Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a rail for forming a locker system with a plurality of lockers according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a locker system with several lockers according to the preamble of claim 11.
  • Locker systems such as those found at stations, airports and changing rooms, or in the form of so-called parcel stations for temporary storage of shipping or in the form of safe facilities are increasingly gaining in importance.
  • Such lockers have a variety of lockers in which, for example, luggage, garments, shipping or valuables (intermediate) can be stored.
  • a locker is therefore usually filled for a certain period of time and can be opened and emptied by an authorized person.
  • the lockers such locker systems are usually closed and equipped for this example with electromechanical bolt works, but in any case with mechanical bolt works.
  • a locker system is for example from the EP 1 959 406 A1 known.
  • the individual lockers are equipped with an electromechanical bolt mechanism that can be opened and / or closed by users of the locker system by means of a voice control unit.
  • Another locker system is from the EP 0 413 720 B1 known.
  • a similar approach is from the DE 8 610 759 U1 known.
  • the object of the present invention is to propose a technical means with which, on the one hand, a bolt mechanism of a locker system can be reliably protected against manipulation attempts and, on the other hand, service access to the bolt work can be provided in a simple manner.
  • the rail is designed to form a locker system comprising a plurality of lockers.
  • the locker system is, for example, a so-called packing station (also referred to as a parcel station), that is to say a locker system with several lockers in which parcels or similar items to be shipped can be temporarily stored.
  • the locker system can also be a locker system for temporary storage of luggage, items of clothing or valuables.
  • the present invention is not limited to any particular locker system.
  • Each of the lockers of the locker system has a locker door, which can form a lock with a frame of the locker system.
  • a bolt mechanism is provided for each of the lockers.
  • the bolt work is designed, for example, as a lock.
  • the term "bolt work" is not intended to suggest that the lockers can only be closed with a bolt or similar mechanical or electromechanical closure elements. Rather, other locking mechanisms come into consideration, which are adapted to provide a releasable locking between the locker door on the one hand and the frame of the locker system.
  • the rail is designed to integrate such a bolt work of one of the lockers of the locker system within the rail.
  • the rail that mitject corresponds the locker system and in particular is not part of a locker door, so includes the bolt works.
  • a lamellar device which is slidably disposed in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the rail.
  • the lamellar device can be locked at a locking point of the rail against such longitudinal displacement.
  • the rail creates a high security against manipulation attempts on the one hand and on the other hand a service access to a possibly damaged bolt plant is possible in a simple manner, namely by the slat device is moved after solving the lock at the locking point in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the rail, so as a result, the bolt mechanism integrated in the rail is no longer covered by the lamination device and can be serviced by an authorized personnel.
  • the lamellar device is displaceable only along the longitudinal extension of the rail and otherwise immovable in the rail and in particular not in the other direction from the rail removable.
  • the created by the lamellar device cover of the integrated bolt factory can therefore be reversibly removed after solving the locking of the fin device at the locking point and longitudinal displacement of the fin device along the longitudinal extent of the rail.
  • the lamellar device is preferably configured and arranged on the mounting rail such that all other attempts to remove the cover provided by the Lammellenvorraum cause a destruction of the lamellar device.
  • the locking point for locking the slat device against a longitudinal displacement is preferably arranged outside the lockers of the locker system, for example on an end piece of the rail, which protrudes from a ceiling region of the locker system.
  • the lamellar device is screwed to the locking of the rail with the rail, so that a longitudinal displacement of the fin device without prior solution of the screw is not possible.
  • the profile rail has, for example, a substantially U-shaped cross-section.
  • the profile rail has at least two profile legs and is designed to integrate the bolt work in a limited by the at least two profile legs gap.
  • one of the two profile legs has a recess to form a bolt mechanism inlet, so that a bolt can be inserted into the bolt work through the bolt work inlet to form a lock with the bolt work.
  • the bolt (which is to be understood as another closure element, for example a closure bar or hook) is arranged, for example, on a locker door.
  • a mechanical or electromechanical means is provided, which ensures that the bolt is let into the bolt work when closing the locker door to form there with the bolt mechanism, the lock.
  • the lamellar device has a multiplicity of lamellar elements displaceably arranged in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the profile rail, which are preferably designed for an arrangement which is at least partly mutually overlapping, in order to provide a substantially recess-free side cover of the profile rail.
