    caractérisé en ce que, au moyen de l'affichage transparent (11) en tant que moniteur de grande taille, il peut être présenté, suivant une grande surface, des contenus ou des informations provenant de sources quelconques, notamment des informations publicitaires, une présentation du propriétaire de l'appareil, comme par exemple le nom du restaurant, ou des informations d'un ordinateur, ou d'un ordinateur portable de petite taille, ou des avertissements de sécurité.
  8. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 3 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que la zone (41) de l'affichage transparent (11) prévue pour l'introduction de données est déplaçable en position, notamment déplaçable en hauteur.
  9. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'opérations dans lesquelles la chambre de cuisson ou des zones de celle-ci ne doit ou ne doivent pas être visibles, l'affichage transparent (11) peut être commuté, dans sa totalité ou dans ces zones, dans un état non transparent.
  10. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que des zones de la chambre de cuisson (4) non occupées par des produits à cuire sont représentées de manière non transparente ou masquées.
  11. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que des zones de la chambre de cuisson (4) non occupées par des produits à cuire sont présentées de manière accentuée et en ce qu'il est indiqué sur l'affichage (11), dans ces zones, d'autres produits à cuire convenant.
  12. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la zone (41) de l'affichage transparent (11) prévue pour l'introduction de données est associée spatialement à une zone de la chambre de cuisson qui convient ici.
  13. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la présentation et/ou l'introduction de données de commande de plusieurs appareils de cuisson a lieu sur un affichage d'un appareil de cuisson.
  14. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de vision (9) est formée par une structure (22) en forme de plaque à plusieurs couches, en ce que la structure en forme de plaque à plusieurs couches comporte une vitre extérieure (25), une vitre intérieure (33) tournée vers la chambre de cuisson (4) et une couche de pellicule (23), formant l'affichage (11), qui se trouve sur la face intérieure de la vitre extérieure (25),
    en ce que, entre la couche de pellicule (23) d'affichage et la vitre intérieure (33), il est prévu un premier espace libre (37) qui est rempli d'air ou de vide, ou est refroidi au moyen d'air ou de gaz le parcourant, et
    en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un éclairage (31,32) latéral qui rayonne dans le premier espace libre (37) à partir de la zone de châssis (29) de la porte de chambre de cuisson (3) et éclaire la couche de pellicule d'affichage (23) de l'affichage (11) .
  15. Appareil de cuisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'éclairage (31,32) est réalisé sous forme d'une baguette lumineuse LED ou d'une bande lumineuse LED.
