidental abutment again.
  • the document further discloses a pullout guide in which both the closing and the opening movement is damped by using two Endlagendämpfungsakuen.
  • the use of two Endlagendämpfungshimen a space-saving and compact design of the pullout guide opposes.
  • the publication EP 1 475 014 A1 relates to a drawer slide for drawers with a stop damper.
  • the pullout guide can be designed as a single or full extension.
  • the stop damper is arranged in a carriage of the pullout guide, wherein the carriage is arranged in a full extension between two of the rails, that is, for example, between a carcass rail and a middle rail or between the middle rail and a running rail.
  • a double-sided effective damper in the carriage is used.
  • the use of dampers in the carriage leads to a relatively large carriage, which in turn precludes a compact design of the pullout guide.
  • WO 01/50916 A1 is designed as a full extension pull-out guide for drawers, in which acts a damping device between two of the three rails.
  • the damping device is arranged on the middle rail, with stops for the damping device being present on both the body and running rail.
  • the damping device is thus effective both between the carcass rail and the center rail, as well as between the middle rail and the running rail and dampens each movement of the drawer to the end position.
  • a pull-out guide according to the invention of the type mentioned above is characterized in that the Endlagendämpfungsaku has a Mit Anlagengabel, wherein the first and the second activator are mutually engaged with the Mit clergygabel. Characterized in that a two-sided non-positive driving fork is used instead of only one-sided non-positive stop, a damping in both directions of movement can be carried out in both end positions. In addition, optionally, a self-closing mechanism or a self-extracting mechanism can be implemented.
  • a Endlagendämpfungsaku can be used for damping in both end positions.
  • an activator which cooperates with the center rail By using only one damping unit material and cost savings and a compact design allows. Since the running rail when retracting or extending the pullout guide usually only half of the Auszugsweg over the center rail, a lower attenuation distance is required, whereby the damping unit can be made even more compact.
  • the first and the second activator can be arranged directly on the corresponding rail, but also indirectly. For example, the first activator can also be attached to a mounting rail connected to the carcass rail.
  • the carcass rail is fixed relative to the furniture body, it is also possible to attach the first activator on the furniture body.
  • the second activator can also be mounted on the movable furniture part, for example a drawer. Since the movable furniture part is fixed to the running rail, the second activator is indirectly attached to the running rail in the case.
  • the end position damping unit has a damper, in particular a linear damper, which dampens the movement of the drive fork in one direction.
  • a damper in particular a linear damper, which dampens the movement of the drive fork in one direction.
  • the direction of movement of the driving fork during a damping process during movement of the pullout guide in each of the end positions relative to the end position damping unit is the same. In this way, the one damping unit can be done easily and without complicated deflection for damping the output and also the retraction movement.
  • the end position damping unit has a force accumulator, in particular a pull-in spring, which acts on the driver fork.
  • a force accumulator in particular a pull-in spring, which acts on the driver fork.
  • the energy accumulator is preferably loaded out of the completely retracted position of the pullout guide when it moves out, and when it retracts out of the fully extended position of the pullout guide.
  • the pullout guide has this synchronization means which synchronize a movement of the carcass rail relative to the center rail and the center rail relative to the running rail with each other.
  • the synchronization means may comprise, for example, two rollers arranged on the middle rail and a belt circulating around them, which belt is connected both to the carcass rail and to the running rail.
  • a sequence control can be provided which controls the sequence of movement of the cabinet rail, the center rail and the running rail to each other.
  • the sequence control system preferably has at least one latching mechanism which releases the middle rail and / or the rail from a defined pull-out position.
  • the synchronization means can also be achieved by the flow control, that in an extract of the pullout guide a relative movement between the carcass and middle rail and between middle and running rail is given.
  • the first and / or second activator is formed by a U-shaped bent wire section, which is mounted on the carcass rail or the running rail.
  • the first and / or second activator is a tab punched out of the carcass rail or the running rail and bent out.

  • There may be one or more such rolling element cages for each of the rail pairs (Carcass rail 10 / middle rail 20 or middle rail 20 / rail 30) may be provided.
  • the carcass rail is designed approximately c-shaped, wherein on the open side of the c-shaped profile opposite longitudinal side of the carcass rail 10, two mounting tabs 11 are attached. These serve to fix the carcass rail 10 to a furniture body, for example a kitchen cupboard.
  • the running rail 30 is also configured in its profile in approximately C-shaped, wherein it is open towards the middle rail 20 downwards.
  • the running rail 30 has at its ends fastening means 31, with which it can be fixed to a movable furniture part, such as a drawer.
  • the fastening means 31 are a push-in tab and a notch provided with notches. It is understood that the configuration of the fastening means 31 as well as the mounting tabs 11 can be varied within the scope of the invention.

Fig. 1 b) , Similarly, from the running rail 30, a second Bandmit choir 33 is formed as a downwardly projecting tab on which the rotating band is also attached.
  • suitable and known synchronization means 21 may be used, for example based on revolving toothed belts or based on toothed bars formed on the carcass rail and the running rail, which interact with each other via toothed edges fixed to the center rail.
  • a sequence control may be provided which controls the sequence of movement of the carcass rail 10, the middle rail 20 and the running rail 30 to each other.
