Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de vanne pour modifier le débit massique d'articles en forme de tige dans l'industrie du tabac, entre au moins deux canaux de transport non parallèles alimentant des articles en forme de tige et un canal de transport recevant des articles en forme de tige ou entre un canal de transport alimentant des articles en forme de tige et au moins deux canaux de transport non parallèles recevant des articles en forme de tige, comprenant
    au moins un élément de commutation rotatif pour la commutation du débit massique comprenant un canal de passage pour le transfert du débit massique entre le canal de transport d'alimentation et le canal de transport de réception, l'élément de commutation rotatif ayant des positions angulaires différentes par rapport à son axe de rotation principalement horizontal qui permettent de connecter des canaux d'alimentation et de réception individuels,
    dans lequel
    dans l'élément de commutation rotatif (4) est disposé au moins une unité de transport (5) située sur une paroi (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) d'un canal traversant (7) de l'élément de commutation rotatif (4), l'unité de transport (5) présentant une section d'exploitation (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) qui supporte un flux massique d'articles (E) en forme de tiges, qui passe dans le canal traversant (7) d'une conduite de distribution (2, 2a, 2b) à un canal récepteur (3, 3a), caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de commutation rotatif présente au moins une surface d'arrêt (10, 11) pouvant tourner avec le canal de passage (7) pour fermer une ouverture de canal (2, 2a, 2b, 3, 3a) non reliée au canal de passage (7) de l'élément de commutation (4).
  2. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'une surface de guidage (13) pour des articles en forme de tige (E) situés dans le canal traversant (7) de l'élément de commutation (4) pendant la rotation de l'élément rotatif de commutation (4).
  3. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de transport (5) comprend une courroie ou une chaîne de transport et des éléments de guidage (9, 9a) pour guider la courroie ou la chaîne de transport située aux deux extrémités de la section de fonctionnement (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) de l'unité de transport (5).
  4. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) du canal traversant (7) est formée par la section d'exploitation (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) de l'unité de transport (5) et par au moins un élément formant une paroi (15, 16).
  5. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (A) de l'élément de commutation rotatif (4) est situé dans l'élément de guidage (9, 9a) ou dans l'élément formant une paroi (15, 16).
  6. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi (7a, 7b) du canal traversant (7) est formée entièrement par la section d'exploitation (8a, 8b) de l'unité de transport (5).
  7. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (A) de l'élément de commutation rotatif (4) est situé dans l'élément de guidage (9a, 9b).
  8. Dispositif de vanne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les parois (7a) du canal traversant (7, 7b, 7c, 7d) sont essentiellement parallèles entre elles.
  9. Dispositif de vanne comme dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de refoulement (14) pour séparer les articles en forme de tige (E) situés dans le canal d'alimentation (2, 2a, 2b) des articles en forme de tige (E) situés dans l'élément rotatif (4) sont disposés entre le canal d'alimentation (2, 2a, 2b) et l'élément rotatif (4).
  10. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de refoulement (14) sont des buses d'air comprimé.
  11. Dispositif de vanne selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de refoulement (14) sont des rouleaux de refoulement.