  • the profile rail has a guide means, such as a guide groove, so that the individual plate elements of the plate device can be displaced along the longitudinal extension of the profile rail.
  • the lamellar elements of the lamellar device are preferably arranged in the profile rail such that they can be displaced along the longitudinal extent of the profile rail, but can not be removed laterally from the profile.
  • the lamellar elements are designed and arranged in such a way in the rail that they can overlap at their contact surfaces.
  • the locking of the fin device is solved on the rail at the locking by an authorized service force, so that the individual fin elements can be moved for example by a distance corresponding to the height of a single fin element, so access to create the disturbed bolt works.
  • the profile rail is configured to form part of a side wall of the locker system, the side wall dividing the locker system into a first area and a second area, and wherein the first area has at least one first locker and the second area has at least one second locker disposed horizontally adjacent to the first locker.
  • the second area of the locker system which is separated by the said side wall from the first area of the locker system, for example, has a plurality of second lockers, which are arranged one above the other.
  • a respective first locker is thus horizontally adjacent to one of the second lockers.
  • the profile rail is preferably designed such that it forms a part of the side wall of the locker system, for example, such that a front side of the rail is formed by one of the two profile legs and forms part of the front of the entire locker system.
  • the profile rail is preferably designed for a vertical arrangement, ie such that the longitudinal extension of the profile rail is parallel to the vertical.
  • the integrated bolt mechanism is associated with the at least one second locker and that a substantially recess-free back of the rail has an interior of this second locker.
  • the rail thus allows access to a damaged bar preferably only from an adjacent locker, but not over the interior of the locker, which is assigned to the bolt works.
  • the second locker associated bolt mechanism is therefore not accessible from the second locker, because it is covered there by essentially aussparungspick back of the rail.
  • An access to the bolt mechanism of the second locker can be done in this embodiment only through the interior of the adjacent first locker by the lamellar elements of the lamellar device are moved along the longitudinal extent of the rail so as to temporarily remove the cover to the bolt mechanism of the second locker. After repair of the bolt factory, the lamellar elements of the lamellar device are moved back so that the bolt mechanism is covered by the lamellar elements and is safe against manipulation attempts by third parties.

  • a door (not shown in the figures) is closed.
  • An integrated in the locker door latch or other closure element is inserted during the pivotal movement of the locker door by a bolt mechanism inlet 311 in the bolt mechanism 31 to form there with the bolt mechanism 31, a releasable locking.
  • the locking mechanism inlet 311 is formed, for example, by a recess provided on the profile limb 17-1, as shown schematically in FIG Fig. 5 is shown.

  • a second locking mechanism inlet 321 is provided at the appropriate location.
  • the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-6 are moved. Rather, the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-6 are arranged slightly overlapping each other so as to provide the substantially recess-free side cover 14. In addition, the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-6 are locked at a locking point 12 of the rail against displacement in the direction of the longitudinal extent. A longitudinal displacement in the direction of the longitudinal extension L of the rail 1 is therefore not possible. Such a lock can for example be ensured by the first lamellar element 11-1 is screwed to the profile legs 17-2 at the locking point 12. The state in which the fin elements 11-1 to 11-6 are not shifted, is in the Fig. 1 shown.
  • first boltwork 31 or the second boltwork 32 now has to be serviced, then the catch at the locking point 12 can be released and the first disk element 11-1 can be displaced in the direction of the longitudinal extent L of the rail 1, which is shown in FIG Fig. 2 is shown schematically.
  • the displacement of the first lamella element 11-1 results in a first recess 13-1, which releases the view of the rear side 16 of the profile rail 1.
  • the second fin element 11-2 In order to gain access to the first locking mechanism 31, now the second fin element 11-2 must still be moved. This is in the Fig. 3 shown schematically. By moving the second lamella element 11-2, a second recess 13-2 is formed, which allows access to the first locking mechanism 31.
  • the lamellar elements 11-1 and 11-2 can be moved back to protect the bolt mechanism 31 against manipulation attempts.
  • the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-6 of the lamellar device 11 of the rail 1 are moved.
  • the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-5 are (apart from the first lamellar element 11-1) preferably not screwed to the rail 1. It is therefore not possible to remove the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-6 laterally from the rail 1. Access to a bolt mechanism without displacement of the lamellar elements 11-1 to 11-6 would therefore require the destruction of a respective lamellar element, which would, however, generate considerable expense for a third party. Therefore, the proposed solution is largely tamper-proof.
