Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour faire fonctionner un appareil de cuisson (1), qui comprend une chambre de cuisson (6), une commande d'appareil de cuisson, dans laquelle de multiples programmes de cuisson sont rangés en mémoire et peuvent être appelés sélectivement, un champ d'affichage et de commande (61) sous forme d'un écran tactile sur lequel des affichages-et-boutons (43, 47) peuvent être affichés et, par l'action de toucher des boutons (47) affichés, des données d'entrée peuvent être générées dans la commande d'appareil, caractérisé en ce que, par une action de toucher un bouton (47, 53) affiché pendant la dernière étape de cuisson du programme de cuisson, le programme de cuisson en cours est allongé ou raccourci d'un intervalle de temps préréglé.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'intervalle de temps préréglé est de une minute.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'intervalle de temps peut être modifié.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, par des actions de toucher multiples, le programme de cuisson en cours est allongé ou raccourci, un nombre de fois multiple correspondant, de l'intervalle de temps préréglé.
